Why is such a beautiful girl like you doing a petty Job with a low salary here? He asked

Humm I'm sorry, I'm not ready for this conversation. Thanks for the concern, Charlotte said respectfully

Oh you think I would mock you huh? Come-on, I'm not gonna do that,I can't mock an angel worth having at home. He said

Okay, anyways my name is Harry Astor and your name is? He said

Her brain went blank for a moment as she was traumatized again by what Charles did to her previously after hearing the name Astor.

Some thoughts ran through her mind.

Could dad have agreed?

Did mummy convince him?

Did mummy go as far as going to have some agreements with Harry because of me? These were the thoughts running through in her head.

Hey! Hey!! Hey!!! Harry shouted as he waved at Charlotte trying to get her attention after he noticed he was lost in thought.

Oh I'm sorry, I'm Charlotte Smith. Charlotte replied out of reflex as Harry's voice brought her back from the trance of thought she went.

It was during the middle of the day when Charlotte goes home to get food which her mother has promised to make for her.

She looked at the time and it was already the fifteenth of the day. She was very happy as she hopped out from the behind of the counter and said to Harry

I'm sorry Mr, I've got somewhere to go, Charlotte pleaded

Oh okay, won't you mind if I drop you off? Harry asked out of kindness

Charlotte was already getting impressed with Harry's behavior and began to think about Grace's statement about Harry as she didn't hesitate to agree with him.

Charlotte entered Harry's Toyota bZ4aX car model,she couldn't believe her eyes as she would believe she could enter an expensive car worth thousands of dollars in her life.

She couldn't stop admiring the scent of the car,she was glancing at everything she saw in the car including how Harry was drifting and turning the steering wheel. She didn't know when she started smiling like she was given a huge amount of money.

Could mum be right about Harry?

Should I give this a chance and let my family out of wretchedness? Charlotte thought within her

Okay and I think we've arrived to your destination, Harry said calling Charlotte back from her deep realm of thoughts

Harry drove off as he waved goodbye to Charlotte leaving Charlotte in complete surprise.

Grace was at the window peeping through as she heard the sound of an unusual thing in her compound and saw as her daughter got down majestically from a vehicle none of her generation had entered or driven before.

Charlotte halted and turned to see her mum at the window side.

Didn't I see... Grace was cut in between her words as a knock was heard on their door.

Who is there? Grace asked because she wasn't expecting anyone other than Charlotte.

Charles? How did he know here? Charlotte asked in confusion

After the incident at the mall, Charles got really into Charlotte and asked one of his guards to trail her to know where she lives.

Go and open the door, Grace instructed

Charlotte looked at him disgustingly,what do you want?

Oh Charlotte, didn't you miss me? Charles said smirking

I'm very sorry for the other day Charlotte,I was so taken over by my arrogance and forgot I was treating an angel badly, Charles said as he went on his knees

While they were exchanging words, suddenly a car parked outside and a knock was heard on the door.

Out of frustration, Charlotte yelled who the hell is that again?

Stunned by what she saw, Charlotte got completely confused as she opened the door and saw Harry entering with a bouquet of flowers as its fragrance filled the air.

I wasn't expecting you, Mr Harry. Charlotte asked amidst surprise

I know,I just came back to... Harry swallowed his words as he saw his brother Charles on his knees.

You bastard,what are you doing here in my girlfriend's house? Harry yelled
