Chapter 5 You heard me

Well she looks a bit composed now, I think? So let's see they are getting excited to fight a girl? You psychopaths. Hmm what? That is .............crown prince Leon........... and first prince Cecil? What are they doing here? They are approaching us.

"Barons why are you surrounding the ladies?" said crown prince.

The wind blew that blonde hair of his off his forehead. His golden eyes pierced in to barons skins.

"Greetings to crown prince and first prince."

The first prince raised his eyebrows and looks at me. I'm dumbfounded. What? Why me? Get your handsome face and stick it on the fl. Get away from me. That guy with blonde hair and blue eyes. He is a devil for sure he is so different than his brother. I understand why the fl tried not to be involved with him. His aura literally makes one succumb to him. But I'm not just anyone. I smiled back to him as an answer.

He looked taken aback. Did I do it? Yay.

Now then back to matter on my hands. I looked at the crown prince he looked angry but he did not have that aura that his brother had. But people know he'll be ruling us next so not to get on his bad side. But I think we're already too late for that?

Or not, when he looked towards us his angry face turned into a sweet angelic smile soo not like his brother's devilish one. He's only angry at the barons? But why? There is something that I don't understand here.

Wasn't it him the one who was like spying on us? Did he call his friends? Yes by friends I mean the princes. I thought he would not interfere and only watch. Nah right no way it could be him. It was just a coincidence that the princes came this way. But my guts are telling me otherwise. Let's just be open

and consider all the facts.

"Hello ladies, were these guys annoying you?" Said the crown prince

"Yes, thank you crown prince Leon and first prince Cecil." Said lady Tina.

Ah a Marquis as I thought higher noble rank means not much restriction. Lower than earl cannot even say the princes' names. If one of the higher nobles are close to them they can even call them by their nicknames. But if a lower noble gets close they can say their name but not nickname. So much politics my brain hurts.

I just bowed to the princes as appreciation and did not say anything. I could've taken care of it myself. I did not need anyone's help.

"Y-your majesty the crown prince. The girls were trying to make us angry and were doing everything to gain our attention."

What?

"Your majesty, if I may." I say trying to interfere with what those imbeciles were saying.

"Go on."

Says the first prince. You are having fun aren't you first prince.

"The former is true......"

As I said those words I carefully observed everyone around. The crown prince's eyes darkened

"......but......"

He composed his expression.

"........the latter is false"

The first prince looks like he does not believe me. Hah I did my best. Well I'll take what I get hopefully a prize and a friend. Aka Kas.

"Your highness the crown prince. I agree with the lady. I was the reason it all started anyway. I went to the take some drinks when I came across those guys. I ignored them and moved forward but they were following me so I went to a crowded place. They acted like normal nobles but one could tell that they were way too drunk. But no one helped me." Kas said after glaring at those named nobles.

"Lady Amy was the one who took the initiative and helped me. At first when she complimented me I thought she wanted my family's authority and power but she only did that to be sure that those guys were eyeing me. She got her answer from that and she proceeded. She was trying to make them aware that they were making me uncomfortable. But they thought otherwise. So that's what she meant by former is true." Looking at the first prince unbothered face she rushed in and supported my claim.

"Oh thank you lady for telling me in detail. But I already knew that. I was trying to see if the ladies would tell the truth to the lie they presented."

Lady Tina looks surprised. I wasn't surprised because I knew of their friendship. Friendship between the royal brothers and the young Duke Jaiden Dayleen .

"Your majesty the crown prince if it's not rude may I ask how?" asked lady Tina

"My friend, Jaid"

"? Young duke Jaiden? Oh thank you."

There she goes like a helium balloon high in the sky and among the clouds.

I whispered in English. This world has a very complicated language. English was much better I say. But no one in this world knows English. So I use it like my secret language.

Everyone looked at me like I was an alien. Except for one person.

"Lady which language did you just speak?" said the first prince with his tremendously heavy aura.

"Hm you heard me? I thought I whispered" I mumbled to myself

"Yes we all did."

Ohk no more whispering for me.

I smiled and said "It's my secret language first prince."

Oh he looks contemplated. God it's so funny to leave him with a wall in front of his face. Which is so long and powerful that he can't climb or break it.

Oh the young duke is going. Oh Lady Tina looks sad.

"I'll be leaving now your majesty the crown prince and first prince. Let's go lady Amy." Says lady Tina.

Does she want to talk to me about something?

"Um, ok. I'll be taking my leave now your majesties."

I sprinted away with lady Tina. Only looking back once. The first prince, he was looking towards me like he was trying to read me. He's a prince does he not know how rude it is to stare at people? Well maybe he is too young right now.........my ass he is 3 years older than me.

"Um lady if you don't mind I'll join you in a sec." I whispered to Lady Tina

She nodded and said that she'll be waiting for me at the terrace.

I went in the direction the young duke went. When finally I was able to catch up to him.

"Why did you follow me lady?" asked the young duke

"First 'huff' I did not 'huff' follow you."

I took a deep breath to calm my shortness of breath due to running here.

"I retraced young Dukes steps." I said composing myself.

He looked sceptical.

"But you ran here. If you were retracing my path you should not have ran."

I felt like banging my head on the wall

"Young duke I RETRACED your steps because I wanted to talk to you."

"I don't have anything to talk to you."

Ah this guy

"Young duke let me make this clear this is not a confession."

He did not believe me.

"If not then it's probably a deal of marriage."

Too deep he is thinking too deep.

'sigh'

"Young duke why did you follow us? You were obviously going to approach Lady Tina first but you stopped when you saw me. Since then you acted like a spy and spied on us. I wonder how much disgusted would Lady Tina feel after she is told that?"

Ah I wanted to confront him. Show him that he got a rival. He isn't the only schemer.

"How did you know I was there?"

"Well I'm a lady with secrets. That's not what I want to talk about. Would you care to listen to me now?"

"Go on spit it out."

"1. I am not dangerous.

2. I don't care if you believe what I say or not.

3. What I do is for the girl you like and your sister's sake.

4. There is one more person who this all is for but I need you to just have patience.

5. Don't snitch me out on the emperor or any of the princes. Or you know what you can do so, I won't have much of a setback because of it.
