Chapter 2 Two

"What nonsense.. " Georgia heard him hiss in danger as she wondered why he acted that way. She always wanted to meet her mate the moment she clocked eighteen but that never happened and she received multiple insults from home, but there he was holding her and she could feel the strong connection between them.

Suddenly, everything made sense. The strong connection, the feeling of belonging, the rush of happiness. Jared was her mate. And she was his. She looked into his eyes, and she saw the same nothing but hatred

Jared was the Alpha of the blue moon pack. The man who was hosting the party.

"I can't believe it," she whispered, feeling so happy not caring about the hatred she had perceived from Jared, she felt happy that she'd finally get a mate to love her but what came next broke her completely.

"The moon goddess can't be serious.." he chuckled as his voice vibrated in the whole room.

"A weak Omega like you can never rule beside me.." he shook his head dismissively and Georgia felt her heart shattering to pieces.

Georgia felt like someone had stabbed her in the heart. She couldn't believe what she was hearing.

"You're not good enough for me! " He said distastefully.

" Am Omega like you can never be able to protect her people.. " she shook his head looking at Georgia with so much hatred.

He was glad when he felt the mate bond, but never expected it to be a nobody. He hated Georgia and did not hide that.

Georgia felt her heart shattering even more at his words. She knew that as an Omega, she was seen as weak and unworthy by many. But she had always believed that she could prove them wrong. She could be strong, she could be capable. But now, her own mate was telling her that she would never be good enough.

"Why?" she asked, her voice breaking, as a tear dropped from her eyes.

"What's your name?" He asked her in a curt tone but Georgia kept quiet.

"I'm asking a question!!! What's your name!!!" He yelled so hard that everyone flinched feeling a cold spine run through them.

"Georgia Brooke" she replied in a shaky voice.

"I, Jared Cameron, the Alpha of the blue moon pack, reject you, Georgia Brooke of the blue moon pack as my fated mate.." And that was it. Georgia felt a pain coursing through her body.

Georgia gasped as she felt the rejection, like a thousand knives stabbing her all at once. She fell to her knees, clutching her chest as the pain intensified. She felt her heart breaking, her soul shattering. She had never felt such agony, such despair. She looked up at Jared, pleading with him, but he looked away.

The people in the room were stunned, some whispering among themselves, others shaking their heads in pity. Georgia felt like a broken doll, discarded and forgotten. The one person whom she had hoped would understand her, who would love her, had rejected her.

With tears in her eyes, she turned to leave. It was the biggest embarrassment ever, getting rejected by the king.

She was about to leave, when someone grabbed her.

"Where do you think you're going?" It was Serefina.

"I'm going home.." Georgia replied in a low voice.

"I wish. Dad says not to leave this place. He's so mad at you. You disgraced the family today. Huh! You should hang yourself Georgia, you're so unlucky.." Serefina fired at her, she loved the look on her sister's face when she was rejected and she wanted Georgia to remain at the party to embarrass her.

"Don't leave orders from dad!" She warned as she let her sister go before walking away from her to try and accomplish her mission that night. Seduce the king and gain his favor..

Georgia wiped the tears off the corner of her eyes, her father would definitely lash out at her at home. She really wanted to be away from everyone, right at that moment, clutching her bag tighter, she made her way upstairs.

She wanted to have a quiet time alone.

Jared groaned as his beta and friend helped him get inside a room as he helped him sit on the bed.

"Find me a woman.." he gritted his teeth, the drug his brother used to Spike his drink was already having its effects.

The beta Caleb looked at him in surprise. "What?" he asked, not sure he had heard correctly.

Jared looked at him, his eyes wild. "You heard me," he said, his voice hoarse. "Find me a woman. Any woman. I need to have sex, and I need to do it now."

" Okay, I will do that.. Caleb rushed out of the room, after looking around the hallways, no one was in sight, they were all downstairs.

Then his eyes caught the backside of a lady.

Without thinking twice, he sneaked up on her, as he covered her mouth before taking her to Jared's room. The room was dark and they couldn't see her face as she struggled with them.

The woman thrashed and fought, trying to free herself from Caleb's grip. But he was strong, and he held her fast.

He left immediately after delivering her to Jared.

Jared pounced on her the next second, his manly instincts and the drug effects taking over him.

The woman screamed, trying to fight him off, but he was too strong. She felt like a trapped animal, and she was filled with fear.

He ripped off her clothes and she begged him not to do what he wanted, all her pleas fell on deaf ears as Jared planned to compensate her the next morning.

"Please don't, stop, please!" She cried helplessly.

Jared was rough and hard as he forced himself on her, not listening to her pleas, she went quiet the moment she felt him tear through her hymen.

She felt it was over at that very moment and just allowed him to do whatever he wanted with her as silent tears flowed down helplessly from the corner of her eyes.

She felt violated, and she could only pray that it would be over soon.

But it seemed like it would never end. He was relentless, and she was powerless to stop him. She felt like she was being destroyed, piece by piece.

It continued till she slowly lost consciousness.
