Chapter 4 Their First Meeting

CHAPTER 4

"Wake up?" The gentle deep voice said tapping Flynn who groaned and squinted as the light he was exposed to was so bright. Further more he felt light, like he was lying on something way softer than the hard ground.

He tossed and turned over in the bed as the intruder gave up and left him alone. Flynn was about completing his trip back to heaven when he heard something thud on the floor and his eyes flew wide open.

In front of him was a shirtless dude sported in tattoos that ran from his neck to his lower region. Flynn blinked twice, was this heaven and who was this hottie in front of him. He licked his lips unconsciously and almost felt embarrased when the intruder caught his eye and looked at him in a confused way.

"You are awake?" It was more of a question than a statement. Flynn saw that he was busted so he just sat upright and said,

"Where am I? Who are you? And what happened to my clothes?" He added noticing the fresh pajamas that was draped on his body.

"Too many questions, you sound like a detective. I hate detectives." XD said as he brought out a black top and wore it before walking to face Flynn.

"Well, I do need answers and I never asked for your preferences." Flynn said crossing his arms as XD chuckled and said,

"Well....aren't you a doll?" He said reaching for his lips as he poked it and said,

"You got hit by my car, and I brought you to my home. Is that enough an answer to your question?" He said leaning in closer as Flynn's breath hitched. Was what he was going to do?

Just then the door opened and an able bodied man walked in carrying a tray filled with a glass of water and some drugs.

"Teasing the poor guy already? I am not surprised." Xander said as XD rolled his eyes and said,

"Get out Xander. This doesn't concern you."

"Well it concerns me, because I was the one who was driving and had hit him not you. Do you feel pains anywhere." Xander asked Flynn who shook his head way over his head at the moment.

"Dude, you are scaring him, he doesn't know who we are. So take it down a notch." XD said as Xander dropped the tray down and said,

"Hi, I am Xander, this is my boss Jace and you are?"

"Flynn." He said calmly as XD patted his back and said,

"Welcome Flynn. Xander here will take good care of you." He said standing up to get his phone that was buzzing on the table.

"Actually I want to leave. I was actually going to kill myself, before you hit me. Since this attempt wasn't successful, I am going to try again." Flynn said trying to get up from the bed as XD burst out laughing and hit his knees gaining the attention of the men.

"Oh...he is quite serious." XD said to Xander who rolled his eyes. Sometimes his best friend could be a pain in the ass.

"Well obviously I am, now the way out of....wherever this is." Flynn said looking around as Xander shook his head and said,

"I know you might be going through a lot now, but suicide isn't the answer. You will fix your problems. Do you have any relative that I can call to inform them when you are." He asked as Flynn shook his head and said,

"No I am alone." Xander and XD gave each other quick glances and said,

"Flynn, could you excuse me for a moment, I want to talk to Xander outside." XD said dragging Flynn by his hand and they both went into his study.

"What the hell are we going to do about him?" XD said furiously as he shut the door as Xander looked at him and said,

"We? No it's a you problem."

"You were the one that hit him." XD said for crying out loud.

"But it is your car and you distracted me. Besides you heard what he said, he was going to commit suicide, so I helped him. Although it didn't work out well." He said looking down hearted a bit.

"You can't be shitting me right now. I need the you that has a heart okay, I am usually the cruel one here and it is quite ironic for me to say this but I want to help him, we have to help him.Maybe he is in debts, we can pay it off, or something. I just don't want to see someone end their life just because of one tough thing." XD said as Xander palmfaced himself and said,

"I totally know what you are asking of me and you should totally know that I know that you know I have no choice in this matter." He said with a face palm and a groan.

"Yup, thank you so much. You will do wonders for me. While I on the other hand will make sure he doesn't do anything to himself, so that means I don't have a choice but to keep him in my radars 24/7/" XD said as Xander nodded his head and said,

"I will get started on his background and find out what could possibly have happened to him that he wanted to end his life."

"I believe that is all for now. Okay I will head back to the room and make sure that he hasn't jumped from the window." XD said turning to leave when Xander pulled him back and said,

"Have you forgotten about captive number 45. We need to kill him. He is in the basement." Xander said as XD nodded his head and said,

"Don't worry I will take care of it, just have the cleaning crew ready at my disposal." He said as he left the study and quickly made his way back to the room he had lodged Flynn in.
