Chapter 4 Kidnapped by him

Hardin POV's Mafia's underground hideout... "Freda Huston, 22 years old, parents are both dead," "She leaves alone with her best friend Miranda. Recently broke up with her boyfriend Jake who was cheating on her, that's all we found about her boss." The private investigator said and I sighed, irritated by the fact that someone else had already gotten down with her before me. "Jake?" I asked and the private investigator quickly bowed his head. "Jake Williams," "Hector!" I called and he immediately rushed in, he's my best aid whenever it comes to missions like this.

"I'm here boss," He replied with a slight bow. "Sit down," I said and he hurriedly sat down. "He was cheating on her and he broke up? For what reason?" I asked referring to the private investigator. "Umm.. according to the information I gathered after paying the lady he cheated with handsomely, she said Freda wasn't good on bed that's why he broke up with her," He replied and my eyes flashed red. "How dare he!" My anger was boiling over. I stood up and I paced around the room, my fists clenched at my sides. I let out a roar of rage and slammed my fist down on the chair, tha force of the blow off the chair and it fell on the floor breaking into pieces. "Hector!" I called and he immediately looked up to me. Then I asked. "What do you think a man who has seen my woman's body, make her falls in love with him helplessly and then breaks her heart. He also has the effrontery to say she's bad a sex. What do you think he deserves?" "Death!" Hector replied plainly. "Boss, I'm just a private investigator, I don't accept any of this," The man said and my eyes instantly fled to him. Without any delay, I took out the gun from my pants and I shot him directly to his chest. He fell on the floor coughing out blood until he breathe his last. "Be sure to send some money to his family, it should be able to sustain them for a lifetime. More than he's worth anyway," I said and Hector nodded. I smirked recalling my moments with her, I guess she must have seen the messages and then freak out, but soon she's understand how much I want her. "Don't forget to kill him, make it brutal and inhumane," I said and Hector bowed then he left. I took the long pipe on the table, and I started smoking from it, happy that I wouldn't have to spend another day without her by my side. Suddenly my phone chimed, I hurriedly checked because I was already expecting a response from her, and it was just as I had thought. "You're sick whosoever you are! Let me be!" This was her response which made me very angry. I wanted to show her immediately that she's mine and I wouldn't let her be! "I'm indeed sick over you," I muttered to myself with a loud scoff and I left the room. I needed something or someone to vent on. [At midnight] "Boss, we've been out her for hours now but she's still not out yet," Hector said and I ruffled my hair in frustration. I've never been this stressed in my entire life because I've always gotten whatever I wanted, but why is this so hard. "We'd keep waiting till she comes out," I replied. It's been days already and I always comes here to look for a perfect opportunity to take her away, but I don't know why she decided to keep herself hidden. I've always sent my men to see if there's any sign of her to no avail. But now I'm here to do it myself, if she doesn't come to me, I'll go to her myself. Hector quickly opened the car door for me, but as i made to leave, my little girl immediately came out together with her friend and I halted. My henchmen was already close to her, pretending he was passing by, but they were bugs in his ears connected to mine, so I'd be able to hear their conversation. "It's late Freda, you shouldn't go out. Since you told me about that man I've been restless. I don't want you getting hurt," Her so called friend said and I felt like strangling her. It turned out she was the one preventing me from getting her all this while. "I need to get sanitary pads, you should have told me they were none available earlier. And I can't just go bed this way," She said and I smiled. Keeping the gun back in my pocket because my original plan was to shoot her friend down. "Let's go together," Miranda said but she rushed. After much banter between them which I was already fed up. Freda managed to convince Miranda and she agreed to let her leave alone. The moment she left, I stationed my men and we started trailing her, some at her front while others where at her back. We made sure we didn't create awareness, she got her sanitary pads and she started walking back home, and I knew this was my chance. But along the line, she started walking faster while looking around. "Shit! She noticed us!" I hit the sterile wheel angrily. Suddenly she started running, I scoffed and I chased after her, while my men stationed at the front drove abruptly in front of her and she halted. But she suddenly turned back and tried to escape but I was already in front of her. She stared around, fear evident in her eyes, while I came out of the car and I walked to her. "Hey little girl," I waved, but she stared at me weirdly, but he eyes immediately widened and he mouth fled opened. "W what do you want from me?" She spluttered and I smirked. "You obviously," I replied and I eyes dimmed. "Help!! He...." I quickly covered an already drugged handkerchief on her nose and she immediately passed out. "Take her to the car," I ordered as I walked into the car.
