Chapter 4 No. 4

" You'll see when we get there" Jacky nodded her head. " And what..." Blue sighed deeply. The questions were getting too much. She turned around and forced a smile.

" What again?" she asked. " Where would I be staying? That's the last question" Blue heaved a sigh of relief.

" At Mr. Crystal's" Jacky's face lit up. " Really?" She was so excited. She was happy that she would be staying in the same house with Harold and she won't even be paying rent again.

Before she could say another thing again, Blue turned the handle of Zoey's Office.

" Wow!" Jacky exclaimed. " This is so huge and beautiful" She covered her mouth. " It is" Blue looked around but didn't see Zoey. " Zoey?" She called.

" Zoey dear" She called again. " Where did she go?" As she was about to dial a number, Zoey came out of the bathroom.

" Hey Baby" Jacky waved to her. " Who's this?" Zoey cleaned her hands with a towel and threw it on the floor. " Zoey, this is your Nanny" Zoey's face brightened up. " My Nanny?" Blue nodded her head with a smile. " Yes"

" But she's little" Jacky stopped smiling. " I wanted someone as big as you. Can she take care of me?" She smirked.

" Of course baby, I'll take care of you. You are going to like me because I'm going to take very good care of you. Forget about my look" Zoey sighed.

" Okay, I'll accept you for now" Jacky clapped her hands. " So, your payment" Jacky Quickly turned to Blue.

" You'll get your salary on the first day of each month and the last" Jacky Nearly screamed.

" Really? Can I get my pay today?" She asked. " Yes, this is your first day of work. And your salary, how much do you want to be paid?" She asked, looking at her phone.

" Uhm... a thousand dollars?" She raised a brow. " Are you sure?" Blue asked and Jacky nodded her head.

" Then it's settled" Jacky's jaw dropped. " Just like that?" She was surprised. " Would I be given Three thousand dollars if I had said so?" She was curious.

" Yes, it's Zoey you would be taking care of" Jacky regretted mentioning a thousand dollars. But she promised to request for an increase before the Month runs out.

" Your Bank details please" Blue handed her the phone and she filled the form on the phone. " That's All. Good luck to you, I hope you last a week here" Blue Giggled and left the office.

" What does she mean by that?" Jacky thought. " Hey" Came Zoey's tiny voice. " My name's Jacqueline, but you can Call me Jacky" She Squat in front of Zoey.

" Okay. You already know my name so, there's no need for introduction. This is my office, You can check things out. But first, Pick up that towel and trash it." Jacky picked up the Towel. She looked at it and then at Zoey who has started drawing on a paper.

There was nothing wrong with that Towel. It was Good as new. She couldn't throw out a valuable thing such as that so, she folded it and put it inside her bag.

Three hours later, Harold came to check up on Zoey. Zoey was still playing but they found Jacky curled up behind the Merry go round sleeping. Blue wanted to laugh but she covered her mouth.

" Wake her up" Harold instructed her and she woke Jacky up. " What are you doing?" He asked her. Jacky stretched her arms. She didn't know where she was at first until Harold repeated the question again.

" Oh, Mr. Handsome... I mean Mr. Carlos... Zoey's Dad" See leapt on her feet. Jacky was confused, she couldn't even remember his name again.. " It's Mr. Crystal" Blue whispered to her.

" Why are you sleeping at work?" He asked her. " I was so tired that I didn't know when I fell asleep, sorry about that" She lowered her head. " Daddy, can she work for me? She look like a lazy lady" Zoey asked Harold.

" Come on baby, I can work for you. You should have wake me up" She yawned. Truth be told, Jacky fell asleep because she was so tired from the works Zoey put her through.

She didn't even allow her to sit in one place. If she send her to bring something, she would send her to go bring another thing again. Jacky was so Hungry, she told Zoey about it but Zoey kept sending her around.

" If you can't do this, I'll replace you ASAP" Harold said but Jacky Quickly rubbed her eyes. " I'll do it, Mr . Crystal. I promise this would never happen again." She promised .

" Daddy, let's give her another chance" Jacky Thanked Zoey for saying that to her Daddy. " Okay, as you wish. Come on, let's go home" Zoey left what she was doing and he lifted her up.

" Clean up this mess and follow us" He said to her. Jacky would have followed them at that moment but she has to go home and take her things. She would need some change of clothes too.

" I have to go home and take my things" She said. " Okay, leave your address with Blue, a chauffeurs will come pick you up" With that said , he left with Zoey.

" The last lady that left didn't last a week" Jacky raised a brow. " Yes, Zoey's Last Nanny. Good luck, Jacky. May God be with you" Blue shook her head and sighed.

" Don't worry, I'm Jacky and I'll take care of this" She said. But deep inside, she was already getting discouraged.

" Your address" She gave her the Tablet and Jacky inserted her address. " Good luck, I think we'll see each other everyday" she patted Jack's shoulder and left the office.
