Chapter 3 Eva!

Eva's POV

God.I'm having very bad feeling...I don't know why but my heart is giving me weird and uneasy feeling.

I was sitting in my room.My room well in other words the walls which are not even painted dingy and unwelcoming there's only one window present in the room and as I look in my room it stares back at me, with me being horrified on how filthy it looks well its a basement with little furniture like a bed and a small table beside it and across that there's a chair with dust on it.that's how my room looks like my father never let me come out of it hell he never considered me being his daughter he tells to the world that he only has one daughter Naomi.

now you'll think why one sister is living a luxurious life out there and one is caged in a basement room.Let me tell you Naomi and I are twin sisters she's 48 seconds elder than me.We never got the love of our father he'd never showered us any love.Naomi and I had home schooling where Naomi was great in everything and after her graduation and degrees father forced her to take over the his business on the other hand I was weak in studies but later I had bachelor's in maths and accounting which was forced but was a low confident girl so business was never chance for me this is what my father discovered so he let Naomi to take over the business.

I stared at the sunlight rays which were coming from the window.This window is the only source of peace for me.I'm indeed a daughter and sister of millionaire but how ironic it is that the only life I got was even bad than a begger.I'm locked in this room like a prisoner and can't take a step out of it without his permission.I wish I could be more stronger than I'm right Now.I sadly chuckled at my own thoughts.

I'm ain't that weak.I would never be able to survive all this years of touture if I wasn't strong..my father only provides me two times meal and if I ever disobey him he would beat the shit out of me and atlast I used to faint from the beatings.Naomi was the one who would save me till now.

when we talk about the appearance between me and my sister then we are exactly like a carbon copy the only difference is my eyes are brown hazel while her's are black.I have a mole on my shoulder which she doesn't.

I placed a hand on my chest feeling the heartbeats increasing by every passing second.God what's happening?my hands are wrapped in a bandage from last night's bruised.I limbed up a little towards the window.I'm unable to walk properly as my father gave me a fresh bruise last night.How did I got the bruise on my leg?

flashback

last night Naomi was packing her stuffs.I grabbed her hand stopping her from packing.I stared at her with tears in my eyes

"please don't go.I know you want to see him.Please go and meet him.Don't worry about me I'm fine"

"and how I'm supposed to be fine?knowing what kind of evil father we have"

Naomi said while staring up at me with pain in her eyes.I know how much she loves him and that's why I wanna stop her from going to paris.She shook her head clearly denying at the same time our father came into Naomi's room.

"very well you useless little brat"

he said while coming towards me but Naomi blocked his way and shot him a glare.

"touch her and I'll cancel this project"

she said with her bloodshot eyes.father clenched his jaw but soon his lips curved into a small smirk and before we could do anything he pushed Naomi aside grabbing me by my arms he pulled out a knife from his coat suit making Naomi's eyes widened in fear.I was numb and stiffened at my place.I know what's coming the more I struggle the more he'll hurt me.He bend down and held my left leg tightly.

"don't you dar-- Evaaaa"

Naomi yelled at the scene infront of her.

I yelped in pain when he made a deep cut on my lower left leg.Naomi was crying.

l felt the blood floating of from the deep cut on my leg reaching to my feet.

"you bastard--"

"you want this to be treated right?

then grab your suitcase and wait for me in the car"

she looked at me and I signaled her not to go and stay.To ignore his threats but she gave me a sad smile and left with her suitcase.

my head hung low in defeat.It's the worst defeat.He stood infront of me with his evil smirk.He caressed my cheek and said

"well done dear.I was also looking for a reason to hurt you and you just made it easier"

He pushed me on the floor with a harsh tug.He grabbed a first-aid box from the drawer throwing it towards me.

"treat your wounds and go to your room.Don't show me your face tonight"

with that he walked away leaving me in tears.

I can't believe this man is my father.My biological father.I hate him...I hate him so much but I can't do anything caz as much as I hate him the same way I love him.I hate myself more for loving him but the most horrible thing that hurts me to the core is...The reason of all pain is the person to whom I call my father.

I slowly sat on the bed and clunched the bedsheets beside me when I heard the cracking sound of door opening.I know who it is but I stared down on lap being numb and stiffened at my place.father entered the room and stand infront of the window while back facing me.

"isn't it thought provoking thing Eva?.The child's, my babygirls for whom I waited so long to born is the one I'm hurting and torturing like hell"

I looked at him confused that why he's being soft.I know something is wrong.I'm having a bad feeling and the bad is standing right infront of me.He turned around and looked straight in my eyes.

"You know Eva.I maybe a bastard but I can't forget that you two are the reason of loosing the love of my life.I freeing you...you will be free from this torture"

I stared at him trying to find what he has planned.

"w-what do you want?"

I asked him while sluttering.Soon his emotional face turned into an evil smirk making my heart dropped.He took step closer to me leaning forward he said.

"I want you to get Married"
