Chapter 4 His Lips

I closed my eyes hoping that when I opened them he wouldn't be in front of me. Maybe I had been thinking of him so much that I was beginning to see him everywhere. But when I opened my eyes he was still standing there looking at me, that was when I remembered here he was my boss and whatever might have transpired between us meant nothing.

I was here as his secretary and I had to compose myself.

" Good morning sir," I said as I walked further into the office moving from the spot where I had originally been frozen in shock.

" Miss Fredrick?" He said and I nodded my head in affirmation.

" Take a seat." I did as he said and took the seat in front of me, I could feel his eyes on me but I didn't dare look at him. I just wonder what would be going on in his mind.

" So I guess they must have given you the briefing of how this is going to work?" He asked me, to which I nodded but quickly corrected myself.

" Yes sir, I know how it works."

" You do know that you have to go home with me sometimes for work purposes?" I swallowed, I wasn't told that but they pay me well enough to do that too without complaining so it was fine.

" No, sir."

" Now you do, and I'm sure you know you are to follow me for business trips, be my date on business occasions?" Date? Why would I have to be his date?

But did I question him? No.

" Okay, Sir."

" That would be all Miss Frederick."

" Okay, sir," I said as I stood up and then made my way to my office, which was just outside his.

I arranged my stuff and got to work. I needed to sort out a lot of documents and continue from where the former secretary left. I had a lot to do.

I was still sorting things out when the telephone rang.

" Yes Sir," I said,

" Come to my office," He simply said before he ended the call. I stood up from my chair and walked to his office. When I opened the door, he was so focused on his work that he didn't even acknowledge me. I took that opportunity to access him, he had his glasses on and he even looked sexier with it. His lashes were long for a man and his lips looked so kissable, I had kissed them.

I quickly shook my head to wipe away the thought then I looked up at him and my heart almost jumped out of my skin when I saw him looking at me, he must have caught me staring at his lips. Could the ground just open up and swallow me?

I stood up straighter as I waited for what he had to say pretending like I wasn't just ogling him.

" I need you to help me look through some documents, I left them in my office at home so you'll be coming with me." I didn't expect to start going home with him on the first day, it was really going to be weird, especially with what happened between us, he hadn't said a word about it, and for some reason that bothered me

It was just sex and nothing more and it was better we kept it professional.

" Okay Sir, any other thing you'd like me to do for you?" I asked him and the look he was giving me told me there was and it had nothing to do with work, this was an indication that he hadn't forgotten our passionate night.

" No, that would be all." His voice was so hoarse like a starved man. I turned around and walked out of his office.

As soon as I sat on my chair, my hand rushed to my chest, it was beating so fast like my heart was going to jump out of my chest.

This is going to be hard.

I was sending out invitations for an event we have coming up at the end of the month when someone walked past me heading to my boss's office.

" Excuse me please, do you have an appointment?" I asked her politely.

She looked me up and down like I was stupid to ask her such a question when I was just doing my job.

" And you're?" She asked as she folded her hands.

" I'm the new secretary and you can't go in until I confirm from my boss that he's expecting you."

" Who do you think you are?"

" The secretary, please just have a seat while I put a call through, you're?"

" Veronica." She spat. Like I care.

When I turned to the phone she quickly rushed towards the office and as quickly as I could I went past my table and followed her.

" Excuse me ma'am you can't go in!!" But she wasn't listening as she pushed the door open and went in before I could reach her.

As I rushed into the office she was kneeling with her hands holding my boss's leg and he didn't look pleased which meant he wasn't expecting her, she didn't have an appointment.

" Please I want you, can't you just love me? after that night with you I couldn't stop thinking about you, please just love me, please " She begged as he tried to free his leg that she was clinging to like her life depended on it.

" Excuse me ma'am you have to go or I'll have to call the security," I said as I tried to remove her hands from my boss who had his jaw tight in anger but she pushed my hands away. That got me angry, it was my first day at work and she was making me look incompetent when I clearly told her not to go in.

" Please can you send in security into the CEO's office, there's a woman here causing a scene, thank you."

The security were able to drag her out or else she wasn't ready to leave.

" I'm sorry Sir, it's my fault, that would never happen again." I apologized as it was my job to prevent people like her from getting into his office.

He didn't say a word and I took it as my cue to leave so I returned to doing my job.

It was lunchtime so I had to remind my boss, I hoped he was no longer angry.

I knocked on the door and he told me to come in.

" Sir, I've booked you a table in your favorite restaurant, it's lunchtime."

" Cancel it, I'm busy." Well, I guess he was still angry.

" Okay, sir,"

I returned to his office ten minutes later with lunch.

" Sir your lunch." He could be angry when he was done eating.

" But I told you..."

" I know what you said, sir,..." I could tell he didn't like that I cut his words...." but my grandma said it's a sin to nature to miss a meal and how can you work without eating? So as your secretary, I pledge that as long as I work with you, you're not permitted to miss any meal." He gave a light chuckle and that calmed me in more ways than I thought it would.

I dropped the bag on his table, brought out the package that contained his food, and then I turned to leave but he stopped me.

" What about you?"

" I bought mine too, it's on my table." He nodded and then I returned back to my office.

It was almost eight and my boss had not stepped out of his office, he still expects me to go home and work with him, when did he expect me to return home?

Soon enough I heard his door open and I quickly stood up, he had his bag so I rushed to him and took it, I already had mine hanging on my shoulder.

" Ready?" He asked

" Yes sir."

His driver had already parked his car in front of the company when the driver opened the door my boss didn't go in which meant he wanted me to go in first.

" Uhm, sir I brought my car, I can't leave it here."

" Give me the key Mark," he said referring to his driver,..." Give him your car key, you're riding with me." I brought out the key from my bag and handed the key to his driver and then I got into his car.

The drive was silent and tense as much as we both tried to pretend like nothing happened, we couldn't deceive ourselves for long, he was driving me to the same house he ravished me a few days ago.

I just have to act professionally and everything will be alright.

When he stopped in front of his house my heart started beating but I calmed it down.

I followed him inside and he led me into his office. He had already taken off his tie and opened a few buttons of his shirt.

Even his office in his house was so big.

We got to work immediately as he showed me the files I needed to work on.

After about an hour of working, he suddenly spoke.

" Miss Fredrick," he called and I turned from what I was doing to look at him.

" Yes sir?"

" There's a file there with the number B11 can you get it for me?" He said as he pointed to a shelf.

" Okay, sir." I stood up from the couch where I was working and made my way to where the shelf was, the problem was when I got there my hand couldn't reach the file.

I turned to him but he had already busied himself with work again. I tried standing on my toes but that still didn't help.

I suddenly felt a presence behind me, it was him but instead of taking the file he just stood behind me then he whispered.

" Are you trying to seduce me?" His hand then slowly went up my skirt, I tried to push it away but I could tell that my effort was useless, I wasn't even making any effort.

Then he turned me to face him as my back hit the shelf.

" Do you know the things I want to do to you? Bad bad things, I had been trying to control myself and it was working until you had those beautiful legs on display, I couldn't help but imagine them wrapped around me while I thrust into your sweet hole." My body zipped with electricity at his words, my professionalism was slowly flying away.

Just when I was about to tell him he was my boss, he shut me up.

His lips covered mine and I knew I was in for trouble.
