Remember

I got out of bed panting. I was stunned when I realized that I was already in bed, the last thing I remember is that I was leaning against the back of the door.

I was stunned for a few seconds, I was brought back to myself when I heard a taste. I immediately looked for where it came from until I looked at the man sitting on the sofa as he leaned forward, looking like a king.

"What are you doing here?" I asked

"You're grounded. Nightmare?" He said casually

"You should be the one resting, Hercules. you can leave, go to your room," I told him coldly and quickly got out of bed.

I also noticed that the clothes I was wearing were different as I immediately turned my gaze to the man who was sitting. I looked at him respectfully when I saw a smile on his lips.

"Who brought me here? and then who dressed me?" I asked him one after the other but he just grinned at me.

He chuckled, "I'm the one who dressed you.

My eyes widened and I slowly looked at him. I just closed my eyes to calm myself from yelling at him. because what happened last night is still fresh in my mind.

I know Ylona is shocked because I yelled at her that I never did to her before. I'm not the same as I used to be, who was always worried about me, who was always yelled at and when I made a mistake, I would be hurt.

I came back to myself when someone touched my cheek. I looked up and our eyes immediately met. He gently touched my cheek and gently pulled me closer to him.

I couldn't help but struggle because of his smoldering, charming green eyes. he looked down his nose until his red lips were ready to be kissed.

He was about to bring his face closer to me when I quickly pushed him so that he pulled back slightly.

I suddenly remembered what someone important to me did that I couldn't believe he could do to me.

"N-No... L-Stay away from me," I told him in my shaking voice.

He tried to approach me again but I moved away quickly.

His lips twitched as if he wanted to say something but in the end he kept it shut.

"D-You stay here first, I'm just going to take a shower," I told him and quickly looked away from him.

I quickly walked to the bathroom and immediately locked it. I frantically looked for a sharp object in the bathroom. When I couldn't find anything, I just sat on the floor while sobbing softly.

I was just stomping as I remembered again and again what happened that night. the way he held me, the way I kept begging him not to do that but he just laughed in response to my begging.

No! He can't come near you anymore, Talitha! Please!

I stepped back when I heard a knock from outside. "Talitha? What's happening? Opened the door! please!"

I sobbed even more when I heard Hercules' voice. Hercules and I should have parted ways. A disgusting woman like me will not suit him.

"Talitha, a lot of basketball players are from business ads, right?" He said excitedly as he looked at the players hanging out in the cafeteria.

I looked at what he was looking at. I immediately looked away when I saw the number 20 wearing jersey looking at me, it's no wonder that many people like them because of their good looks.

"There are no pogi there." I didn't show that I was interested like them because I knew Caitlin would just tease me too.

"Ows? Really? Nothing at all?" He said in a teasing voice

I laughed softly before shaking my head. Even if I want you to be interested in a man, I can't because for me that is an obstacle.

"No, I'm not interested in such things. Just keep doing what you're doing," I just told him.

I glanced again at the men sitting near me, my eyes widened when I saw the man with green eyes also looking at our place.

I don't know but I grabbed my chest when I felt my heart beat faster. I just shook my head before continuing what I was doing.

"I hope when we intern at another school, we'll still be together," Caitlin told her.

I didn't answer and just shrugged my shoulders. even I also want to be with Caitlin, so that at least I can have a story sometimes.

"Let's see, maybe we can really be together," I said to him.

If I were to choose where I want to intern, I would like to go to Luis Aguado National High School.

"Is that the end of what you're doing?" She asked

I nodded before writing the last one and put down my ballpoint pen. Smiling, I looked up at Caitlin who was now holding her cellphone while talking to someone.

I stood up and arranged our things. because I know the person next to me is busy, I will do it myself.

"Tali, come with me later? Let's go!" It said anxiously

"I can't, Caitlin. I'm sure dad won't let me leave," I told her.

"Do you agree, please? I'll let Tito Alfred know you, I'll tell you to sleep over at home!" he said happily.

I shook my head again because of what he said. "I really don't want to, Caitlin. So let's go because we have another class," I said to her and slung my bag over my shoulder.

we walked out of the cafeteria together but stopped immediately when a cold voice spoke behind us.

"Miss, I think this is yours?" I immediately confronted the person who spoke. That's when I was shocked by the wide chest that appeared to me so I immediately looked up to recognize who it was.

I looked down at his body, maybe I wasn't blind. The one wearing jersey number 20 is in front of me now. I slightly looked up again so that our eyes met.

I was startled by someone pinching my back and slightly pushed me closer to the man so that there was only a little distance between the two of us. I immediately looked at Caitlin who was behind me. I looked again at the man in front of me and looked at what he presented. The book I just borrowed from the library. I immediately took it and smiled slightly.

"Thank you very much," I said to him.

"I'm Hercules, and you are?" He introduced himself and held out his hand

my lips parted because of what he said. Damn! I think I'm dreaming. I bit my lip before I accepted his hand.

"Talitha Rosania," I also introduced myself.
