Evelyn Harper felt like her body was ablaze...

The unbearable torment seemed to seep from every pore, relentlessly consuming her sanity.

A moment later, the bone-piercing pain spread, causing her internal organs to quiver gently.

She screamed, instinctively wanting to fight back.

Yet, her body wouldn't budge.

It was like her heart was being torn apart, icy cold and burning hot, all at the same time.

She couldn't see anything. The room was pitch black and very dark. She only faintly sensed the presence of the man, as if her soul no longer belonged to her.

She didn't know how long it took before the temperature in the room gradually dropped.

Exhausted, Evelyn tumbled to the floor and fumbled in the dark for her clothes, hastily pulling them on.

As she rushed out of the room, a coquettish female voice shattered all her feigned composure.

"Evelyn, you are out. You've been there for three whole hours. It seems Mr. Crane, despite being over fifty, is still quite the stud."

The speaker was her half-sister, Eliza Harper, the seemingly innocent but actually venomous girl, who forced Evelyn to entertain an old man in his fifties with Dora Acosta's life.

Half a month ago, Evelyn's grandmother, Dora, was diagnosed with stomach cancer. The exorbitant medical expenses were beyond what she, a student, could afford.

She went to her father for help, but he coldly refused, saying that since her mother had been dead for over a decade, he had no obligation to care for the old lady.

Coincidentally, Ken Crane of Horizon Group took a liking to her stepsister, Eliza, and offered a staggering 5 million dollars for one night with her.

Eliza refused to serve the old man and instead threatened Evelyn with Dora's life, forcing her to sleep with Ken.

Evelyn had no choice but to compromise in order to save Dora.

Now, her innocence and dignity were ruined in one night. If it weren't for Dora, who needed her care, she would have rather ended it all.

"I've done what you said. When will the 500 thousand dollars be transferred to my card?"

Eliza gave a seductive smile and feigned surprise. "500 thousand dollars? Didn't we agree on 50 thousand dollars? Why has it become 500 thousand dollars?"

"You!" Evelyn was so angry that her head spun, and she felt unsteady on her feet. "Eliza, you're going back on your word?"

Eliza chuckled, enjoying Evelyn's pitiful state.

"My dear sister, I was just teasing. Mr. Crane offered a staggering 5 million dollars. You take 500 thousand dollars, and I'll take the remaining 4.5 million dollars. After all, it was your body that was sold."

With that, she turned the doorknob and walked into the bedroom.

Evelyn bit her lip and staggered towards the elevator.

Inside the room, Eliza clicked on the bedside lamp.

Just as she was about to lie down next to Ken and pretend, her gaze suddenly swept across the sleeping man's face. When she saw his face, she almost dropped her jaw.

This...

This was him!

How dare Evelyn! She actually slept with the head of the first family!

In an instant, anger and jealousy twisted Eliza's pretty face.

It was originally hers. Why did that bitch get such a great deal?

Eliza cursed inwardly, 'Evelyn, you really should die!

You deserve it!'

Seven and a half months later...

The cry of a baby echoed through the delivery room.

"The first one out is a son. Don't stop. There are still two more in the womb."

Outside the delivery room, the female doctor handed the baby to Eliza, who was waiting at the door. She whispered, "Ms. Eliza Harper, as you wished, the first one she gave birth to is a son."

Eliza caressed her protruding belly, a sinister smile on her lips. "You just said who gave birth to this baby?"

The doctor shuddered, thinking of the high-end apartment worth millions, and quickly corrected herself, "Congratulations, Ms. Eliza Harper, on the birth of your son."

Eliza laughed, her face full of pride.

The doctor asked again, "So, what about the other two babies in Ms. Evelyn Harper's womb..."

"Get rid of them." Eliza pinched the baby's cheek, a fierce look in her eyes. "I'm being generous by raising one for her, considering this baby will help me rise above. Do you think I should raise three for her?"

With that, she turned and walked outside. "If this is done well, I'll double your payment."

Seven years later, at Goldenbough International Airport.

At the exit, amidst the crowd, several bodyguards wearing earpieces were moving through the throng.

"Mr. Stuart, no suspicious people at exit A1."

"Mr. Stuart, no suspicious people at exit A2."

"Mr. Stuart, no suspicious people at exit B1."

"Mr. Stuart, no suspicious people at exit B2."

In the VIP lounge on the second floor of the terminal, a tall and straight figure leaned against a black leather sofa.

The man wore sunglasses with wide custom lenses that covered half his face, revealing only his high nose bridge and thin lips. His face was extremely stern and sharp.

This was a dangerous man, exuding an icy and indifferent aura.

People kept their distance, like he was a force field they couldn't cross.

The temperature in the room dropped to a freezing point as reports came in through the earpieces.

Dead silence.

After a long while, Danny Rivers, standing quietly nearby, ventured to speak, "Mr. Stuart, is your information incorrect? The top hacker, Phantom, did not take a commercial flight to Goldenbough."

They had been tracking Phantom's whereabouts for over half a year, and now, with a clue in hand, it seemed to have led to a dead end.

"Impossible." The man on the sofa barely opened his thin lips, coldly uttering the word.

His eyes, hidden behind the sunglasses, fell straight on the laptop in front of him.

On the screen, a tangle of red lines intertwined.

Those were the signal paths projected by the satellite locator, but now the lines were rolling all over the screen like snowballs.

A target that was originally locked now filled the screen.

Which meant...

He had been tricked!

The next second, the computer screen began to flicker violently.

In the blink of an eye...

It went black!

Danny touched his nose and timidly reminded, "Mr. Stuart, your computer has been hacked."

Words failed Alexander.

Was he blind? Did he need to be reminded?

The door to the lounge was kicked open, and a black-clad bodyguard rushed in, his voice trembling as he spoke to Alexander, "Mr. Stuart, Andrew came to the airport with you, but he lost us and now we don't know where he is."

His cold gaze shot straight toward the door. Alexander barely moved his lips and spat out five words from between his teeth, "Get going and find him."

In the special passageway on the east side of the airport, Evelyn was walking quickly under the dim lights with a small crossbody bag.

"How's it going? Did you get rid of those following me?"

"Evelyn, trust me. I'm the best. I blew up their computer with one move."

Evelyn was about to speak when she sensed something. She froze in her tracks, her piercing gaze darting toward the corner. "Who's lurking there? Show yourself."
