I consider everyone as leaders but we follow the policies, this is how you are going to do it, this small cup is full of paper so everyone will pick one if you see Good that means you are one of the nominees for the leader.

This exercise is done by only me because I consider everyone here as a leader, so picking will make no cheating so after that you are done with this exercise but you all know that we only need two leaders one boy and one girl so after you no yourself as one of the nominees. An assignment will be given to you that is from crafting and you will present your dance on the day of the submission and which is next week so bring the best and please people remaining we vote after seeing your crafting and dancing steps, are you all clear? Please come forward and pick it up.
