Chapter 5 05. That Pheromones Make Me Scared

"Jae, how are you, I heard from Yeon Jin that you were briefly treated shortly in the hospital after you landed. Is that true?" Chairwoman Seo or Choi Mi Kyung asked worriedly while touching Seo Jae's face. Attentive.

The middle-aged woman, who always looked very stern and never tolerated anything, was now being very gentle in front of Jae; the woman seemed to be giving all the care and concern she felt to Jae, which, even though she was a stranger, there was no difference in the attitude shown to Jae by the woman he was used to calling, grandmother, now.

Jae smiled, his thin hands and delicate fingers reaching out to Choi Mi Kyung's wrinkled fingers, gently stroking them like a grandson to his grandmother. Only Jae's delicate fingers felt cold, slightly making him afraid he would make his fiancée's grandmother uncomfortable. However, that fear was meaningless as Choi Mi Kyung returned to Jae's embrace.

"Grandma, don't worry, I'm fine, I can even move around now, it was just motion sickness yesterday, nothing more." He explains, bringing relief to the grandmother's old face.

Jae's voice sounded soft, echoing, soothing to anyone who heard it. However, Jae's statement that he got motion sickness certainly didn't make Choi Ha Joon think so. The man smiled sarcastically with a gaze that didn't move away from Seo Jae.

"Motion sickness? Huh, since when did you get that kind of thing?" Ha Joon commented in a dismissive tone.

Seo Jae and Yeon Jin also glanced at Ha Joon with displeased looks at his brother's disrespectful words. Say they're siblings, but Daan's behaviour between the two is striking.

"Can you be a little polite to your own future brother-in-law, Choi Ha Joon?" Yeon Jin warned. However, Ha Joon chuckled.

"Before becoming your fiancé, he was my personal assistant for over five years. I know her well compared to you, Oppa." Ha Joon replied emotionally.

At first, Yeon Jin wanted to reply the same way, but Jae held back by squeezing Yeon Jin's thigh while shaking his head weakly. Hopefully, Yeon Jin wouldn't do such a thing to his brother.

"We came to visit, there's no need for useless arguments," Jae's prohibition on Yeon Jin successfully made Ha Joon even more annoyed.

Ha Joon smiled again; his face looked very annoyed, especially when he heard Jae's annoying answer. Chuckling, Ha Joon said, "You came as a guest but your vocabulary doesn't reflect that you're a guest at all."

Although Jae had restrained Yeon Jin from doing anything that could potentially cause an argument, now Jae got up from his seat, walked over to his future brother-in-law and whispered while glaring at Ha Joon.

"If you're going to make trouble with me, let's do it somewhere else after grandma goes to rest, now, can't you shut your mouth up and act like a good boy even if it's only for five minutes?" Seo Jae hissed at Ha Joon's ear.

Their gazes met for a few seconds; Jae even refrained from blinking at the pair of his eyes that looked very sharp. Their faces looked serious until Ha Joon finally smiled crookedly, an annoying but charming smile. Jae never failed to recognise that the owner of the handsome face in front of him was charismatic despite being extremely annoying.

"I hope you don't retract your words, omega." Ha Joon replied with a condescending lopsided smile.

Finished with what he wanted to say to Ha Joon, Jae returned to where he was initially sitting, next to the grandmother, who looked worriedly at the two people. Jae and Ha Joon. Just like the grandmother, Yeon Jin also felt the same worry that the grandmother felt when she saw Jae being that close to Ha Joon. Eventually, after all, their activities were over, lunch, chatting and accompanying the grandmother to rest, Jae fulfilled his promise by going to Ha Joon in his office.

At first, Yeon Jin wanted to accompany his lover, but Jae refused because he didn't want any more commotion than what had happened earlier. "If I don't get what he wants, I'm unsure if he'll let us all alone. So, I'm going to see him now." Jae explained wisely, even though he knew his wise demeanour was not needed here.

"I'm not sure but, I hope you come out soon when things are no longer okay." Yeon Jin warned.

Even though Yeon Jin was telling the truth, he was the one who knew Ha Joon's nature and character, so Jae wasn't too worried at all.

After leaving Yeon Jin, Jae walked alone to Ha Joon's office. As if he had memorised the floor plan of the house as well as all the details, Jae was fearless even though he was left alone in such a big house. Arriving in the Ha Joon office, Jae was surprised by the strong pheromone scent filling the large room. He covered his nose but couldn't escape because Ha Joon held the door and locked it.

"What the hell are you doing?!" Asked Jae. He was angry because he smelled a very pungent pheromone scent.

"Why? Doesn't the scent of an Alpha like me always make all of omegas like you fell horny?"

Jae's face instantly flushed, his energy almost drained from inhaling the pheromone scent filling the entire office. His legs felt weak, and as he tried to turn around to open the door behind him, Ha Joon's large hands suddenly wrapped around Seo Jae's waist, bringing their bodies so close that Jae could feel his back against Ha Joon's broad chest. Joon's big hands and fingers touched Jae's chin, making his face look up while his body went limp.

"Let go of my-akh-gh, Choi Ha Joon!" Jae pleaded, but Ha Joon just laughed.

"Don't just because you can be Yeon Jin's fiancé, you think you can forget who you were in the past, Kim Seo Jae." Ha Joon whispered. "I hope you don't forget who you were, how you were and what you were like in front of me all those years, sneaky omega."

"What do I have to forget? You treated me so badly, even worse than an animal. It's only natural that I chose to accept Yeon Jin's proposal rather than continue living under the thumb of an Alpha like you." Jae replied.

However, the reply received by Ha Joon did not make that man happy at all. Anger continued to creep into his head. The pheromones he released were getting stronger, making Jae's body already weak even more sluggish.

Jae's thin body couldn't take the intense pressure from Ha Joon's pheromones. His legs grew so weak that they almost drooped, bringing his inching body down and falling. However, Ha Joon's reflexes caught both legs, holding Jae's powerless body and carrying him.

Ha Joon looked closely at Jae's beautiful face. The thin man looked so overwhelmed that even his breathing sounded heavy momentarily, making Ha Joon think that Jae had become even more pitiful after not seeing each other for several years. "The pheromones I released aren't even twenty per cent. Why are you like a worm that was just pulled out of the ground?" He said, feeling disappointed with what Jae was doing with that very red face.

That beautiful face looked very red, cold sweat kept pouring from her face, wetting his neck, and even her whole body was shaking as if the heat cycle had come suddenly. Jae was like a helpless hunk of meat. Even lifting a single hand, Jae was overwhelmed and had to struggle a lot.

"Stop, this! Stop releasing pheromones like this ...." Jae said, pleading with what little energy he had left.

However, instead of obeying Jae's wishes, Ha Joon tightened his embrace, bringing their faces closer together, allowing him to smell the scent of sweat mixed with Jae's slightly leaking pheromones.

"As usual. It smells so sweet, like classy alcohol. You really know how to tease me, omega ...." Ha Joon praised as he kissed Jae's neck.

"Ugh! L-let go of me Choi Ha Joon!" Jae was disgusted by Ha Joon's behaviour towards him.

Jae kept asking, but Ha Joon wasn't listening at all. His hands kept moving to touch and stroke every inch of Jae's skin as if he didn't want to leave a single side untouched. Ignoring every refusal made by Jae, even Jae's voice seemed completely inaudible to Ha Joon.

However, just as he was about to do something far away to Jae, the door of the room was suddenly knocked several times with a weak sound, interrupting their activities.

At first, Ha Joon wanted to ignore it and kept touching Jae's body while putting some of his fingers into Jae's mouth, keeping the man's voice from coming out and not being heard outside the room. However, the knocking didn't stop because it disturbed him.

"Let Jae go now or I'll crush you to the bone, Ha Joon."

It was Yeon Jin's voice.

Jae wanted so badly to scream, but his mouth was still gagged by Ha Joon, making him unable to make a sound except for a useless moan. Saliva had already soaked between his lips up to his chin and dripped onto the clothes that Ha Joon had uncovered. However, even though they both heard Yeon Jin's voice, Ha Joon still wouldn't let go of Jae and kept shaking Seo Jae penis, making Jae's energy disappear to be replaced by limpness and pain that went down to his bones.

"Choi Ha Joon, you better finish here because your pheromones are spreading down the hallway. If you keep this pheromone and don't withdraw it, I will make you regret your life forever." Yeon Jin threatened from outside.

Instead of listening, Ha Joon deliberately spread his pheromones so much that Yeon Jin covered her nose due to the strong pheromone scent of a dominant Alpha like Ha Joon.

"Choi Ha Joon. Open the door now!" Yeon Jin banged on the door again, warning Ha Joon to stop immediately.

However, Ha Joon was utterly ignored, making Yeon Jin break the study door until the hinges broke. In her view, Yeon Jin saw how Ha Joon was still hugging Jae from behind with Jae's body that he was still holding while the cum was already littering the floor, but Yeon Jin's angry gaze was what he saw he couldn't hide.

Ha Joon smiled after successfully overwhelming Jae with his pheromones, the thin body that no longer had any strength was sluggish and almost fell, but still, Ha Joon held him tightly.

However, Yeon Jin didn't care at all. The man stepped closer to the two of them, pulled Jae, who Ha Joon was still holding, and then adjusted the pants that Ha Joon had sagged for some time before carrying the thin body and kissing him gently while apologising late.

A kiss and a whisper that Yeon Jin gave after getting Seo Jae back successfully made Ha Joon angry to see it.

"Ch. You little show-off ...." Ha Joon hissed. He's so annoyed watching that two lovey-dovey act in front of him.

Although his voice was shallow, Yeon Jin could hear his brother's voice very clearly in the middle of the quiet room, this man also immediately gave a sharp glance towards Ha Joon. A glance that turned cynical when their eyes met.

"I let him in here because he wanted to listen to you talk for your baseless anger at him but, seeing how you're still behaving like an animal, I won't let you get within an inch of each other." Yeon Jin threatened.

"What's your problem? He's just a lowly omega, why are you-"

"And a lowly omega who has given you a child too. Don't forget that you still have to find out who the mother of Ha Neul, your child is."

After saying that, Yeon Jin immediately took Jae out from inside his and his brother's office room, taking him almost out of the house to the side door to go straight to the garage, but before Yeon Jin could do that, Jae held Yeon Jin back by grabbing the shirt that he was wearing. "No ... if grandma finds out we're leaving, she'll be ...."

A simple request but very difficult for Yeon Jin to do. After seeing how Jae was mistreated by Ha Joon, his brother, Yeon Jin, he was desperately wanted to take her lover away from the house but taking Jae's words that her grandmother would be angry and make the cooking even more complicated made it seem like she had no choice.

"Alright... but after grandma wakes up, we'll go home." Yeon Jin whispered as he brought their faces closer and released her pheromones. The pheromones strengthened slowly but still felt soft and warm, soothing and slightly improving Jae's body temperature. It was inversely proportional to what Ha Joon released to continue to pressure Jae.

Arriving at the room, Yeon Jin laid Jae down on the bed while ensuring no single wound was left on his lover's body.

Yeon Jin wiped Jae's sweat slowly while continuing to release her gentle pheromones, hoping that it would slightly make Jae feel better and be able to relax a little more, even though Yeon Jin was utterly unable to erase Ha Joon's pheromones that had stuck to Jae's body as well as hide his anger that occasionally almost leaked out because he could not hold back his feelings of annoyance.

However, seeing that Jae wasn't harmed by Ha Joon, at least it was enough for him. At least, when he laid Jae's body on the bed, his lover slowly began to fall asleep even though his face was still red and cold sweat was still pouring from his temples. As long as Jae lay down, Yeon Jin was still there, holding and kissing the back of Jae's sleeping hand.

Yeon Jin left Jae and carried them to the second floor in his room. Ha Joon could only groan angrily while staring at Jae's sweaty palms. He never thought that Kim Seo Jae, the lowly omega he had known for five years and kept under the soles of his feet, would be treated like a prince by his sibling.

Ha Joon shook his hand and walked over to the table to grab a tissue from there, wiped his hands and flopped down on the sofa looking at Jae's splatter on the floor. What a mess. "A sluts only stays a sluts ...."
