Chapter 3 Escaping Trouble

The elegant sun ray shone through my window. Its tender beams rested on my face, giving me the hint that it was a new day. The regular bird chipping made its usual noise on my window, and the honing of vehicles exposed that I lived closer to the road.

I jumped out of my bed at once, not waiting for my alarm to do its usual job of waking me up. There were times I was purposely reluctant on get up from bed, due to my laziness at attending lectures.

I hated anything called stress and for a reason to me, attending classes was one of them.

For a fact, I had a sleepless night, having left my friend at my door post begging to make love, which sounded ridiculous.

I peeped through my window to see if he was still there. To my greatest surprise, he was still there.

My friend slept at my door post all night!!!! Impossible, did the potion actually knock his brain out that bad, that he didn't identify his way back home any longer?

I clearly forgot we recently started sharing my apartment due to his incapability to pay for his rent. This is really a case to ponder upon. Living with the one we go was cast upon by a spell and sees me as his lover. Living with him will only get things worse.

I thought of a plan to get away without my partner knowing, and the best option I could figure out was passing through my backyard window.

It is important I see the guru who had put me in this mess, he alone can tell me what to do or how to reverse it?

I rolled my curtains up and opened my window to escape without being noticed by my victim.

As soon as I succeeded in my action, I ran off without a moment or second of stop.

A taxi car halt close by, and I got in as soon as possible. I was heading for the most unusual place that morning. That is right, I never met the potion guru in a plain sight, or an open market. However, my meeting with him was a coincidence.

Therefore, I can boast a little that it wasn't completely my fault that I got into this mess.

I met the potion guru, while I was looking for a mechanic shop. The reason I searched for a mechanic was because I needed to repair my spoiled appliance. After asking for directions to a mechanic shop, I decided to urinate behind an unkept bush. There was a tree that stood in front of me where I performed the act. It had the potion's guru commercial on it's body, with the location of the charmer.

I was interested instantly and decided to give it a try. In case you don't know, it was the beautiful commercial that intrigued me to go see him.

It was a complete two-hour drive. With this, much distance covered, I can say that I have missed two lecture periods.

I am not bothered at all. Missing lectures is better than facing the people who saw me kiss Chris on the day before yesterday.

How do I explain it to my beloved Bella, who witnessed the kissing scene too?

It all happened after class, when various students were leaving their various lecture halls, and were retiring to their various destinations.

I located Bella in a short timeframe, holding the potion in my hand, I was prepared to go give her a kiss at that moment.

I drank the potion instantly and was in a rush to empty its content in her mouth, when I bumped into Chris accidentally.

unfortunately, Chris's lips fused to mine during the accident, and he surprisingly kissed me again and again despite me trying to pull him off.

"Gross!!" The thought of it irritates me, and it won't just let go of me.

I will never be a gay, that is the last thing I will ever do in my life.

My parents hope to see me get married and eventually bear their grand children. There is no way a man can do that with another guy, right?

I want to always enjoy the pleasure or sex and have my tender cream into a hole, not a rod like mine.

I dropped from the taxi, almost forgetting to pay for the drive until I was reminded by the driver.

The situation I was in wasn't funny to me at all, and so I will do anything to stop it.

I looked around, trying to figure out the route I took that landed me in the mysterious guru's lab the last time.

There was a building that was familiar to me, it stood there the last time too. Definitely that white hall building will lead me to the venues.

I searched further for what I could call a hint or clue of my destination because I wasn't good at remembering locations. But for this reason, somehow I had an idea of the location. The guru's lair was in the midst of the woods, hidden from the public.

I had already concluded all my complaints in my heart before I reached my expected destination.

I opened the door slowly as I allowed my head to survey inside the house first.

The guru had warned that he wasn't a fan of knocks, so I never bothered to do so.

I entered the house properly and called for the charmer. The house always looked plain, but he had his lair's door hidden

somewhere in the walls, one would barely figure out.

I used what he loved to been addressed as, "potion master" to call him.

That was to lure him out quickly, as he was the busy type that didn't want distractions when he had countless customers.

I had only visited this man once, yet I speak as though I knew him too well. After spending my damn money on his product, of course, I won't forget him so easily.

He is short in appearance. A dwarf may be the perfect identification. His bald hair was a funny-looking one because it was only in the center of his head. And his eyes never stopped probing at his customers like he was a detective suspecting a criminal.1

I could recall vividly, how rude he was to me on the first day I visited him, which was the only time, actually. After knocking severally and out of frustration too due to the absence of reply from inside.

The door opened, and a forceful wind dragged me inside.

The force led me into a room which door was on a wall near the exit door.

The first welcome I received from this so-called potion guru was "I don't accept knocks".

I only visited him on my own free will anyway, so I didn't feel too bothered. What made me feel interested in his potion was how he instantly told me my unfortunate love story.

Without wasting further time, I paid for one of his potion and decided to get a love potion. Which he strictly instructed that the kiss would have to be true love from me.

I was prepared even before the day. I always had Bella in my mind, even at the hour of my costly mistake.

"I see you are back?" The guru snapped me back from my thoughts.

I looked around and I was in his lair. It's perplexing how I got in without me realizing it.

"You look pale, could it be you had performed the wrong formula?" The guru asked further, as I gave no response to his earlier question.

"Yes potion master, I made a wrong kiss" I confessed with my eyes shut tight to produce tears.

"Well? A wrong kiss can only be solved in one way" the guru spoke with his usual probing eyes, staring strictly at me like he was compelling me to ask what the remedy was.

"What is the way out?" I finally voiced out after observing his eyes carefully.

The guru master gave a loud cough while taking another look at me.
