(This isn't right)

I have had a very eventful day. I met the young maid, Amara, who I did not meet earlier when I arrived because she lost her father to cancer and had to be with her family. How knows how much she spent on hospital bills.

I felt for the young girl. Such a sad fate for such a sweet girl. Mr Rossi must be really nice to let her leave the house unattended for weeks.

I also got to be formally introduced to Mr. Manuel, the sweet old gatekeeper. He was a sweetheart.

And also Flynn, the new charming young driver. Thinking about him made me smile like a fool. He was very handsome and attractive. I heard the last one before him fell in love with Mr Rossi's wife and they eloped together leaving little Matteo behind.

That was a very bad thing to do, God would never forgive them. Oh how sad Mr Rossi must feel.

No wonder he seems to hate women now, I know he hated me for a fact.

"Finish up your meal child, stop picking at it like a bird". Mary scolded me sweetly.

I giggled like a high school girl as I looked up at her as she put two slices of bread into the toaster.

"Yes ma'am". I saluted playfully like a cop.

Amara walked in a second later, cheerfully like always. I didn't understand how she could still be so sweet and so cheerful everytime despite everything she has been through. I am now convinced that she was an angel.

"Good morning". So sweet

"Good morning". I responded, taking a bite of my french toast.

"Good morning Amara, hope you slept well". Mary asked her, setting down a plate of food in front of her.

"Yes I did, you?".

"The very best". Mary responded smiling.

I loved this. There's so much positive energy and support here. It was encouraging.

"Well you both had better eat quick and disperse before Mr Rossi comes downstairs for breakfast". Mary told us.

I now noticed the toast and coffee Mary was preparing was his.

I continued eating my food but I noticed from my peripheral view that Amara's actions seem to have paused. She seemed frozen.

"Amara, quick dear child". Mary reminded her which seemed to snap her out of her phase.

That was strange. I thought nothing of it and continued eating. Maybe she was scared of Mr Rossi, I wouldn't blame her, the man was very scary.

"I don't really have an appetite Mary, I'll just start my chores for the day". Amara got up and left.

"Poor child". Mary visibly pitied the poor girl.

"Will she be okay Mary?". I asked, feeling really sympathetic for the young beauty.

Amara's beauty was unreal. She looked like a goddess. I was stunned the first time I met her and she told me she was a maid. She would soar as a model if she chose that path.

She had luscious, long and full brown curls, milky white skin, full pink lips and dark eyebrows. She was a goddess. She carried herself with so much class and grace for someone who is only but a maid.

I watched her retreating back as she gracefully made her way up the stairs in her off the shoulder black blouse and long skirt, and I wondered to myself as I ate the remainder of my breakfast, if this girl actually knows how gorgeous she is. She can't not know.

Something smells fishy.

I finished my meal and made my way over to the sink to wash my plate.

When I was done and placed the plate on the rack, I heard heavy footsteps and I turned to see Mr Rossi walking down the stairs majestically and Amara following him closely behind with her head bent low.

She had her two hands in front of her as she twiddled them nervously. Mr Rossi on the other hand, sauntered in with his shirt slung lazily over his one shoulder as he appeared shirtless and sweaty from the gym.

He sat down like a king, not even sparing me a second glance.

"Bring me my food, Amara". He ordered her as his hawk-like eyes watched her every move without blinking.

"Yes sir". Her voice was so low, you might miss it.

Something was wrong.

"Miss Abbot, I believe you were leaving?".

Shit, I almost smacked myself across the face.

"Yes sir, excuse me". I hurriedly left as I felt my face heat up with embarrassment. This man really hates me.

I quickly made my way to the nursery to see if Matteo was awake.

He was still asleep so I sat at his window propping my left leg up on the window and decided to text my friends. It's been awhile.

Not too long after Matteo awoke. I put my phone back in my pocket and carefully picked him up.

I bathed him and I changed his diaper. I fed him and took him to the garden to read him a story.

He seemed to love the garden.

We laid out there for a while till he fell asleep and I decided to carry him inside.

I laid him down and came downstairs to have lunch. Mary informed me that Mr Rossi had left the house. I looked around and Amara seemed to be in her room.

I ate and left for my room. I read a bit and played mobile games a bit till I fell asleep.

I woke up and it was getting dark, I heard Matteo's voice and I immediately sprang into action.

I had overslept. His father would kill me.

I walked into his room to find him crying in his cot. I picked him up and tried to soothe him. His diaper was making him uncomfortable.

I bathed him and put a new one on him and he seemed to calm down a bit.

I rocked him and sang to him for a while till he fell asleep. When I made sure the slumber had him in deep. I laid him down gently and tiptoed to the door.

I needed to retire for the night. The whole mansion was very quiet.

I closed my door securely behind me. It was kind of windy tonight plus this house kind of scares me at night.

I stripped myself and went to have a shower. I stayed there for a while, longer than necessary actually.

It felt good to not have to bother about the water bill.

I heard a glass shatter and my head whipped in the direction of the sound. I walked out of the bathroom without grabbing a towel. I carefully walked to the door and opened it a bit to peep at the hallway. It was empty and dark.

My phone alarm went off startling me immediately. I clutched my hand over my chest. I was going to have a heart attack at a very young age if this continued.

I angrily stomped my way to my phone and turned the alarm off. I noticed the shower was still running and I went to turn it off, grabbing a towel on my way out.

I was used to walking out of the bathroom naked, besides it was just me.

I stood at the edge of my bed while drying my body till I heard a voice and I froze.

"Cazzo!".

(Fuck!)

My eyes widened and I was mortified as I saw my boss, Mr Rossi standing across my door. I had forgotten to lock the door when my alarm went off.

He had fully opened the door as he stood inside my room looking at me.

My heart rate increased as my discomfort intensified. I hurriedly wrapped the towel around me to protect what little dignity I had left.

He walked in further and closed the door behind him. I noticed his footsteps were strange.

I bent my head low in shame. I had just flashed my boss. What have I done? I'm sure I'd be fired now.

"I'm so sorry sir, I forgot to lock the door, I didn't mean for....".

"Shhhh". He silenced me, placing a long finger on my lips. He smells like rich masculine cologne and alcohol. He seems drunk.

I looked up at him, he was staring at me with something swirling in his eyes. Something I could not explain.

He slowly leaned down and pressed a kiss on my shoulder. My breath hitched in my throat.

I held my towel tight against me with my left hand as I pushed him back slightly with my right hand while taking a step back myself.

"I'm sorry sir, this isn't right." I told him respectfully.

His eyes turned darker as he grabbed my foreman tightly. Making me look at his furious eyes.

"I am Alessandro Rossi and no one tells me what is right and what is not".

He attacked my neck peppering kisses as I just stood there.

"But you're drunk sir". I told him.

"I'm in complete control of my senses Victoria".

This is the first time he has ever addressed me by my first name.

He tugged at my towel and it fell to the floor, pooling at my bare feet.

Mr Rossi carried me over to the bed and I looked at his face. He was a very handsome man. I reached up and touched his face. So handsome.

That night I slept with Mr Rossi.

I was carried away by his good looks and I allowed something I should not have, and it set off a disastrous chain of reactions.
