Chapter 2 Her Moans When Kissing Me*

ALFA Ryan Maximus Langham. Wolf MAGNUS.

I'm a man surrounded by people I love and who love me, I live for them and because of them. After almost 228 years, I find it strange not having found my destined partner. The truth is, I've stopped looking for her 15 years ago. I don't go out searching for her. I remember being in that beautiful country called Dominican Republic about 5 years ago, where for a moment I felt that delicious scent that was like a shooting star. I was only there because Lale and Lauren forced me, but I had the time of my life those 8 days on that island.

As I'm sitting in my personal office, working on some issues with "Lumac group", our biggest company with the most partners and staff, I start thinking about those dreams I've had for years. That soft voice, those lips, and her moans when kissing me drive me crazy. It excites me to the point where I have to touch myself when Lauren is not around. Yes, I'm admitting that in that sense I use her because I can't calm the desire that the woman of my dreams provokes in me.

> MAGNUS tells me, "BUT LAUREN DOESN'T SATISFY YOU 100% EITHER." >"No, but at least it's easier than doing it myself," I reply, trying to calm down.

Half an hour later, my grandmother Alba arrives. She's an older woman with gray hair, green eyes like Lale's, and she's very loving. "My child," she says. "Grandmother," I reply, standing up, hugging her, and kissing her forehead. "And what's with that mischievous smile?" she asks. "A dream I had about 5 years ago, Grandma, but it's been more frequent in the last year," I say. "Tell me about it," she says, sitting down in a chair, and I make a "no way" face.

"I won't tell you, Grandma, that's impossible," he says with a laugh.

"I knew Lauren wasn't the cause of that radiant smile I've never seen on your beautiful face. Who is the woman of your dreams?"

"I don't know, I just see her lips and hear her, that's all," he replies, raising his eyebrows up and down in understanding. I smile a bit.

"Don't tell me anything more, and don't look at me like that," he says.

"My child, I think you're dreaming of your mate," she says with a laugh.

"Don't even think about saying that in front of Lauren, Grandma, please," he says, and she rolls her eyes.

"I hope you find your mate soon so you can get that witch out of here, and I mean witch in every sense of the word," she says.

"Grandma, my beautiful grandma, if I haven't found my mate in 228 years, I don't think I will, and Lauren is special to me, you know," he says.

"She's not your mate, Ryan. I don't like her ways, and I won't stop telling you that. With your height and your face, you can get any woman you want, and yet you've insisted on being with her," she says.

"OUR GRANDMOTHER IS RIGHT ABOUT THAT," Magnus says.

"Magnus!" I scold him.

"You see, even Magnus agrees with me," she says.

"But how do you know, Grandma?"

"Because I know you, Ryan. I know what he's telling you is the same thing I'm thinking, and I also know she doesn't like her," she replies.

"Okay, Grandma, I'll stop. I'll go out soon to look for her, but for now, I have to go to work. I have some pending matters, and I haven't done anything today because I've been thinking about other things," he says.

She makes a face like she understands everything, and I smile. She gives me a kiss and leaves the office.

To be honest, they do what they want with me. I need to be stronger and firmer with this family. I smile as I think about it.
