"Tell him I would be there shortly." I said to Gemma not giving her a second glance. My eyes were on Alison and the moment she was about to be directed down the corridor I shouted, gaining the attention of my men.
"Bring her back." I said. I saw Alison's face change as I spoke.
"Damien! Hugh has something really important to discuss." Gemma spoke up again.
I rolled my eyes, placing my gaze on Gemma. "Didn't you hear what I said?"
She nodded, and I placed my eyes back on Alison as I spoke. "Go deliver my message."
"You know she's distracting you." Gemma spoke up. "A mafia leader isn't meant to be distracted."
"And who gave you the right to advise me?" I asked with a raised brow.
"I am only saying this because I'm scared." Gemma moved closer, her tone shifting. "Ever since you returned, you haven't even spoken to me or glanced my way."
"That's because you haven't done anything to amuse me." I said, noticing that Alison was just a few feet away.
I don't know why, but I felt the need to shake her maybe just for a little. I couldn't let her go just like that. It would only mean i was becoming weak, and I didn't want that.
"Tell me what you want me to do so I can make you amused?" Gemma's voice picked up, catching my attention.
"Deliver my message to Hugh, okay we would discuss this letter."
Gemma grunted, walking away, and the second my man got closer I told him to take Alison to the red room.
"I thought you said you were giving me a chance to fix things." Alison said in a shaky voice as I stepped into the red room.
"I changed my mind." I said, heading to the corner of the room. I opened the wardrobe and pulled out a whip, flexing it in my hand.
"Damien..." Alison began, but I silenced her with a raised hand.
"Come with me!" My voice was menacing as I walked across the room, opening the back door that led to another room.
"This is where the bodies of men and women who have doubled-crossed end up getting buried."
Alison's eyes lit up at the sound of my words. "I said I will do anything you ask of."
"I never said you wouldn't Alison." I said, pushing her closer to the cemented stone. "I just want to make sure that you actually mean it."
"I do." Her voice cracked as she spoke. "I mean it."
"Take off your clothes and lie down flat on one of those stones." I said, ignoring her words.
She hesitated, and I moved the whip in my hands.
"Do as I fucking I say Alison!" I spat.
She pulled off the dress, and her naked body came into view. Her curves were alluring, but I stopped myself from staring at them for so long.
"Good." I said after she laid on the stone. Her arse was facing me. They were round and perfect.
I stared at them for only a second before my whip landed on them. Alison winced over and over again.
"Tell me how much you're sorry." I said as my whip met her round arse again.
"SAYY IT!"
"I'm sorry!" She muttered. "I'm really sorry."
My whip landed on her arse once again, and she let out a low scream.
"Do you promise me you wouldn't go against me?"
Whip!
"Yes!" she replied. "I do."
The last whip sent her screaming so loud. I started to feel pity for her, but I didn't stop. I hit her over and over again, until I saw blood splatter.
I pulled back after this. "Stand up!"
Alison did as I said, and the minute she turned to look at me. I saw that her face was filled with tears.
I turned away from her.
"Ollie!" I called out to the men stationed outside in a loud tone. "Take her to the left chambers upstairs,"
"Yes, boss." Ollie nodded, and I left the room.
"It's about time." Hugh said as I stepped into the study.
"I had things to attend to." I replied. "So, what do you want to discuss?"
"Our plan to get the watch back, and your newest distraction."
"I see that bitch Gemma has been filling your ears with trash." I said, glaring at Hugh.
"I just hope what she says isn't true."
"You have been my best friend and right-hand man for years . You of all people should know that I, Damien santos can never be distracted by a woman."
"Don't we all say that, and then what happens in the end?"
"I'm not going to be distracted case closed Hugh. Let's focus on your plan."
"I have been able to track the guy down, and from my intel. He plans to leave the highlands tonight, so we have to catch him before he does."
"What are we waiting for?" I asked in an eager tone.
"I would have said your arse, but I don't think you would like the tone of that." Hugh said, heading to the door.
I walked behind him, and a part of me was glad that I had him in my life. Hugh's dad and my mom were best friend we practically grew up together.
"Don't tell me you're thinking of your bimbo?" Hugh's voice caught my attention and rolled my eyes.
He started the car, and soon we arrived at the location. The mission was a quick hit. Before I knew it, we had both the money and the watch.
The minute we got back to the mansion. I noticed some of my men were stationed outside holding their weapons.
"What happened?" I asked, moving closer to them.
"There was an attack." Ollie spoke up.
"Who was behind it?" Hugh asked, stepping forward.
"It was Alberto's men," Ollie replied. "And they took the girl."
