Chapter 1 Finding the right job

It had been four years since I finished with my medical residency and since I had made a friend online. I had put in applications after applications job and it was one day I was talking to my friend online and he suggested that I keep trying so I that. I was going to a job on an army base. I didn’t realize that my online friend was in the army until I saw him in person at the gate checking my id to see if I was able to get on post. He didn’t recognize me and that was a good thing I didn’t want to see me in person right way so I was clear to go in so I could have my interview.

I was relieved that he didn’t recognize me. I went in and did my interview and everything I need to do and was getting ready to leave. Lo and behold I ran right into this man was tall handsome as I was about to fall to the ground this tall handsome man grabbed me. When I looked into his beautiful blue eyes I felt the connection like I had meet him before. He apologized for running into me and knocking me down. He then said ma’am, you look very beautiful. Those words stuck me like I never hard that before. My past relationship and marriage was horrible I never thought I would hear someone one tell me that I was beautiful ever again a total stranger.
