Leonard walked down the stairs lazily, he was still feeling sleepy but he needed to go to work and avoid being spanked by his nanny Lady Becca. He was afraid of offending his nanny because she was the only one that he consider family.

He immediately put on his cold expression the moment he sighted his maids going about their various duties, he presence and walk emanate a powerful and and dangerous aura.

He got to the dining room and found it empty, he was sit down to have his breakfast when someone spanked him on his head, he held in head in pain as he turned and stared at his nanny Lady Becca in horror.

" Nanny why did do that, what did i do to warrant getting spanked?" Leonard whined and Lady Becca huffed.

" Leonard Cohen." She called him by his full name. "I gave you thirty minutes to come down for breakfast but you spent more than an hour upstairs, yet you walked down the stairs lazily and sluggishly like you had all the time in the world to waste." Lady Becca scolded. Leonard grinned nervously at his nanny.

" I am so sorry nanny, I worked all throughout last night so i felt weak and drowsy this morning, I am so sorry nanny." He apologized pouting his lips.

" That doesn't save you from your punishment, Dinner is on you tonight, don't come back home late from work today, make sure you get some groceries for today's dinner when coming back home." Lady Becca said.

Leonard sighed as he nodded his head slowly, he was always made to make dinner whenever he did anything wrong, that was lady Becca's way of punishing to her, according to her make dinner is the right way of setting him straight.

She had turn him into a very good chef by making him cook all the time, there was no dish that he couldn't prepare.

Leonard sat on the chair and hurriedly had his breakfast before heading to work.

Leonard got to the office and stepped into the building making his way to the elevator. He could hear the various complements of his female staffs and he only huffed to it.

He was used to getting admiring looks from ladies but they didn't move him a bit. It wasn't that he was a gay or he had no interest in ladies but he lost all interest in ladies after his first relationship turned worse.

His ex Loveth was a bad memory of his life and the time he spent with her was so bad but that wasn't a story that he will narrate another day.

He got into his office and sat on his chair as he prepared to begin the day's activities. He was looking through some files when Mark walked in.

" Good morning sir." Mark greeted with a wide smile.

Leonard stared at his secretary and sighed, he had always wondered what kind of person Mark because Mark face was always plastered with a wide smile each time he comes across him.

He felt that Mark had no worries in the world, not for once have he ever seen Mark angry or sad. He secretly wished that he had the kind of life that Mark had.

Leonard scoffed at his wished, because he knows that his wishes will never come to past.

" Good morning Mark." Leonard replied.

" Boss, we have gotten the list of female bodyguards applicants. We have scheduled all of them for an interview tomorrow, you will have to be available tomorrow for the interview so i have already cleared all your schedule for tomorrow, let me know if you have any objections sir." Mark said.

Mark was always diligent with his job, the only thing he valued most apart from his life is his job, the smile he always put on is fake. His life was not perfect like most people thinks.

Twenty two years ago his kid sister who was only two months old was kidnapped, his parents had been searching for her ever since then.

He lost his father to the cold hand of death while out searching for his sister, his mother was a shadow of herself after the lost of his sister and she never fails to remind him of the need to look for his sister and bring her home.

His family and life was not perfect as many people predicts, the smile he always wears was to cover his worries, his pains, his problems, his imperfect life and family.

He stared at his boss and he felt pity for him, his problems are insignificant to the one that his boss is passing through, the reason that he had always stick to his boss no matter the risk is because he felt that his boss needed someone by his side.

" Tomorrow is fine Mark, I don't have any objections." Leonard said bringing Mark out of his world of thoughts.

" Take a look at the pictures and personal information of the people we have invited in for the interview against tomorrow." Mark said as he dropped a pile of files on the table. He bowed slightly and left the office giving him some space.

Leonard sighed softly and rested back on his chair as he loosened up his tie around his neck.

His mind was filled with so many thoughts as he picked up the file and started scrolling through. He was amazed that most of the women were between age range of thirty to thirty five and they got their skill from a family training center.

His eyes caught a particular file and she was just twenty two years old. He was amazed by her beauty and he found himself getting lost in her beauty besides she was the youngest of them.

He scrolled through her file and he was amazed that she had a special training from an underground martial arts club. He wondered the kind of childhood she must have lived for her to have undergo training at that kind of place.

He somehow found himself getting interested in her and he wanted to know all about her.

" Luna Demetrius, I can't wait to meet you tomorrow." Leonard said as he touched his chin naughtily.
