Chapter 2 Aiden POV

**Aiden Reynolds' POV**

When I held her hand, I instantly knew she was my true mate. Being the Alpha of my rogue werewolf pack, I've had plenty of romantic encounters with both wolves and humans.

My love life has been quite fulfilling. Not one of them had made me feel even a fraction of what I was feeling right now.

The fiery passion, the insatiable longing, and above all, the overwhelming urge to sink my teeth into that enticing neck, just above her collarbone, sealing our eternal bond. "True mate!" My inner wolf growled in happiness.

By the time I hit 35, I had completely given up on the notion of finding my true mate. Most of my pack had already found theirs shortly after their first shift at 16. I had accepted the fact that I might never experience that kind of love, find someone to build a family with, or spend my life with. And there she stood, right before me.

This stunning, breathtaking, captivating lady, so youthful, so pure, and completely oblivious to the influence she was starting to have over me.

I took a deep breath, closing my eyes, savoring the fragrance of her perfume, the sweetness of honey, and the essence of innocence.

She is a virgin, pure innocence. I could sense it. But now, she is also aroused. I could sense that too, and it caused my cock to twitch and harden in my jeans. She closed her eyes, shook her head, quickly withdrew her hand, and cleared her throat.

"Umm, oh. I should go." She whispered, turning away, slightly embarrassed by her actions.

I gently grabbed her arm, preventing her from fully stepping away. "Hold on. I know we just met, but since I'm new in town, you obviously grew up here, maybe you could give me your number. We could text or call, you know, as friends?" I suggested, even though I had more than friendship in mind.

I had to take it slow, not scare her off. I wanted her, every part of her, to make her my bunnie, and I wouldn't stop till I did.

She seemed taken aback by my request, maybe even a bit disappointed at the mention of just being friends.

"She looked up at me with a smile that made my heart skip a beat. Wow!, is this how it always feels? "Sure, hand me your phone and I'll save my number in it," she said softly, extending her hand. I grinned and took out my phone from my pocket."

I unlocked it, created a new contact and handed it to her. Her fingers flew over my phone as she entered her name and number, then handed it back to me. I made a mental note to replace her name with "Bunnie" later as I slipped my phone back into my pocket. "I should let you go now. I look forward to getting to know this town though. I will contact you soon." I said.

She smiled and nodded. Her mouth opened, as if to say something, but thought twice and shut it again. "It was nice meeting you Mr Reynolds--" "Aiden. Call me Aiden." I interrupted. "Ok. Aiden. It was nice to meet you and I look forward to showing you the sights."

She flashed a smile. I smiled in return, giving a nod as I watched her enter the cafe and make her way to the counter. My gaze remained fixed on her through the glass, captivated and unable to look away.

I watched as she took the cup the guy behind the counter gave her as she flashed him a gorgeous smile, and headed to one of the corner booths slightly hidden in the back. I could only just see her as she pulled a book out of her bag and started to read it as she sipped on her coffee. I pulled out my phone, unlocked it and scrolled through my contacts. After changing her name to Bunnie I quickly typed up a message.



"I love how focused you get when you're reading. It does make me a little envious though, knowing it's not my teeth nibbling on that gorgeous bottom lip ;)" I sent the message and glanced up, grinning as I saw her take out her phone and check it.

Confusion washed over her face, and her cheeks turned a shade of red. She looked around, scanning the area, until her gaze finally met mine. Her lips parted, and I greeted her with a smile and a wave."



She smiled slightly and waved back before turning back to her phone. Her fingers moved over the screen quickly. She placed her phone down and looked back up at me as my phone dinged, notifying me of a new message. I looked down and opened the message.

"Didn't your mother teach you it's rude to stare?" She had sent.

I chuckled slightly. "Indeed she did bunnie', but I was never one to listen to grown ups ;)"

I watched as she read the text and smile, her tongue running over her bottom lip, causing my cock to jump inside my jeans. F*ck! "Oh? And what else do you tend not to do?"



I watched as her eyes met mine, her teeth pulling that bottom lip into her mouth as she waited for my answer. "I tend not to give up until I get what I want, and you can guarantee darlin', that by the end of the week, that will be my teeth pulling your bottom lip into my mouth as my hands roam that sweet innocent body. You'll be my bunnie, all mine"

With a playful wink, I bid her farewell, offering a small wave before strolling away. I couldn't help but chuckle to myself as I noticed her stunned expression and blushing cheeks.

The sound of my phone chiming echoed in my ears as I made my way towards the building where the apartments myself and pack members had leased until we find a suitable plot of land to use as pack headquarters.

Finally inside my cozy flat, I couldn't wait any longer to read her message. Collapsing onto my beloved armchair, the only piece of furniture in my living area, as I read it.
