Chapter 5 Escape.

Vanessa's pov :

"I see you've freshened up," he said, breaking the silence between us.

"Why are you in my room I locked the door from the inside" I said wondering how all this is happening, well I'm getting use to all this drama

"This is my house, don't forget that." He said with a cold voice.

I nodded my head in agreement,I just want him out of this room. His presence frightens me a lot.

"Good, now I am gonna give you a few briefings since you are gonna be living here, first off you should know I am a very dangerous man so don't dare doing anything stupid"he stood up from the couch and walked up to the transparent door leading to the mini balcony.

I stood there looking at him,I knew he was dangerous even without saying so I felt it I could see,who buys a person if he is not a dangerous person.

"Secondly you are not allowed to go to the warehouse on no conditions are you allowed to go down there,if you are caught you will be punished trust me" he said with a warning voice

"Thirdly, if you ever try to escape from me,note that I will always find you no matter where you go," he said coldly.

At the sound of that my blood went cold,'am stuck with this monster,I need serious help.

"Fourthly, you are to obey everything I tell you. Failure to do so brings punishment. I mean serious punishment too."

I nodded my head in agreement.

"Lastly, the room at the end of this floor you are not allowed to go in also,I will kill you if you are caught.do I make myself clear?" He turned his back to face me, showing me his cold emotionless face.

"Yes sir" I simply said turning my neck down I can't stare at that kind of face it sends shivers down my spine.

"Now I will let you be,to dress up I don't wanna see you in a towel any longer,when you are done come down stairs to have dinner" he said as he walked to the door and went out shutting the door behind him.

I needed to find a way to escape from this man. After putting my clothes on I didn't have the courage to go down stairs,so I stayed inside the room. It's better to avoid this man than to be around him.

I sat on the bed,while shaking my head about everything that has happened so far. My stomach growled and I looked at the door.

A sudden thought of running away while he was eating downstairs came to my mind. I looked around the room and saw no escape around it,so I went to the washroom and saw there was a window corner,which was opened and I can go through that easily.

I looked out the window. It was kind of high,so I went back inside the room and took the bedsheets from the room and tied them together.

After successfully doing all that I climbed down the window,And I made it to the ground. Then I removed the dust from my body and looked around the building from my tiny hiding spot.

There were bodyguards everywhere. How am I gonna escape now? I looked around from my hiding spot and saw a warehouse where there were no bodyguards there and a fence was close to it. If I go through the back of the warehouse I would be able to look for something to climb and jump the fence. So which means I had to go in and come out from the back door. I just hoped all this work I thought to myself.

When I got the door leading inside the warehouse I opened it and went in,it was so big. Then suddenly I heard screaming.

"Ahhh leave me alone please,ahhhh I promise to say the truth don't kill me" the person groaned in pain.

Jezzz who could that be? There are people here too. I have to hide. On my way to hide behind the truck in the warehouse I heard the same screams this time loud. I searched from where the noise was coming from and saw a door slightly open.

I walked towards the door and took a peak at the room,I saw different men in black inside the room. Then I saw him,Dominic the ruthless and cold man. He was holding a gun and pointing it at the man who was tied up in a chair and was bleeding so much.

At the sight of this I was shaking badly. "Please don't kill me, I promise to change," the man bleeding badly said in fear.

"The mafia underground world never gives a second chance you fuck up once's you are killed those are the rules,you disgust me you prick and I don't need any information from you I already have them" Dominic said in a very cold and emotionless voice "plea-se" the man begged.

"Bang bang" I heard a gunshot. I screamed so much at the sight of the man's dead body I quickly used my hands to cover my mouth but it was too late as everyone in the room turned their heads to my direction. My eyes caught his eyes looking at me.

I turned my back and ran for my life,towards the back door of the warehouse. When I got to the backyard it was so big that I ran towards the fence.

I heard the door being slammed hard and loud thudding sounds at my back while I was running. But the next thing I knew I was in the air and my heart almost dropped.

Strong muscular arms wrapped around my waist,and my back collided with his hard chest. I was struggling for him to let me go but his grip only tightened around me. And he seethed close to my ears. His breath fanned against my neck. Sending shivers down my body.

"You will regret this so much" Dominic growled inhumanly in my ears,making my heart stop beating.
