"I told you I wanted a straightforward party, but this isn't it, mom." I told my mother I wanted only my friends because there was so much decor and so many visitors.
"What is this? It's not a huge thing, my daughter, and it's healthier for you to develop a habit of doing it." Oh, there she is lecturing me about parties and class society once more.
"Lilly, you're talking to walls. Blah blah." My mum cuts off her speech in my father's voice. She looks at me with narrowed eyes and furrowed brows.
"Please refrain, and also, where is my gift, Dad." Dad approached and gave my head a kiss. He constantly emits a sweet, wonderful scent of love.
"Happy birthday, Rosee Posee, my little Rosee! It's for you."
"Oh my gosh, Father I don't. Thank you, but I can't." He handed me a car of my own. Seriously. My feet begin to bounce.
"You can't, Carter. She must acquire..."
"Mom, I'm a good driver. Dad had already taught me." Dad taught me several car-related lessons behind my mother's back. She was astonished by this.
"Carter, you're giving her so much." My father snatches my car keys from her and hands them back to me. I raced to my car, not paying attention to what they were saying. It's a gorgeous BMW.
"Dad!" I yelled loudly, and they both turned to stare at my side.
"I love you." Mom is pretending to smile, but I can tell because I know how much she loves me.
When night fell later, my celebration had already begun. Food, dance, music, and drinks are all present. My friends and coworkers are present, but Jessie and Ronald did not show up. I keep my gaze fixed on the entrance. There are so many good wishes and gifts, but my friend Annie gets the finest one.
She is my closest friend. She is with me today and has been since I started college. She reminds me of my family. I took two plates of cake and sent a message to Jessie after saying farewell to everyone.
Me: Cake.

Jessie: Hell, Yes! You are my savior, God.
Me: Going to open your window here.
We keep it a secret when I go to my room at night or when she enters. We occasionally study and other times, and dad is aware of Jessie and I. He never stops us, just like mum. But since Ronald has been here, things have changed for us. He slept in my arms at night. He kissed me and we talked, but he never went further. I want him, but there is currently nothing between us.
Even though it's still early winter, the chilly breeze makes me shudder. I fell while climbing with plates. She opened the glass after I rapped on the window. But first, she snatched the plates out of my hands
"Hey, that's not right." But she had vanished.
"Assist yourself." She speaks in a whisper. Everyone in her home is asleep, and it is dark. Is Ronald fast asleep?
"You were not at my party." While eating, she pauses.
"You know I despise Mrs. Laura. She attempts to run our life, and she gets along well with Ronald, who is blind and quite dim." Her face was filled with hatred. There is nothing right.
"It's okay." But I missed both of you. I try to call Ronald as she eats while I sit in bed, but he never answers. I'm still waiting for Ronald to grant me my birthday wish. He is my first love, whether I hate him or love him. But today he's gone, and I know he went out with buddies to have fun or to meet women.
I hang up the phone and sit. But continue to wait. For me, every second is difficult. He never returned. I kept looking at the door but saw nothing.
I then went back to eating and left Jessie. Someone stopped me as I was making my way towards my house by grabbing me by the elbow. Ronald is standing there when I turn. He is bleeding through. His eyeballs spit out blood and his eyes squint.
"Ron. What happened? You're..bleeding." When my palm touched his cheek, he hissed in agony. He's so covered with bruises, my God.
"I just fight, it's nothing." He moves away from me, releasing the warm, swallowing sensation from his cheek.
You've been hurt.
"You're making me feel worse." In comparison to the grief you caused me, it is nothing. The hurt I felt when I saw you kissing someone and when you had sex in front of me, and the hurt I felt when I called and asked you where you were and you just lied.
"Rose, happy birthday." Here. He never addressed me as Rose. It stings.
"I'm grateful."
"I looked out the window and saw you. Without me, you seem happy." Never. Please avert your gaze.
"Yes, it's my birthday, and you know how my mother feels." Before I could finish, he put his head to mine while holding my face in his hands.
"The fact that you ignore me and leave me alone hurts. Don't let a gap develop between us. Do not murder me with your hatred." Why is it painful? His suffering is too much for me to bear. He never realizes how challenging it is to go past that evening. Ronald fell to the ground as a result of a very unexpected event.
"How dare you use your filthy hands on my daughter?"
