Chapter 5 See Him Again

Claire

My whole body felt sore when I tried to move. Feeling the softness beneath me, I realized I was laying on a bed.

I slowly peeled my eyes open finding myself in a dark room, that looked like a hotel.

Feeling a pounding headache, I massaged my temple.

"What the hell did I do last night?" I could remember Lea dragging me to the club, the girls insisting I get laid last night.

I remembered meeting a guy who asked me a for a drink, and I was sitting with him at the bar. My memories became foggy from there.

I sat in focus trying to remember when I caught a glimpse of my red panties thrown halfway across the room.

"Shit!" Jumping off the bed, I grabbed the panties and my bag from the floor.

"Did I...did I have sex with someone last night?"

I began pacing the room.

"Who the hell did I sleep with and how come...?"

Immediately this thought popped into my mind, the image of golden eyes with green flecks around the ring of the orbs flashed Into my mind. These eyes had been close, so close I'd studied them.

And then the image of a kiss came next, I recalled myself feeling hot all over, grabbing a man close as I kissed him.

I face palmed.

"Did I throw myself at someone last night."

'Alright Blue, I'll make you feel better.'

My heart tumbled in my chest at the memory of a dark voice resounding in my mind.

That voice.

And then the man's face was automatically generated in my head as the memories came rushing in following a backwards motion.

A handsome face was buried between my legs, eating out my pussy making my body arch desperately.

I remembered seeing that face when I was on the dance floor, the heated gaze that pinned to me.

It was him.

After that everything came rushing in.

"That guy, he saved me."

My phone rang at that moment and I fished it out of my bag.

"Girl, where are you? We're all waiting at your place to hear the juicy news of how last night went. Tell us every detail and don't leave anything out." Lea gushed.

I could hear giggles and laughter in the background.

"She was so impatient to get sexed up, she didn't even tell us she was going to a room with the guy. Better prepare to be punished Claire, you don't ditch your friends like that."

I laughed.

They had no idea what had happened to me last night.

Deciding not to get into the story over the phone, I sighed.

"I'll be coming back now. I'll tell you guys everything."

"Is your hot shot one night stand coming to drop you off or did he flee this morning? If he offers to drop you that means he wants you." Came Lea's voice.

I rolled my eyes at the thought of that Henry, if I were to see him again, I'll definitely have him sent to prison for what he did to me.

I hung up the call after assuring the girls I'd be home soon.

Taking in my unkept appearance from a mirror in the room, I decided to use the bathroom, shower and clean up before making my way home.

"What the fuck? That guy did what?"

The girls were all alert now that I told them about last night. All looking shocked about it.

"I should have been more careful, I wasn't paying attention when he handed me the wine. He put something in it and took me to the room, I was weak and totally aroused at the time. If that person hadn't come to save me, I would have been raped."

"We're so sorry Claire, we should have kept our eyes on you and noticed if he was doing something weird. We had a bit too much tequila celebrating your birthday that we were all drunk by then."

"It's okay girls, it's no one's fault. I'm just glad he didn't get to have his way with me."

Lea hugged me warmly sitting next to me.

"I promise we'll be more careful next time, we won't let this happen to you again."

"Claire, who did you say saved you?" May asked curiously.

"Just some guy." I didn't say too much about it, trying to hide the fact that I hadn't stopped thinking about that guy since I left the private room at the bar.

"He beat up that Henry and threw him out of me room."

Their eyes suddenly lit up with interest.

Shit, I shouldn't have said that last part.

"Wait wait wait, this guy sounds like a knight in shiny armour, what did he look like, was he handsome?"

"I don't know, he looked okay." I said lowering my head to hide the blush that painted my cheeks.

"Claire, you said he threw out that Henrt guy, which means he was alone with you in the room. Did he try to take advantage..."

I answered faster than I was supposed to, for some reason I felt the urge to protect the guy.

"No, no, he didn't do anything to hurt me. In fact he wanted to leave but I made him stay and..."

Again I over spoke.

"Ooh, this sounds interesting. Tell us everything." Lea perked up.

"There's nothing to tell..."

"Hold up, don't even try to hold back on us. If there's nothing then why are you blushing and trying to defend this stranger?" Jessy chimed.

They all stared at me with round inquisitive eyes making me sigh resignedly.

"Alright, alright. He helped me."

Leaning even close to m Lea asked, "Helped you how."

I began to tell them everything, skipping a few embarrassing details like how I was practically throwing myself at him.

"Wow! This is definitely fate. You were meant to meet this handsome guy."

"Yes Claire, it's definitely rare to meet a guy who won't take advantage of you in this type of situation, you should look for this guy."

"Did he tell you his name or anything about him?" May asked.

"It's not as if we were sitting down having a chit chat, I fell asleep right after."

They all sighed in disappointment.

"This won't do. You know what he looks like right. Let's get an artist to make a sketch of him and post his pictures all over town with the term wanted. After all you do want him right." Lea said with a wink.

The girls all chimed in agreement making me laugh at their absurdity.

"You girls are crazy."

We continued to talk and laugh about different ideas of how I would find that stranger again.

In a big city like LA, it was impossible to find a person whose name I didn't even know, but it made me wonder...

Would I ever see him again?
