Chapter 2 HADES's Lost Love

Story of Mompi, Rudra and Porishma

[A/N:- This is the time when Arjun and Neil were studying with Daniel and Davish. Avni was in Neil's life as his girlfriend. Arjun and Neil were 19, Mompi Porishma and Rudra were 20 and Davish and Daniel were 21; near to Graduate]

A freshly graduated young girl was wandering around the local street of Delhi. She was new in the city and recently joined the Business College for her Masters. She got scholarship and recommendation letters from her former College Principal for higher Studies.

Some random group of boys were enjoying their time bluffing and pulling legs of each other but she noticed him.

Him! A boy from the group had eyes on her, watching her and her every move.

He watched how she was biting her reddish fuller bottom lips and playing with her long slender fingers whenever she tried to bargain price with the shopkeeper.

The girl was in her casual look, no make up, no accessories, with flat simple slippers. Her long wavy brown hair locks were bouncing frequently because of the windy weather.

Her eyes were narrowed and frowns were displayed on her forehead and arguing with a shopkeeper.

"Brother! How much is this?", the girl asked the shopkeeper who replied, "455 ₹".

Oh my Goddess. It's too pricey. bargain some price please", the girl requested the shopkeeper.

"No, no bargain", the shopkeeper saved as he got busy himself with other customers.

The girl sighed weakly while closing her eyes and again looked at the shiny golden anklet which caught her eyes but hard luck she didn't have enough money with her.

The same boy from the group was staring at her continuously and the feeling of being watched made her conscious as she looked around in the search of those eyes who were digging holes in her back.

Suddenly, her phone rang and she picked up the second ring. A warm smile spread on her face to see the caller.

"D", Mompi said happily.

On the other hand, that boy could not look away from her.

"Hey Rudra! Where are you lost?".

A loud voice of a boy broke his trances.

Rudra frowned deeply as he again looked at Mompi.

Rudra saw her going away from the shop and he quickly followed her and found her address.

"Beautiful", Rudra murmured softly and smiled widely at his heart, which was beating abnormally high inside his chest .

At the Cafe, The capital city.

"You baboon", Porishma spoke angrily to the boy who bumped into her and didn't apologize for his mistakes.

And that young boy was Rudra.

"You Potato", Rudra spat bitterly at her.

They were fighting for the past ten minutes and aunt Asha was trying to calm them down otherwise she would lose her job.

"Porishma, my child. please calm down", Aunt Asha said.

"Huh? Aunt Asha, this Gibbon/ Baboon isn't apologizing to me because of him, my coffee mug dropped on the floor", Porishma glared at Rudra who rolled at her over dramatic acting.

"What's happening here?", Everyone heard a soft voice and they turned to look at the person.

Porishma smiled softly as she saw her best friend. However, Rudra stood frozen at his place. His eyes were wide and heart was racing crazily.

"D! What's wrong?", Mompi asked Porishma .

Mompi called Porishma 'D' because her surname was 'DAS' and Porishma called Mompi 'M'.

"This stupid boy is rude", Porishma said and Mompi looked at Rudra who gulped down nervously.

"I'm Sorry", Mompi said to Rudra and he looked confusedly at her.

Porishma looked angrily at Mompi because she knew why Mompi was apologizing to him. Porishma had a short temper and she never liked those people who showed their attitude to her.

"N. N. No. I. am. I am sorry", Rudra stuttered badly in front of Mompi.

Mompi laughed at his cuteness. His cheeks turned pink because of the embarrassment.

"D! He apologized so I think it's your turn now to apologize", Mompi said to Porishma.

"I'm sorry", Porishma said grumpily.

Rudra smiled and aunt Asha took a deep relief breath and called someone to clean the floor.

"Hi! I'm Rudra", Rudra introduced himself while forwarding his hands towards her.

"Mompi", Mompi said and looked at Porishma who was glaring at Rudra.

Mompi nudged Porishma who responded to Rudra, "I'm Porishma Das'.

Rudra casually nodded his head. Mompi shook her head at Porishma's cold attitude.

They shook hands except Porishma. They smiled and from here these trio made an unbreakable strong bond of friendship and unconditional love.

But everything was not easy.

Rudra was a hard and tough boy, not a bad boy but not less than that either.

Porishma took her own time to trust him.

On the other hand, Mompi's heart was captured by Rudra. His gesture, his hardwork and his patience for her made his way direct towards her heart.

On a very fine day, Rudra took Mompi for an outing. Porishma didn't go with them because her finals were near.

~• Outside of the capital city:-

"Mompi", Rudra said and she looked at him.

"Hmmm", She replied

"I love You", He said nervously.

She looked at him and sighed loudly.

"Rudra! You know that we are different people and also come from different classes, status, and world", Mompi said.

"What do you mean?", Rudra asked her.

"I love you too Rudra. I love you so much but I don't know anything about you? However I can feel that it belongs to two different worlds of this society", She said truthfully to him.

Rudra stared at her and took a deep breath and released.

"Mompi", Rudra called her softly.

"My name is Rudra Singh Rathore. I am the only child of my mother. Her name was Abha. She died when I was eight. My father is an ex-army man and he remarried after my mother's death. He lives in Rajasthan with his second wife. Basically, I belong to the Royal family of Rajasthan. I have twin elder brothers. They're the owners of every business which is related to Rathores. They are living in mumbai. I left my house when I turned eighteen with the help of my elder brothers because I don't want to share the same house with my father and his wife. My dream is to become a Police Officer. That was why I came here to study. I don't like business and my mother's last dream was to see me as a police officer. I have two friends not friends but actually they're my brothers (Arjun & Neil). Currently they're out of India for their higher education. I love you and I want to live my life with you. That's it this is my life, Mompi", Rudra said and there was only silence.

Mompi smiled and pinched his nose and put her head on his chest. She heard his frantically running heartbeats. He wrapped his arms around her shoulder.

"I love You, Rudra but I'm scared because of everything. I came to the city because of D. She is my backbone. My parents gave permission because they didn't know that I'm here with her otherwise; they'll take me back to my hometown. They're not very friendly, Rudra. I don't know how to explain my situation to you", Mompi said.

"I'll be with you. I'll stand by you. I'll fight for you. I'll always protect you", Rudra said and she smiled at him.

They tilted their heads and touched each other's lips. It was their first kiss. Their feelings were true. All emotions were high for each other.

It was one year of their friendship and love. Trio always spent their free time with each other. Porishma was not aware of Rudra and Mompi's relationship because she was busy in her studies.

~ After One Month :-

"Mompi", Rudra came and hugged her tightly.

"What happened, Rudra?", She asked him.

"Where is Pari?", Rudra asked her about Porishma.

"She has gone to attend her extra classes", Mompi replied.

"Oh", Rudra said as he smiled while wrapping his arms around her waist.

"I have good news for you", Rudra said.

"What is it?", Mompi asked him as she put her hands around his neck.

"I cleared the law enforcement entrance exams", Rudra said and kissed her forehead lovingly. She jumped in happiness and hugged him back, "Really?".

"Yes and I'll join the other students for all the procedures of becoming a Police officer", Rudra said.

"Means?", She asked confusedly.

"Mompi ! I just cleared the first test. There are so many things to clear like a medical test, a physical test and other basic training", Rudra explained to her.

"Oh okay! How much time will it all take to make a police officer?", She asked.

"Completing each and every process takes at least two years of time. I just completed the entrance exams and still need to go through all the necessary procedures. After that I'll get the rank Of IPS (INDIAN POLICE SERVICES)", He said and she nodded.
