✨AVLAIRE'S POV✨

A few days passed and I was still here at Aki's shabby house. On my first day here I was really surprised and unacceptable. Before I took a bath that day I also stared at the water and then decided that it was just for now and I was going to recover when I returned to the house. I was a little surprised by the cold water and since that day, Aki said, I could have hot water but I would do it on a smokey stove. I can't stand the thick fog from it so Aki's mother is doing it.

The four days I was here with them, wearing Aki's mother's clothes and sleeping in her room, I did nothing but laugh and watch them all day. I didn't see Aki's net in the past because her mother said, she was working. And now, my only partner is his mother and the cute little child.

We sit here in what they call a cube and she`s hugging her teddy bear while eating some kind of yellow thing. He offered me a chewing gum that I immediately rejected. Looks gross so I reject her offer.

"Well, are you hungry?", Cried Aki's mother while she was inside. I looked to the side where he was and came up to be argued. I actually doesn`t like their food because it tastes foreign and can't really accept my stomach. Until now, I still have a few eaten and I feel like it`s more than a diet I do.

"No. I`m fine. ", I shouted back and looked at the boy. She smiled at me but suddenly jumped down when she heard her mother's cough. He immediately ran in so I immediately obeyed. It looks like he's getting better so I atleast need to check the situation.

When we arrived, the boy immediately sat on the floor so that they could be with him. Her mother grabbed her by the shoulder and seemed to peek at the woman's face in front of her.

"Mom! I'll call you. ", The boy worried. Her mother was still coughing up so I approached immediately.

I leaned on until I was right there. I don't sit on the floor unlike the kid but I still can see her mother`s face. "Are you okay?", I was worried and tried to rub his shoulder. Aki's mom nodded but she was still coughing.

I decided to get some water but when I looked around, I didn't know where to get it. I'm looking for a refrigerator or even dispenser but nothing. I looked at the boy and asked. "Where's the wate - water?"

He looked at me for a moment and then got up and got some water. Get a plastic cup on the table then go to the blue thing and doom get some water. Then he immediately went back to his mother and then gave him some water.

Looking at her, I realized that her situation and coughing were not normal. Too long and deep. I got worried because I didn't know what to do at times like this and what if anyone had to worry about him without being here. What do they expect me to do just in case my conscience can't handle it just in case there is a bad idea.

After drinking the water, he immediately looked at us and we stared at him for a moment before smiling. "Thanks, yeah. I'm sorry and I'm worried about you. ", He said calmly and then slowly stood up. I helped her immediately thank her. "Well, can you not tell Akio?", Asked me surprised.

"Po? Akio? ", I asked politely. She just smiled and I immediately realized that my question was wrong. Why is Akio's name I want to know instead of why I didn't say it. "Why?" I asked again.

Aki's mother took a deep breath before she drank the water again. "You know, that kid, in these times, he should be studying with Pit, but because of that, he can't do what he wants. Since his father lost his lives, Akio did nothing but put us first than his peers should have done in those days. She has reached a baby but the kindness of that child has not changed. I don't want to work or do heavy things because of me, that kid will scold me. At that sacrifice, it seems like I can't add it anymore if he's worried about it, especially if he knows I'm sick. ", He said and I smiled again and again looking at me . "` Don't worry too much about it. I'll just drink it with water and I'm fine. "

When I heard that, I was even more worried. I understand the reason, but should Aki still tell her because her mother? I have no answer because all my life, I have just heard a parent who is prioritizing the welfare of the child. I am only used to parents that their child is using for achievements. And all of my parents everytime with gathering after some occasion is always a child and then the child is not available for them.

Hearing akio`s mom saying those stuffs, I'm changing to listen so I don't know what to say. And I didn't even know what to do and just a little scratch before I confronted it.

I nodded at him and I just smiled. "All right, go back to the hut and I'll bring some sweets.", He said and turned away and returned to the smoky stove.

As he looked at me, I was even more guilty when I watched him. And noticed the messy hair, sweaty sweat of his body and skinny arms.

I looked at the boy with my hand and it was as if I was waiting for a walk.

"Wait, did you wash your hand?.", I asked but he just looked at me and obviously didn't understand me. I took a deep breath and realized that I was talking to a child, what else did I react to. We just waited in the hut and stared. Sometimes he talked about his toy but I didn't understand so I let it go.
