Chapter 4 Four

Gabriela stepped into the large room and yes she did look surprised.

The wall opposite the entrance was made of glass and on the right side, there was a queen sized bed with golden frame and a phoenix was painted on the wall behind the bed which was the only wall made from brick in the room.

Gabriela stepped in and fell on the sofa facing the TV with a bright smile. "Wow. Pretty."

She would have never thought the day she stepped foot into the prison that she would come out to be in a luxurious and beautiful house like this.

The TV slowly came down from the roof and it was turned on.

"Shocking news as Red phoenix welcomes their new new boss at The Oasis Club tonight." The reporter announced as she stared at the screen.

"It has been a shock to everyone when Gabriela Ruby, a female who was put into prison for no reason by Johnson was announced the boss of Red phoenix at Isabel's wedding after she was released from jail."

"We are still trying to get some words from Isabel and her father on the reason why they imprisoned boss Gabriela." The reporter said.

"I have nothing to say to any of you." Isabel barked at the camera people. "She assaulted me."

"But evidence has it that you were the one who tried seducing James who was still her legal boyfriend that night." Another reporter threw the question at her and she almost exploded.

"Excuse us for now, Ma'am Isabel wouldn't want anyone to ruin her wedding day."

"It already is ruined." Isabel screamed as she was put into the car.

Gabriela chuckled as she stepped into the bathroom and took a quick bath before dressing in a black bum short and white oversized shirt.

She was drying her hair when she heard a knock on her door and Pierre announced that lunch was ready.

When Gabriela walked into the dining room, she was shocked to see the whole table filled with different delicacies and an old woman was still there serving some dishes.

"Isn't this too much?" Gabriela laughed nervously as she sat at the head of the table.

The old woman didn't want to say anything so she just stood there and Gabriela understood that it was a boss to worker relationship.

"Pierre have you had lunch? You can sit." Gabriela flashed him a smile and he looked like he wanted to protest before he sat down anyways.

Gabriela was served different dishes by the old woman and when she tasted them, it was delicious. It's been long since she had any delicious food because she was in the prison where they managed food for the hundreds of them in the prison.

The only time she got to eat some take out was on Saturdays of Matt felt like eating them and they got ordered for him. He shares with her if she goes to him then.

"This is delicious. You cooked it right?" Gabriela asked the old woman who nodded gently.

"It's delicious, thank you." Gabriela flashed her a smile before she continued to eat.

After that, the hall was silent till they finished eating. There was still lots of food left and Gabriela knew majority of it is going to waste.

"Share the rest to the men. If it isn't enough, cook them more." Gabriela said as she stood up and walked out of the hall with Pierre behind her.

"You'll be going to The Oasis Club today. You were invited so your arrival will be celebrated." Pierre said as she walked towards the main hall.

"Ohh, VIP, sweet. Would that be all for today? "

"After that, you've got that deal with the mafias from town. They sent word to meet up, remember?"

"Yes, true. Send someone to ready the car and also, start arranging some lawyers and other means to get Matt out of prison." Gabriela said before walking away and Pierre did as she said.

Gabriela stepped out of the black sports car she had came over with. Her men were on powerbikes and all dressed in black.

They were getting their first deal since she arrived on seat and it wasn't long at all. Those she was dealing with wants to meet the new young Don who climbed on the seat of power three days ago.

Gabriela was dressed in black rubber leggings, heels boot, rubber long sleeve back top and gloves. Her hair was up in a ponytail but its tips were still curly.

Gabriela sat on her car as she loaded the gun with her. She didn't notice the black cars driving near them till Pierre called her attention.

"Don Gabriela. It's very nice to meet your acquaintance." The boss said as he stood near the invisible line that separated both parties.

"Nice to meet your acquaintance too Gideon." Gabriela replied before raising her brow.

"Be rest assured Don, your request is in that large van." The man, Gideon smiled at her before the van drove over.

Gabriela signaled to Pierre to confirm it was complete. Gideon still had his eyes on Gabriela admiring her beautiful body which was enhanced by her dressing.

She had a perfect hourglass shape with medium sized hips and chest. And she did look seductive and he didn't know when he licked his lips.

"When you're done staring, please tell me." Gabriela frowned and Gideon laughed nervously as he was handed two briefcases.

Gideon's under boss pulled the briefcases open and nodded. "It's nice dealing with you Don Gabriela." Gideon bowed and Gabriela hopped down the car and walked to the door with Gideon still staring at her body.

Before her knew it, a blade was flying towards him and he barely missed it. The blade passed his eyes swiftly before hitting the windshield of the car behind him.

Gideon looked at Gabriela who was already in her car and already driving off.

Gabriela and her men soon arrived back in the mansion and the men carried the crates they got from Gideon into the main hall.

Gabriela opened the crates herself and a smirk formed on her black lips. The crates were filled with different weapons. Deadly weapons.

"I've got the best deal ever." Gabriela replied as she signalled to the men to take it all away.

Pierre was shocked by the was she easily understood everything he told her. Instead of even getting things the way the past Don did theirs, she did her things separately.

Gabriela sat on her throne amd took the pipe of the hookah with the maid next to her and placed it on her lips.

"The tattooist is here already. Will you get the tattoo now?" Pierre asked her and she hummed before releasing the smoke in her mouth through her nose.

"I already got one though." Gabriela said as she watched the tattooist walk in.

She did get a phoenix tattoo while she was in prison.

"Good afternoon Don?" The tattooist bowed and Gabriela waved her hand before he stood straight.

"I'll have one on my chest area and my wrist." Gabriela said and he nodded before he started preparing to get to work.

Gabriela stood before the mirror looking at her new tattoo which was about her right breast and it said "Don Gabriela" with the 'o' as love.

"I like it." She said to herself before walking out of her room to get back to work.

"We still need some dealings before we can actually stand well. Father's case would be dealt with in two days also and Empire would be reopening tomorrow." Pierre informed as she sat behind her desk and stared going through some paperwork.

"That's great." She replied with a groan. "Get some packages from the West family."

"But we can't deal with the West family. They've always been our family's rival in another city." Pierre reminded her and she looked up at him.

"What would you think if your rival comes to you to deal? You'll think they are ready to stop this rivalry but what would you do when that same rival family brings you down?" Gabriela asked and Pierre rubbed his chin.

It did make sense. He nodded before walking out, still surprised how Gabriela managed to surprise him everytime.
