Chapter 5 BAD AUNT

Brandon stood rigid on spot as Eugene hugged him tightly without

The rest were short of words as they stared at the two

"I really miss you daddy" I miss you dearly" Eugene said kissing Brandon round his face

Brandon froze on spot as her lips were doing wonders on his face

"Hey get off me" Brandon said trying to pull her off

"No! I want to hold you" she hugged him more tightly

Linda couldn't watch the scenario anymore, she rushed to their front and pulled Eugene off to the ground forcefully

" Ahhhhhh!! Eugene cried out in pain as tears

"Eugene are you okay?? Where does it hurt? Dianne asked in concern

"My stomach" she clutched her stomach in pain

" Must you gone this far, you know she is injured?? Dianne snapped

"Not my business" Linda replied rolling her eyes

" Linda that was too bad of you, I thought you were more sensible than this" Ronald reprimanded

"What? Are you also trying to defend her? She scoff unbelievable and turn to leave but a voice stopped her

" Apologize" Brandon's ordering tone stopped her from walking

"Don't worry Brandy, she doesn't need to apologise to me" Linda said happily thinking Brandon was defending her

" Apologize to her Linda" Brandon repeated with his usual cold voice

"Huh?? She said in shock

" What are you saying Brandy,why should I apologized_" a glare from Brandon made her halt with her words

Ok" she muttered

She clenched her fist tightly before facing Eugene who was staring at her with her eyes full of tears

"Am sorry but not too sorry" she said without feeling remorseful and walk out of the room

"She is a bad aunt" I hate her" Eugene cried loudly

"Sorry baby" Dianne consoled her

"So you mean her memories is of her childhood only? Dianne asked Dominic who was briefing them about

Eugene has been injected with analgesic so she is in her room sleeping

"Yes, patient with her condition tends to forget about the memories that hurts a lot so I guess her childhood has the happiest moment Which is why she can only remember the past" Dominic replied

" Poor girl,I can't believe that a grown up like her became a child in just a day"

" The only thing I can say now is that you shouldn't force her to remember the lost memories, and make sure to do anything that she wants, abstain her from anything that can provoke her memories,if you forced her to remember, she might lose her life" Dominic advise

" Ok Dominic, thank you" Brandon who had been quiet speaks up

"It's not a problem boss, I'll take my leave then,I'll come back to check up on the patient tommorow morning" Dominic replied and Brandon nodded

Dominic left immediately

Xavier who has been quiet turn to Brandon

"What did you plan on doing to that girl? He Asked

"I don't know" I really don't know" I'll have to think about it" Brandon replied truthfully and left for his room

Ronald sighed as he watched Brandon's back

"My poor friend, it's not easy to become a father overnight" he said only to receive a smack on the head

"Don't say nonsense" she warned and he pouted like a kid

"Wow! Delicious" Eugene clapped her hands excitedly as Dianne feed her food

"Really? Dianne asked with a smile and she nodded repeatedly

" Thumbs up" Eugene added raising her thumbs

"Good girl" Dianne patted her hair and she smiled

Few minutes later, Eugene was done eating so Dianne guided her to the big living room

On getting to the living, they met Ronald watching an action movie

"Wow! It's a movie" she jumped excitedly running to Ronald's seat

" Uncle Ronald, what's movie is this? She asked as she sat down beside Ronald who wasn't expecting her

" It's an action movie, kids are not allowed to watch this type of movie so you shouldn't watch it" Ronald replied awkwardly

"Oh!

" Uncle Ronald, why is the polices hitting those men? She asked pointing at the scene displaying on the screen

"Oh! The police are beating them because they are bad men" Ronald replied

" Just like that bad aunt that pushed me? She asked blinking her eyes innocently

" Huh...." Ronald stuttered not knowing how to answer the question

"No.... she is not a bad person"

But he couldn't complete his words as Eugene had spranged up from her seat and walk to the kitchen

to their horror, Eugene came out of the kitchen with a big rolling stick

"What did you want to use that for?? Dianne asked in shock

" To teach that bad aunt a lesson" Eugene replied angrily and started climbing the stairs

Ronald and Dianne stared at each other first before running after her

Thankfully Dianne had given a tour around the house so it was easier for Eugene to find Linda's room

Getting to Linda's room, she barged in at the same time with Linda who was just returning from the bathroom

Linda frown seeing Eugene who was walking towards her with her hands behind

" Why are you here dumbo ? Did you miss your way or were_

Linda couldn't complete her words as Eugene hit the rolling stick hard on her mouth and two teeth flew out of it immediately

" Ahhhhhh!! Linda screamed in pain holding her mouth

Dianne who was just coming inside with Ronald stopped dead on their track as the teeth flew to their front

Dianne eyes went to Linda who was crying on the ground, to her shock, Linda's mouth was now three times bigger than before" she gasped

"OMG!! Ronald staggered back in shock
