Chapter 3 Nathan

As I sat buried beneath a pile of files, my mind consumed by the overwhelming workload, a sudden knock on my office door jolted me back to reality. I called out, my voice weighted with exhaustion, "Come in."

Clara, my helpful and kind assistant, entered the room with a cup of coffee in her hand. A small smile graced her face as she handed it over to me, saying softly, "Here's your coffee, Nathan. I know you really need this."

I gratefully accepted the steaming cup, feeling the warmth seep into my tired hands. Taking a long sip, I savored the rich aroma and revitalizing taste.
