Chapter 5 Diana

There was a growl that made Matteo stop the action.

Looking back, Matteo was surprised to see a shaggy wolf staring at him intently, as if it was about to pounce on him.

"Ahhhh... Wolf..." Selgie cried out loudly.

Matteo, who saw the wolf first, immediately backed up his body, looking for a way to get out of the warehouse by pushing Selgie's body towards the wolf, making Selgie's body fall not far from the big wolf in front of him.

Matteo immediately ran outside to save himself, leaving Selgie in the warehouse.

When he got outside, he saw two more wolves staring at him.

"Oh, shit," he cursed.

He tried to find something to hit the wolves with, in case they attacked him.

Meanwhile, inside the barn Selgie was so scared that she backed her body up by dragging it under the dirty floor, exposing her beautiful clothes to the dirty dust on the floor.

Her tears began to fall, seeing the enormous beast in front of her.

"Go away..."

Selgie tried to throw her small bag toward the wolf.

The wolf looked like it was starving.

The shaggy wolf growled and jumped toward her.

"Ah!" Selgie shouted as she covered her face by crossing her arms in front of her face.

The wolf managed to bite her hand, making Selgie's hand bleed.

"Ah... Blood-"

Selgie was shocked and ended up unconscious on the dirty floor. After seeing the blood on her hands.

She was very afraid of blood,

Kelvin immediately changed his form back to human.

He was shocked to see the woman collapsed on the floor in fear. He didn't mean to scare or hurt her.

The hunger in his stomach made him accidentally bite the woman's hand.

He almost made her his prey.

Previously, he only wanted to help the woman from the man who wanted to disturb her.

Kelvin walked over to Selgie who was lying on the floor.

Touching her blood-stained hand, he tried to clean the fresh blood by licking it, until it was completely clean and stopped coming out of her hand. He saw a bite mark on her hand.

Then immediately lifted the girl's body which felt very light on his lap.

stepping out of the storeroom, to take her away from there and immediately head to the school health office.

"Ah..." Selgie cried out

"Selgie, are you awake?" Diana asked.

Staring around the white-painted room that was quite clean.

Such a frightened face, staring at her friend with sweat-soaked temples.

"Are you okay Selgie?"

Still no answer from her.

Selgie looked at her hand, which was wrapped in a white bandage.

"Selgie, what happened to you."

After a few times, her friends asked curiously and worriedly about what had happened to her.

She opened her mouth and said.

"Like I'm fine." The short and unconvincing answer made her friends even more curious about what happened to her.

"Selgie! Come on, tell me the truth. What happened to you, how did you end up on that new student's lap."

Melissa's words made Selgie turn to her with furrowed brows.

She didn't understand what Melissa was saying about her.

"What do you mean Melissa?"

Selgie asked Melissa about what happened to her because she did not understand and wanted to know what happened to her.

Hadn't she been in that creepy warehouse earlier?

She thought that she had been torn apart by the wolf that bit her hand.

After that, she didn't remember anything else, because seeing the blood on her hand made her faint.

And now she was in the school hospital.

Why was she in this room? Who saved her from the wolf,

"Gosh, don't tell me you don't understand what I'm saying."

"Melissa, she just woke up. How can she understand, let me explain." Diana said

"Yes, quickly tell her. "

Selgie looked at her friend who was about to explain what happened to her.

"Selgie, the new student we saw this morning. He's the one who brought you here, you're so lucky to be in that handsome man's arms. But he didn't say a word when he brought you here in these dirty clothes.

But Dea said you fell and saw blood. After that, we fainted because of your phobia."

Diana explained what happened to her while she was unconscious.

A faint smile spread across Selgie's face unnoticed by her friends. She was very happy if what her friend said was true, about the new student who had helped her.

This was a good opportunity for her to get closer to him.

Selgie was at a loss as to what to tell her friends.

There was no way she could tell them about what had happened to her at the warehouse.

It was all because of Matteo, the man was too much.

Luckily she could still breathe and not be eaten by the wolf.

"Yes, what Dea said is true. I just fell, making my hand hurt and bleed."

Selgie chose to hide the incident that had happened to her. She did not want to tell anyone about it.

"Huh! How come it's like that... I mean why did you fall."

Diana squinted her eyes, looking incredulous at her words.

"All accidents just happen, no one knows." Selgie tried to reassure Diana

"Yes, you're right. Accidents can happen at any time." Diana muttered

"Now that I'm getting hungry, I need to get to the cafeteria," Selgie said.

"Yes, let's go to the cafeteria now," Melissa replied although she was still curious about what happened to Selgie.

As the four of them quickly went to the cafeteria, Selgie accidentally saw Janeeta outside, talking to someone.

Selgie felt that there was something strange about Janeeta not meeting her at the school health center.

"Janeeta, you're here." Selgie said as if she was looking for Janeeta.

"Yes, what's wrong?" What Janeeta said was as if she didn't want to talk to her.

"Nothing, do you want to come to lunch with us?" Selgie invited Janeeta to go together, but Janeeta's answer made Selgie feel that something was wrong with one of her friends.

"I'm not hungry, you guys just go." Janeeta's reply sounded bad in Selgie's ears.

"Fine, if you don't want to come with us."

Selgie chose to leave Janeeta's presence immediately.

She had no idea what had happened to the girl.
