Melanie stared at Lucia in a daze for quite some time.

She couldn't figure out which part was wrong.

At this moment, inside the car.

Suddenly, there was an incoming phone call with a specific ringtone.

The ringing continued for a long time.

Melanie couldn't stand it anymore.

"Lucia Balstone, it's a phone call!" Melanie reminded her.

She wanted to see how she would explain it to Kelvin.

Lucia closed her eyes. She truly needed to work very hard to control and suppress her voice to answer the phone call, "Kelvin."

"Did you have a good time today?" Kelvin's caring tone came from the other side.

Lucia laughed sarcastically.

"Didn't you ask for a baby?" The other side joked.

"I'm leaving."

Lucia nodded and drove the car back home.

She drove back to the Balstone family's villa ten years ago.

Lucia took a deep breath. "Mom, I want to break off the engagement with Kelvin."

"Kelvin is not a good person. He married me with purpose. He just wanted to occupy our family property and use our family as a stepping stone for him to up the level of the Calshaw family to the noble one." Lucia felt that her parents did not believe her. She continued, "I don't have any evidence to prove what I said, but give me some time, and I will make you believe it!"

Kylian and Reagan were both silents when they saw that their daughter suddenly became so determined.
