Truth Bleeds

INT. ABANDONED PARKING GARAGE – NIGHT

Blood drips from Marcus "Spider" Dean's lip. He's on his knees, coughing, one eye swollen shut. Skyler stands over him, gripping the metal pipe. Shawn stays quiet, his phone recording every word.

SKYLER

Start talking, Spider. Who touched our sister?

SPIDER

(panicking)

I-I don't know! I just-handle deliveries! I don't-

SHAWN

Lie again, and I'll break your jaw.

Spider spits blood, chest heaving.

SPIDER

It wasn't me. I swear. It was a party... Vultures run a trap house off Lincoln and 92nd. They bring girls in-drug 'em up. Use 'em. Dump 'em.

Skyler's knuckles whiten.

SKYLER

Our sister ended up dead in an alley. You expect me to believe no one remembers that?

SPIDER

It was a guy named Rico! Big mouth, new to the crew. Said she was "too loud." That she fought back.

Shawn's face hardens.

SHAWN

And Dante Cruz?

SPIDER

Cruz don't care about names. He just makes sure the money flows. He's untouchable.

Skyler steps closer, crouches.

SKYLER

Everyone's touchable. Even gods bleed.

SMASH- she knocks Spider out cold with the pipe.

INT. WILSON APARTMENT – LIVING ROOM – LATER

Photos, gang charts, and a map cover the wall. Shawn adds a new face: RICO "RICOCHET" VASQUEZ, early 20s, known for violence and running "girls" through the Lincoln trap house.

SHAWN

This is the man who killed Alyssa.

Skyler stares at the name, jaw clenched.

SKYLER

Then we kill him.

SHAWN

Not yet. We need to know everything. Rico might lead us straight to Cruz.

SKYLER

So what's the move?

SHAWN

We go in. Undercover. I already hacked their DM boards. I've got us burner accounts. They're recruiting new couriers.

Skyler raises an eyebrow.

SKYLER

We're gonna join the gang that killed our sister?

SHAWN

Long enough to rip it apart from the inside.

Beat.

SKYLER

Then let's burn them all.
