Chapter 3 THE ABDUCTION (Part 1)

After dressing, I went upstairs for breakfast.

'Baby, what were you saying?',Mom asked checking me out.

'I said I'm out of lotion', I replied taking out milk from the fridge.

'Don't worry, Matteo and I are going for shopping later, we'll get it for you'

Tch... same answer as usual, I mean what was I even expecting.

'Can't I just get my own things for once?' I asked Mom, trying to look as pleading as I could.

'No!', Matteo snapped behind me.

'Fine', I snarled at him rolling my eyes.

Matteo and I haven't had the best sibling relationship these past years. Living as a rogue hasn't been the best experience for us. We have to sacrifice a lot of things including our relationship. Matteo was my best friend when we were little and will always be my best friend. He's literally the only person I can rely on apart from Mom. I love him a lot but with all that has happened these past years there's been some distance between us.

While I live in the basement locked in my room, Matteo has to train with Mom, go out and survey our area to make sure we're safe. He has to train himself and his wolf everyday with mom, she's been training him for the past six

'I want to train like that too', is all I can say everytime I watch him through an hole in my room.

I want to be strong like him, I want to learn how to stand up for myself, I want to learn how to fight and be able to mind-link with my wolf.

When I was 18, I recall when I first changed into my wolf form, It felt so great, I still remember the sudden surge of energy and power I felt. Mom was with me the whole time, I shrieked when she broke my mirror back then and when I asked her the colour of my wolf, she didn't say anything.

It was my first time so I was really confused and new to all that.

'Em~did you take your drugs?

'Yeah', I replied nodding.

After the first time I changed to my wolf form Mom has been making me some herbs to take.

'Baby, this will help keep you safe', was what she said the first day she gave it to me.

There were things Mom and Matteo were keeping from me, things about me that I didn't know about. I don't know what they're hiding but Mom was trying so hard to keep me away from the rest of the world.

After I started taking these herbs, I lost contact with my wolf, I didn't even get a chance to know her name or know what she looks like.

I stopped transforming, that was the first and only time I ever transformed. Having to live as a boy, I'm not allowed to train or learn how to fight.

I practically live as a human.
