Chapter 6 Little Human

Allison sucked a deep breath and her lower lip wobbled like a baby. Her emerald eyes glistened with tears. She wanted to run and run. But it seemed like her body gave up, she was rooted to her place, she couldn't feel her limbs. And nobody was there to protect her, to make her feel safe.

The man in front of him killed her family and now He will kill her too.

The people looked at her with disdain to create the scene and some with pity because she was going to face the wrath of their Alpha and if not then by this King.

Allison attempted to calm herself in that situation but her efforts were futile. You cannot compose yourself in any way in front of the Dark walker.

Lyceon's right eye twitched seeing the beautiful little girl wrapped in a dark green gown, looking at him with terror.

A vicious smirk formed on his lips feeling her anxiety, her racing heart and trembling body. He was amused how she was trying to pull a brave face when He could see nothing but shuddering form.

Then He took menacing steps towards her, eyes fixated on her with a deep urge to go near her but as He was approaching her, his pupils grew large flashing red again. Those red glowing orbs snatched the soul out of Allison's body. She whimpered slightly. She was sure she was going to die. He will kill her, at least she could reunite with her family.

Everyone was witnessing the scene with frozen eyes, they knew that this girl was going to be slaughtered. And few of them were glad that Allison was that girl who was nothing but a burden to the pack being a human, they never valued her. They were nonchalant about the scene now.

Terror spreading through her body like wildfire, numbing her all senses. Lyceon was only a few steps away from Allison when suddenly Sebastian blocked his view by standing in front of Allison facing Him, with a bowed head.

"Apologies, My king. She did that mistakenly, I will handle her. You don't need to waste your energy on a mere girl. Please enjoy yourself."

But Lyceon closed his eyes and twisted his neck to his right in rage. This bloody wolf dared to obstruct his way. Ripples of hot fury were emitting his giant body, his jaws ticking with anger.

"Move!" His voice gruff, warning Sebastian to run from his eyes. But Sebastian hesitated, he could feel the fear of Allison behind him. She was sweating badly.

For a moment Allison was afraid for Sebastian who jumped in between to save her. He wanted to save her from the Dark Lord's wrath.

"My King, I assure you..." his further pleading went in vain as Lyceon in an unimaginable speed clutched his neck in tight grip and let out a deep and loud growl shaking everything and everyone around Him.

Allison let out a blood curdling scream with their Alpha whose son was being lifted in the air by the Lycan king. Anger rising in every cell of your body as black furs sprouted from his body, could be seen from his bare skin. Sebastian's eyes popped out by the force on his neck, he was thrashing badly in His hold.

"You fucking dare to stop me! You filthy mutt!" He thundered, venom laced in his tone as His smoldering rage consumed every single soul into his flames. His black-pitched eyes turned red again Making Allison gripping the table for bearing her own weight.

She wanted to save Sebastian from this monster but was helpless. After all she was a human girl and her minor spells couldn't help either in front of this Lycan.

"My king, please forgive my son.." Alpha Ralph begged for his only son's life when Lyceon gave more pressure to his neck. His extended claws were digging into Sebastian's flesh as he whimpered loudly. His eyes glazed over and a deadly smirk made way to his face turning to Allison.

Her throat became dry and tears blurred her vision. She knew that look, She was dying slowly under his gaze as it was not enough to torture her mentally When His sharp claws dug deeper in Sebastian's neck, sinking his claws deeply before ripping his throat into abrupt slaughter and tossed his body to the other end. Sebastian's body knocked into the wall with a rough thud and once again everything went into stillness.

Silence!

Suddenly Allison screamed after coming out of her small shock and fell onto her knees. Her eyes were frozen onto Sebastian's dead body, blood gushing out freely, dirtying the floor. Alpha Ralph was speechless and so were others. His face was ashen realizing his son was no more.

They infuriated the King, they showed defiance so they had to face the outcomes. Lyceon proceeded to go ahead to Allison who was frozen to her place.

Everyone was waiting for the next death. They were enraged that their future Alpha got killed because of this girl. He was trying to save her. So this time nobody came ahead to interfere, they were too afraid to move. They didn't care if He kill her just now.

Lyceon walked near her and looked down at her fragile squatted body. Feeling the shadow over her head, Allison slowly turned her gaze and looked up. She was terrified to her core. She recoiled instinctively but a table behind her halted her movements.

Lyceon's face was unreadable, He was staring at her intensely and slowly scooted closer to her and rested his one knee on the floor.

"HUMAN!"

He rasped and tilted his head with a lopsided smirk. Allison flinched back with his tone suddenly feeling disgusted when her gaze fell on his bloody hand.

"Little Human.." He sang again. Allison whimpered, pinching her eyes. What He was gonna do to her. Her lips quivered as the warm tears slid down her face. She blinked rapidly to clear them.

Nora, who was witnessing everything, was too scared for her friend. She was standing beside Asher who was also shocked by his friend's invaluable death. Nora wanted to go to help her but Asher gripped her hand silently warning her.

"What is your name, Angel?"

Shocked, Allison looked into his back-pitched eyes blankly. His face was close, black eyes piercing her soul, caging her into his shady world.

Angel!

Her eyes widened, recalling something, she sucked a deep breath before everything went dark for her and she went lifeless, her sitting body falling on her left. But she felt a large, cold hand cupping her head before it could hit the floor.
