Chapter 5 Five

"We meet again," He said and laughed, Lily's grip on her glass of wine tightened. She ignored him and continued to sip her wine gently, the stranger wasn't giving up easily on her as he tried to touch her. Lily moved away and shot him a glare.

"Who the hell are you? What do you want? She half yelled and he laughed.

"I'm Lucas," He replied and gulped down the remaining of his glass of wine, he put in am empty tray a waiter carried as he walked past them. Lily also did the same, she cleared her throat and turned to Luca.

"So Mr. Lucas, how may I help you?" She asked as she rested her elbow on the table and placed her chin in between her palms. Luca sat opposite her and crossed his legs.

"Like I said, I want you to follow me home," he replied, Lily scoffed in disbelief at how shameless he said the word. There was no trace of embarrassment on his face, instead he looked serious.

"You're up to no good as usual," She mumbled. Lucas inched closer to her.

"What did you say?" He asked, Lily scowled and eyed him.

"I said you're up to no good as usual," She repeated and he laughed, she found the way he laughed interesting and smiled inwardly. There was something about this Lucas of a person that interested her, he seemed like the perfect match for her.

"What's funny?" She asked, as she bit her lower lip, to avoid laughing with him.

"You don't know?" Lucas asked and she shook her head. He held her hand and smiled at her. "You're pretty, you know that, don't you?" He asked, this time she couldn't get a hold of herself and burst out laughing.

"Are you trying to flirt with me right now?" She asked as she held her stomach, Lucas was still smiling at her.

"I'm not flirting with you, you know that," He replied with innocence and shrugged. "It's just the truth," He added.

"Thank you for the compliment anyway," She said and giggled.

"I never got to know your name," Lucas suddenly said, and she turned all serious. "Let's start with a little introduction, if you don't mind,"

"Actually, I don't mind," She replied and smiled.

"So, ladies first,"

"I'm Lilianna Moretti," She said and paused, she was unsure if she should tell him that she was a detective, she then decided not to tell him, after all, they were strangers to each other.

"What's your occupation?" Lucas asked.

"I work as a secretary in a small company, and I'm Twenty-five," she finished, Lucas nodded his head in satisfaction. "What's about you? Let's get to know about this annoying man, seated in front of me" she said and they both laughed.

"I'm Lucas, thirty years old and an international businessman," Luca replied. Lily stared at him for a while, he really did look like a businessman. He looked no different from a drug Lord or a mafia lord, she brushed off the thought and focused on him.

"So what 'international business' are you into?" Lily asked.

"You don't want to know," He replied, trying to ignore her question.

"I want to know Lucas, tell me what business you're into," Lily replied, Luca cleared his throat and stared at the lady.

"You must have a reason for asking, may I know why?"

"We can be business partners in the future, who knows," Lily replied with a shrug.

"We can never be business partners," Lucas said.

"Why?" Lily asked with furrowed eyebrows. "I work in a-" she was cut short by Luca, who stood up from his seat.

"I think that will be all, Miss Moretti," He said and smiled, his smile, that was one thing Lily liked about him. It was masculine and always made him look more handsome.

"Why?" She asked and also stood up from her seat, there was something about him, she wanted to know. He seemed to be hiding a lot, Lily wanted to tear through his mask and unveil all the mysteries he was hiding from her.

"Why? The conversation is over, I have to leave," He said and walked away, Lily waited for a while, contemplating whether she should follow him or not. She then made up her mind to follow him quietly, maybe he could be hiding something.

She stood up from her seat, and followed the same path he had followed. She walked through the hall until she found herself lost, there were so many rooms as she wasn't sure which room he must have entered.

She walked slowly through each door, suddenly, a strong hand grabbed her, and before she could retaliate, she had been dragged into a room. It was Lucas, there was a mischievous smirk on his face as he glared at her.

"Why were you following me?" He asked in a rude tone, there was a lump in Lily's throat as she thought of what to say at that moment, he looked scary.

"Was I following you?" She managed to ask when she found her voice.

"It's obvious," He replied. An idea popped into Lily's head, bravely, she ran her hand through his chest.

"Fine, you've caught me," She said and moved closer to him, she ran her hands down his abdomen and smirked. "I was feeling lonely," She whispered into his ear and licked his earlobe.

He grabbed her wrist to stop her from moving downwards "Don't joke with me," He said in a husky voice, she shook her head, slowly unbuttoning his shirt.

"There's nothing wrong with a night," She said in a lustful voice, Lily didn't know why she was doing this, she felt like she was being controlled by a strong feeling. All she could think of now was having sex with this stranger.

She unbuttoned the last of his buttons and drew him into a deep kiss, Lucas hesitated for a while before returning the kiss, he then carried her onto the bed.

That night, only the lustful moans of two strangers satisfying themselves could be heard.
