Chapter 5 Fighting for my world

Mr Wilson was in turmoil, he had not laid his eyes on Patricia for two weeks, he was worried, but Desmond assured him that as long as she was with James that she will be alright. He had anchored her safety on James love, but what if something happened to both of them, his wife, did not seem to worry about this at all which also bothered him, did she know where they were and his it from him?.

"You seem calm and happy today Bianca, did you receive good news, something I should be aware of?.". Of course it is good news to me but it won't be good news to you as well, Bianca taught to herself.

"Not at all my love, you see why should we be sad, when we have the power to make ourselves happy."

"Your daughter is missing,are you not worried about her?."

"She probably eloped with James, I doubt there is anything to worry about."

Mr Wilson walked away disappointedly, he did not expect this sort of behavior, he decided to go to the police, and declare her missing.

"He is on his way, she spoke to someone on the phone."

Mr Wilson observed a car following him, he quickly called Desmond, he tried to drive faster, but it was too late he was surrounded, they brought him out of the forcefully,and started hitting him with the golf club in there hands, they hit so much he coughed about blood. Once they saw him bleeding, they ran, he laid there weak and groaning in pain, Desmond arrived thirty minutes later, and took him to the hospital.

"You a did a good job." Bianca paid them, while penny went to where he laid and took some of his blood in a can.

Bianca smiled, finally she will look young again, the pain on her knees would soon disappear, and her neck will be as smooth as a child's.

The diary showed them a tiny golden ball chained to the ground.

They sat down while the priest explained the importance of the gold.

It was used by the locals to protect themselves against the dead at night, the reflection of the gold would burn the skin of the beast, but there was only one gold, and so the people chained it in the middle of there houses, but that is just a myth it does not exist. James suddenly needed to use the bathroom.

"Sorry, excuse me."

He went into the bathroom, but saw something terrible, some ones blood was dripping from the ceiling, it instantly dawned on him, that the priest was part of them.

"Where were you my friend."

The priest asked James.

"Oh no, I was walking around, theres no network here, and I need to make a call, I'm hungry."

The priest offered to give them some food, once he was gone, James snatched the diary and hid it in his pocket, while he took Patricia forcefully and got into the car.

"Where are we going?, why don't you answer me." They heard a gun shot, it was the priest, he kept on aiming at the car wheels, but James was too fast for him.

Mr Wilson was taken to the hospital, when the doctor saw him, he told him, there was nothing he could do, and he should write his will.

"I think we need to go back home, that's the safest place, maybe we could live with my father, or the physician." Patricia nodded it would be better to live with someone they trusted than to go to a strange place where they knew no one."

The Physician asked them how it went with the priest, "It was alright , he told us all we needed to know and more, could we live here for a while."

The Physician nodded, she knew from there tone of voice, that there was something they were hiding from her, but she did not want to bother them.

She instead went into her library and did some research.

"Now that we are here why don't we dance?." Patricia said to James who was in no mood for romance.

"How could you still be this calm, in this situation?.". Don't worry about me, as far as we are together everything will be alright.

"Patricia, can I talk to you?.". The physician called her.

"All these images in the diary seem to tell a story, but I don't understand what they mean."

James was left alone In the room when the voice came once again.

"Why do you involve yourself in foreign matters!."

"What do you mean?."

"If you stay away from this girl you would be free of all this, why do you trouble yourself."

James went to where Patricia sat with the Physician, and he decided to go for a walk without informing them, he thought of what would happen if he listened to that voice. What if he let go of Patricia and focus on his dream of becoming a Lawyer, he closed his eyes, was all this trouble worth it?.

In the hospital, Mr Wilson, rolled in pain, his injury getting worse by the second. Desmond watched his friend fighting for his life and decided to make a call. He called Bianca but her phone was switched off, he called Patricia, but her phone was in her room.

James opened his eyes and saw a strange cloud forming in the sky it was taking over the sky but there was no storm.

He ran into his house, and called out, "Guys, come take a look!."

The Physician looked at the diary.

"It's happening, look at this."

James closed the doors and the windows. He asked them all to stay together, as they don't know what would happen, if they all stay in there rooms.

Bianca on the other hand was not ready to leave this world, and especially not in the hands of her ex husband, her empty bottle which was now full, gave the expected result as her knees became lighter and she ran happily exercising them.

Patricia finally called Desmond.

"I'm sorry, I wasn't with my phone then, is everything ok with dad.?"

"If you truly love your father, you will come to the hospital right now."
