Chapter 2 Aaron's P. O. V

When I was doing my workouts in my house, I heard a heavy blast that had a tremendous effect on the building, and suddenly a young, beautiful lady in a golden white dress crossed my balcony at jet speed. I went to see who it was, but there was no trace of any person. I remembered someone from the past and went to my book shelf, searching for my old diaries. Yes, I've had the habit of writing diaries since my childhood, and I've kept my personal diary since I was a child and use it to keep track of things. I found the one I was looking for after searching for so-called hours.

When I was 7 years old, I was playing with my twin sister Asha and my friend Thara, who is 4 years old. In Thara's house, in the backyard, her father had built a fabulously big park only for his princess. Since the age of 4 years, Thara and I have been thick buddies, act as elders, and treat Asha as a toddler, even if we are the same age.

That day, when I was sitting on the swing in the same park where Asha and Thara were playing in the sand, I could see a young lady with an angelic look wearing a golden white gown with rose petals affixed to the bottom of the hemline that fit like a second skin to her body, and she seemed happy to see us playing together. Suddenly, she turned towards me and smiled at me while standing next to Thara, as I stood opposite Thara, who was building a sand house with Asha.

She walks towards me, bends her knee to my height, touches my hair by gently rubbing it on my head with her right hand, and her other hand comes down to my cheeks and pinches me affectionately. The young lady started to talk to me by calling Hi Aaron. Stunned, I ask her, "How do you know my name?" She laughs at my innocent (say, stupid) question and tells me that I'm her great-grandchild, Thara's husband, when you get married to Thara, so I know you.

She was looking so beautiful that her blue eyes and thick black hair resembled Thara's a lot. I asked her, "Do you know magic, or are you some kind of ghost who comes from nowhere and resembles Thara?" because she looked more like Thara in her teens. She simply laughs at my way of asking questions, and again she is coming to pinch my cheeks, and I am ready in an attacking position. Yes, I'm a martial arts student. The young lady simply sighs and smiles at me and goes near Thara to touch her head. I tried to push her, but I couldn't touch nor feel her, and I was too rude to say anything.

My twin-sister Asha and Thara, were seeing my action and were laughing at me. I asked her why you guys were laughing at me. They asked in unison, "Are you trying to attack the air in front of you?" Then I realised that the young lady was not seen by them and could be seen only by me. "Child Aaron, you alone could see and hear me; I'm here to give my words to you for the salvation of my great-granddaughter, that you alone could protect her in my demise," the young lady said in a lovable but commanding voice. Finally, she says thank you to me for coming into Thara's life so early.

She pulls me to her chest and tightly hugs me like a loving mother, telling me that I have to be careful and should safeguard Thara and be with her throughout her life. That time alone, I could feel her touch, which was warm and soft like a baby's touch. She even took a promised note from me. You have to take care of her, especially at her age of 12, without knowing how to respond at that age. The only thing I can do for my Thara is to protect her. I asked her how I could help safeguard Thara and who was there to hurt my friend. I'm just a kid who doesn't know how to fight. She mischievously laughs at my words, pats my head gently, and tells me, "You will know when the time comes, and the power within you will present itself when you need it, but make sure you are taking care of your health and also the loved ones around you."

She stands before me, waving her hand towards me, saying the words I couldn't forget till today, "I'm looking forward to you and Thara in the future, and I'm waiting for you both," and then disappears in front of me; no one could hear or see her in front of me.
