Chapter 4

Maurine's POV

"Hey, are you the University Scholar?". A Boy asks when he goes and approaches us. We are inside the gym museum and in the middle of the class right now, so there aren't many students.

"Yes, hmm.. Who is Ms Witherson here?". Hope asked the boy was about to speak when someone Talk at the back.

"Hey, Hope and Zachary! OMG! You guys are awesome!!! Yieeee! Welcome to Te Amo University!". Rosei said before she Hug me and Hope.

"Yes Yesterday we were just delivery girls here and now!!! We are students here!". Hope said as she and Rosei jumped. I also smiled when I told Hope, Who would have thought that we just delivered flowers yesterday, then we are now students of the most famous and expensive University in the Philippines. The Te Amo University.

"Ehemm.. Won't you introduce me to your beautiful friend Secretary Rosei?". The boy said while Smiling and suddenly looked straight at me causing our eyes to match. I'll just give him a smile and look at Rosei after.

"Oh! By the way this is The Vice president of Te Amo University, Wendell Loeve Croffered. And This beautiful lady beside me is Hope Avery Pagasa while in the Other side is Zachary". Rosei said. Hope excitedly reached for Wendell's hand.

"Nice to meet you Ms. Hope". He said before he looked at me and Smile" Nice to meet you Ms Zachary, I didn't expect to see a girl That is More beautiful than you are to day!". Wendell said before he Offered his hand I immediately reached for it too.

"Nice to meet you too Vice presents Wendell Loeve Coffered!". I answer before we do the Shake hands.

I don't know if I am gonna believe for his complement or he was just acting nice to us. Wendell was very handsome and cute at the same time. He is tall with an average body, His is not that very White like when Hope collided earlier but Wendell is undeniably more handsome. He was wearing his Black shirt and Pants of T.A.U. Obviously, he just finished going to the gym.

"my hand? hehe". I said realizing that he was still holding my hand while staring at me as if broken and slightly parting his lips.

"Oh? I'm Sorry! I was just destructive to your Angelic face, Zachary!". He said before he removed his hand to mine.

"Hey! Sorry I'm late guys! Hihihi! So Where's the 2 Lucky Scholars of Te Amo University?". The girl said at the back.

"When are you not late?". Wendell said with his annoying tone.

"Would you please shout your Freaking mouth up! Do I look like I wanna be taking to you!?". She said that Wendell silenced her before Padabog turned his back on us.

"Tch! Jerk!". The girl said.

"Hola! Hasna By the way, They are our new students". Rosei said when they met Hasna. I remain standing at my position which is she's still at my back.

"Hi? My Name is Hope Avery Pagasa!". I heard When Hope Introduced her Self.

"Hi! I'm Hasna Reigh Witherson, One of the Officers here in Te Amo University". Hasna said with her Soft Voice. I heard them laughing while talking to each other.

"How about you?". I know that she was Pertaining to me That's why I feel even more nervous now. I firmly closed my eyes and breathed deeply. I know it will happen too.

"My Name is Zachary!". I said when I suddenly faced her. I witnessed when her Happy face changed and getting Shocked. His lips parted slightly while his two eyes widened.

"Hey! Hasna, are you alright?" Rosei asked worriedly before approaching Hasna. She was still Staring and there was a sign on her face that she couldn't believe what she was seeing now which I already expected.

"So? You are one of The Scholar her, I guess?". She said before giving a fake smile. She was still shocked.

"Yes!". I seriously said while straight looking at her. He was slightly surprised and frowned. I can't read what she's thinking because of her random emotion, She swallows a little before looking away.

"I forgot something on my Bag! I was just calling my Secretary to get their Measured". Hasna said before staring at me again in a still disbelieving way.

"B-But, Hasna?! Wait!". Rosei chased but Hasna quickly walked back.

"What's going on there?" Hope asked but none of Rosei and I answered her. I let out a deep breath before sitting on the bench there. I feel like my head hurts a little because of what happened.

After a while, the one who wrote to us about the Uniform arrived and then the day ends and we arrived at our Dorm with Hope. It's just funny because Hope and I are with Rosei, but it immediately changed to doubt. I thought that even Hasna was with us in the same room.

'I am glad to see you again Hasna Reign Witherson'

"What's your year?". Hope asked Rosei the next morning.

"Hasna and I! We're both seniors, how about you guys?". Rose asked.

"We are both third year students". I said.

"T-Third Year?". Hasna replied in a slightly high tone.

"Yes!". I answered.

"B-but You're already 18, You're supposed to be a Senior too?!". Wrinkled when Hasna asked.

"Really? You're 18 Zach?". Rosei asked so I nodded my head as my answer. "You look more, Younger because you're so Pretty and Gorgeous!. By the way Hasna? How did you know her Age?". Rosei asked while looking at Hasna.

" W-Well That? Ahmm.. I read their requirements yesterday. So that's why I knew". Hasna.

"Okay". Rossei

Only later was silence prevailed over everything while getting dressed.

"Hey, what are you wearing? Really T-shirts and Pants?". Rose asked. I wear a Gray T-shirts that are a little too big for me and Black pants while Hope is Wearing a Fitted Pink Shirt and Black Pants.

"is it forbidden?". Hope asked while scratching her head.

"Not reallybut because, Don't you even have a dress? Hehe". Rosei said.

"I don't know how to dress". Hope answered shyly. We don't have a uniform yet because it's still being sewn, so we're going to dress up first.

"What? You're so beautiful! You don't know how to dress? Tsk! Tsk! Here, I'm good at dressing here, just choose you and then I'll give it to you". Rosei said before showing us her dresses. All of that looks beautiful and will be loved because of the class of designs and fabrics.

"Maybe it's not required to dress here, right?". I asked Rosei. It's not because I don't want to dress up, but because I really don't want to. haha

"Y-yes, but because I think it's better for you to wear a dress, but what you're wearing is also beautiful, but because hehe! You know". He also answered shyly which made me laugh.

"Maybe we're being bullied? Hehe! What's up Rosei. No one is going to bully us here just because we're not wearing dresses, right?". I said while laughing. Is there nothing?

"Yes, Rosei. It's okay. We're wearing it so we can move around comfortably and I guess we'll only be civilians for a week because we'll have uniforms on Monday". Hope said.

"Hehehe! Okay!". Rosei said laughing.

"Yes Rosei! Stop Forcing them If they don't want to. Just leave without saying goodbye! Am I right Zachary Hasna Said in her Sarcastic way. He really stressed my name before fake laughing. I just sighed before I smiled at her but she was just Rolled her eyes and Continuing her make up. I know that my Other meaning What he is saying but I chose to Remain silent.

"What are you saying there Hasna?". Rosei asked while wearing her uniform. Hope is Busy putting some make up in her face while I only put lip gloss on my face earlier.

"Me? Nothing! Hahaha! I just say don't force them to wear a dress if they don't want to! I'm done! Good bye everyone!". Hasna Said before looking at me again and giving me a Sarcastic smile. I just look at the door when she leaves.

Hasna..

"Hey? I'm going to my class, see you around guys". Rosei said.

"Hmm.. Bye! Rosei". I hope.

"See you!". I said.

When Rosei left, we looked at our schedule together. Hope and I are in the same class and we're both third year high school because I dropped out for a year. When we got to our room, we immediately entered and sat down.

"Why are they all looking at us?". Hope asked when she realizes that all of our classmates are now murmuring while looking at us.

"Maybe it's because we're new!". I smile at Hope.

"Tch! They're new in our eyes, but we don't gossip about them!". Hope said in her Annoyed and Irritated tone.

"Do not mind it". I said before I tapped her shoulder.

"So? Take a look and let's go to class together!". I just closed my eyes when I heard this Frog voice in my Side.

"Yes, Why!? Do you have a problem with that, Aubrey!?" Hope said.

"Me? Oh Nothing Hahaha! But maybe they have!". He said with a smile while pointing at our classmates. They are all looking at us with their Scary Facial reaction. It looks like something strange is going to happen today.

Hope's POV

"H-Hi? OMG! I'm Hope Avery Pagasa and I'm glad to meet you all. I hope you all become my friends". I said when Zach and I went in front to introduce ourselves.

"Tss! As if we wanna be friends of yours! Noh!". Laughing Said Aubrey that made my blood boil. I really wanna punch her face If only the professor wasn't here.

"My Name is Zachary!". Brief introduction of Zachary. Well I won't be surprised because since we became friends I noticed that he really doesn't like to say his full name. Many were silent and amazed at Zach when he stood up and introduced himself to the front. Aside from her being beautiful, she was very serious now.

"Wow! She's beautiful!".

"As long as Hope is mine!".

"Well, Zachary is mine!".

"They're both beautiful but I like Zachary a lot".

"They are so Cool".

"They are so Lucky to be the First Lucky Scholar of our University".

I smiled when I heard them Murmured to Give their Complement to us but Of course the Bullies and Mean girls will not disappear either.

"Tch! Garbage are still Garbage".

"What kind of Outfit is That? You don't even have class Class!".

"So Cheap!".

"They don't belong here!".

"They're so Eiwwwyyy!!".

"What a Bitch, Ugly Smelly! Garbage Bitch!".

I just rolled my eyes but I was really annoyed. Zach is still serious while looking in front. The kind that seems like he doesn't hear anything.

"Hmm.. You look very Familiar to me Ms. Zachar. I think I already see you before?". The professor asked Zachary.

"I think I just saw you now Sir!". Zach said still in her Serious Voice.

"Wew? Not in a Bar or Something?". It said laughing before looking at Zach from head to toe. He looks like Manyakis promise!

"I haven't set foot in the Bar yet, Sir!". Zachary said.

"Well! Do you want to Step?". He said with a smirk before gently licking his lower lip. Eww!!

"I'm sorry Sir but I think Discussing about Bar or something which in not Part of our subject is not Right. That is one of the rules I read on The Te Amo University Hand Book!". Zach said calmly, but based on the rise and fall of his chest, I can be sure that he is annoyed.

"Hmm.. That's right haha! You may Sit-down now Ms Hope and Ms ZacharyA". the Prof said while still looking at Zach in his sweet way.

As the class ended, Zachary and I quietly left the room. What's the matter? Until the end of the class, what we hear from the students there with the many-faced professor is all belittling.

"Are you okay Zach?". I asked because he was still too serious and obviously deep in thought.

"Yes, Let's go to the Cafeteria". She said before moving on. I hope that I will follow him from not far away and someone will catch my eye. Crush Whaaaaa!!!

"Z-Zach? Ammm.. I'll just cr first huh? Haha wait for me there". I said but the truth is that I will only follow my crush

"Alright! I'll order our food". She said.

"Yeeee! Thank you!". I said before running to chase after Crush.

Maurine's POV:

When Hope left, I just breathed a sigh of relief, If I knew she would only follow the Boy she bumped into yesterday. I didn't move before because of my thoughts. Now I feel the difference in the level of my life then and now. If I used to be looked up to and admired in our University, now they treat me as trash.

"Ms! Are there two Set Ds?". I told the woman to order. That's just because the menu is cheap and the rest is expensive. I need to save as much now as Mommy is far away.

"Eww! Is that what you're ordering Zachary!? A grass, Seriously?". Audrey asked with her scowling look. I just rolled my eyes and decided to ignore her. I was upset if I took my food and Aubrey was about to leave my shoulder.

"Wait Dear! I'm still talking to you so!? You know what? You better try the set A Because I'm sure you haven't tasted it yet!" Aubrey said making everyone in the cafeteria laugh.

"You know what Aubrey? You better Shout your dirty Mouth Up! It's too stinky! Open!". I said that it annoyed him even more. I slowly walked to hopefully pass them. Suddenly, something broke in me causing me to fall and spill all the food I was carrying.

"Opss! I'm sorry! I thought it was Trashy hihihi!". I heard Aubrey laugh. For a few more seconds I remained on my feet due to the force of the Impact of my fall. It's so painful to the point that you'll really faint from the pain.

I feel the anger inside me when I sit on the floor I saw everyone surrounded me while laughing but My eyes are looking for only one person now and it's none other than Aubrey! It's going to calm down. I hope I'll get up to feel the greeting of the egg that I hit right on you. There is also a Lobo who only has water and flour and they are throwing stones at me so that I can sit down again while trying to cross the people they are throwing stones at. I don't know why but I can't even feel like I'm crying. It hurts yes but I'm not crying. I'm just Covering my Head and letting the rest of my body get hit.

"You deserve that garbage!".

"Get out of here!".

"You don't belong here!!!!".

I heard them whispering while they kept throwing stones at me. It was only later that I noticed their sudden cessation of stoning. Suddenly, the entire cafeteria went silent for an inexplicable reason. I slowly Raise my Head to see what's Happening, and Then my Heart started to Beat fast while seeing a boy who is now inside of me and Staring Straightly at me.

"What is happening here!". He asked in his very cold and strict voice. His eyes stayed on me while all the students were on our sides. Only the two of us are in the middle while the gap between us is far apart. My Tears started to fall for reasons I can't explain, Is it because of the Physical pain I feel or The Emotional pain I feel Inside. I inhaled my own breath as our eyes met. His forehead slightly wrinkled and his eyes narrowed as he stared into my eyes.

"Press We Need The Dean's Office!". Wendell said. The second time he looked at me again.

"Secretary Rosi, Find out what's going on here and give me the list of Students involved". He said before taking his eyes off me and leaving.

I don't know if he didn't recognize Aki because of the flour on my face or if he recognized me but he really didn't care.

But I only know one thing right now, There was a wave in my heart when I saw the entirety of his face.

"Zachary, are you okay?". Rosei asked as she approached me.
