Chapter 5 like a possessive boyfriend

Graycel woke up feeling much better that day, with a big smile on her face. She decided it was the perfect day to visit the grocery store and buy some yummy treats for all the children under her care at Angels Place. She wanted to make them happy, especially her new friend, Sandie, who had become very close to her.

With a skip and a hop, Graycel made her way to the colorful grocery store, excited to pick out the best surprises for the children. She carefully chose a variety of delicious snacks, fresh fruits, and fun toys that she knew the kids would love. She even found some sparkly stickers and crayons for them to create beautiful drawings!

Once she had everything she needed, Graycel happily went back to Angels Place, holding a bag full of goodies. As soon as she walked in, the children's eyes lit up with joy.

"Yay, Ate Graycel is back!" Sandie shouted, running up to give her a big hug.

Graycel hugged Sandie back tightly, feeling so happy to see all the children again. "I missed you all so much!" she said with a big grin.

"Look, look, everyone! Ate Graycel got us treats!" Sandie announced, and all the kids gathered around, eager to see what surprises she brought.

Graycel laid out all the goodies on the table, and the children couldn't stop smiling. "Wow, thank you, Ate Graycel!" they all chimed in, their eyes wide with excitement.

They all enjoyed the delicious snacks, sharing laughter and stories with Ate Graycel. Some kids showed her the drawings they made with the stickers and crayons, and she praised their artistic skills. The daycare was filled with happiness and fun!

As the day went on, the children played with the new toys and ran around the daycare, their little faces beaming with joy. Graycel joined in the games, pretending to be a funny monster as the kids giggled and tried to catch her.

When it was time for the parents to pick up their children, the kids rushed to them, excitedly telling them about the fantastic day they had with Ate Graycel. The parents were so grateful for Graycel's kindness and love for their children.

Before leaving, Sandie gave Ate Graycel a big hug and handed her a colorful thank-you card. "Thank you, Ate Graycel! You're the best!" Sandie said, her eyes shining with happiness.

Graycel's heart melted with joy. "Aw, thank you, Sandie! You're the best too!" she replied, feeling so grateful to have such amazing kids in her life.

While waiting for Agness, Christian, and Lorie, Graycel decided to take advantage of the peaceful garden at Angel's Place and snapped a cute selfie. Since her wards had already gone home earlier, she had some free time to indulge in her favorite activities. It was already four in the afternoon, but her three friends were still not done with their tasks, as the parents of the children they cared for hadn't arrived yet for pickup.

After taking the selfie, Graycel playfully uploaded it on Facebook with a caption that read, "Feeling good and ready for some fun! Can't wait for our night out later!" The post quickly caught the attention of her friends, colleagues, and even Kierre, whom she noticed frequently viewing her posts, despite not being Facebook friends.

Her colleagues at Angel's Place, including Agness, Christian, and Lorie, who were busy with their duties, managed to find a moment to comment on her post, teasing her, "Wow, Graycel, looking all dolled up! Is there a special someone you're trying to impress?" followed by a wink emoji.

Graycel chuckled and replied, "Haha, you caught me! Just want to enjoy the weekend to the fullest!"

Her best friend, Karla, also joined the conversation, adding, "Who's the lucky guy you're dragging to the bar tonight? Spill the beans!"

Graycel playfully dodged the question, "Oh, you'll find out soon enough!"

Amidst the playful banter with her friends, Graycel couldn't help but notice that Kierre had also commented on her post, "You look stunning, Graycel! Anyone would be lucky to spend the evening with you."

Her heart skipped a beat, and she blushed at Kierre's sweet words. She replied, "Thank you so much, Kierre! You're always so kind."

As the afternoon turned into evening, Graycel and her friends, Agness, Christian, and Lorie, gathered together for their night out. The excitement in the air was palpable, and they couldn't wait to paint the town red.

Throughout the evening, they hopped from one bar to another, dancing, laughing, and making unforgettable memories. The teasing continued as Agness, Christian, and Lorie playfully poked fun at Graycel and her mysterious plans for the night.

As they arrived at their final destination, the vibrant Womanizer's Bar, the four friends settled in and ordered their drinks. They engaged in lively conversation, sharing stories about their lives. Graycel, however, found it challenging to fully immerse herself in the discussion as her phone kept buzzing with messages from Kierre on Messenger. The constant inquiries about her whereabouts and outfit were starting to get on her nerves, as she wasn't used to someone behaving like a possessive boyfriend. Nonetheless, she couldn't help but feel a hint of excitement every time she saw Kierre's name on her phone.

As the night progressed, their banter continued, and Graycel made an effort to enjoy the company of her friends. But when Christian playfully snatched her phone from her hand, he discovered Kierre's messages and couldn't resist teasing her about it.

"Hey, Graycel, looks like you have an admirer!" Christian said, grinning mischievously as he showed the messages to Agness and Lorie.

Graycel blushed and tried to grab her phone back from Christian. "We're just acquaintances from Angel's Place, nothing more!" she insisted, attempting to downplay the situation.

Agness, with a knowing smile, chimed in, "Are you sure? Because these messages say otherwise. They're quite sweet!"

Lorie giggled and added, "Yeah, Graycel, it seems like you and Kierre are hitting it off!"

Despite her attempts to protest, Graycel couldn't help but laugh along with her friends. Deep inside, she couldn't deny that Kierre's attention made her heart skip a beat, but she wanted to take things slowly and not jump to conclusions just yet.

With a playful wink, Christian handed the phone back to Graycel, saying, "Take care of your newfound admirer!"

"Come on, Christian, don't tease me," Graycel said, feeling both flustered and excited about the attention she was receiving from Kierre.

As the night wore on, they danced, sang karaoke, and enjoyed each other's company. Graycel's phone continued to light up with messages from Kierre, and she found herself smiling each time she read them. She decided that she would talk to him about the "possessive boyfriend" act later, just to get a better understanding of his intentions.

When it was time to head home, they bid their goodbyes and parted ways. In her room, Graycel opened her Messenger to find another message from Kierre, asking how her night went. She smiled as she typed out her reply, "I had a great time! Thanks for checking in on me, even from a distance."

Kierre's reply was prompt and heartfelt, "I'm glad to hear that. I wish I could've been there with you."

Graycel hesitated for a moment but decided to be candid, "You know, you don't have to act like my boyfriend, constantly checking up on me."

Kierre's response showed genuine concern, "I apologize if it seemed that way. I'm just really interested in getting to know you better."

Graycel's heart warmed at his sincerity, and she replied, "Well, I'm interested too. Let's take things slow and see where it leads us, alright?"

Kierre agreed, and they continued chatting late into the night, sharing stories, dreams, and even their favorite songs. The teasing from her friends earlier didn't bother her anymore, as she felt a unique and genuine connection forming with Kierre.
