Chapter 3 Never be the same

Blossom's Point of view

Even though it was dark, I could clearly see his angry face coming towards me, so I quickly locked all my car doors. My vehicle is tinted, so I'm certain he won't be able to see me. I sat back in the seat and rested my head on the back of the chair since my head was aching much more. I can almost feel like it's being ripped apart.

But as soon as I closed my eyes, he slammed his fist through the glass of my vehicle, and I nearly fell out of my seat. Even though it was just for a few moments, it seemed as if my heart had dropped to my chest. I continued to ignore him. After accusing me of hurting her demon mistress, he has come to face me. What is it for? And how did he know I was here in the first place?

*Shattered*

When I saw that my other window had been broken, my soul awoke. The whites of my eyes widened when I saw that his elbow was already bleeding.

He broke the window with his elbow.

"Are you insane ?!" The worry on my countenance was swiftly removed after I shrieked at him and instantly woke up that he might see my worry for him.

"It's the most recent model of the vehicle brand I buy, and you just destroy the window!"

"I don't give a damn. I'd like you to come with me right now. "

"And why would I do anything like that-" When he walked through the door and removed the lock off my door, I couldn't finish what I was saying. He turned immediately to the other side and opened the door for me.

"Where are you taking me?"

"You have too many questions. All you have to do is obey me."

He instantly grabbed my arm and didn't even bother to wait for me to finish speaking. As he hauled me into his car, I could hear a faint mumble from him.

"They have already arrived."

When he stated that, a swarm of vehicles began to approach us from our directions.

What exactly is going on? Are they paparazzi again? I want them to disturb me when I'm with Leo, but now is not the perfect moment for them to come because I'm still dealing with my headache.

"Wait! My bag!"

"Fuck your bag! I'll just buy you hundreds of them." He unlocked the backseat door and flung me in there like I was some kind of disposable item.

I would have wanted to question why he was in such a rush to get away but I had no idea what I would find inside his vehicle.

"Surely you don't know what the word shameful is, do you?" I'm not sure who my query is intended for. It doesn't matter whether it's Leo or Erin. If my drunkenness seemed to be subsiding earlier, it appears to be returning again.

"Blossom, I'll just drop her off at her friend's house."

"Why do you feel responsible about her or even where she is going? Are you her driver? If she knows how to get to my property, she should be able to figure out how to go back home."

During the ride, there was a lengthy period of quiet between the three of us. My throat felt as if it were about to give up, and I had no concept how to respond. I also can't open my lip. What am I doing in the backseat, making myself seem as though I am a third wheel to them?

"Why don't you just divorce Leo? If you do that, it will make everything much simpler for the three of us. Because of this, Leo can count on the support of my family and our enterprises."

"Who asked your opinion?"

I could plainly see how she dropped to her head thanks to the rearview mirror of Leo's car.

"Ha! Stop the car!" When I saw that Leo had taken her hand and coupled the two of them, I couldn't keep my wrath under control.

"Blossom, don't come down, I'm warning you that many reporters have tailed us. You are well informed that not only will we be damned, but so will our parents as well. I'm telling you, I'm really just going to drop her off at her friend's place."

"Who told you I was the one who will be leaving out?"

*Screeeecchhhh*

If it hadn't been for my seatbelt, I may have taken a flight. My legs were already crossed as I sat ecstatically, as if to alert them that I had won the title.

"What do you mean?" Erin's expression had changed to one of rage. The rapidity with which this lady adjusted her expression as if nothing had occurred was likewise impressive. Where had her sorrowful expression gone before?

"Oh. The car has come to a stop, so get out."

"Blossom!" Leo called me with a firm voice."

"Are you coming down or will I come down here to announce that your relationship is still not over? Two people who are both well-liked and respected, their personalities are nonetheless disgusting." I snatched the door and was ready to come out when Leo spoke.

"Erin, please, come out."

"Are you serious?"

"Please. I'll just call you later."

My smile reached the sky and I didn't even bother to hide it from them. Erin opened the door, but she took a moment to glance at me before walking away.

"Shoo!" I raised my hand and acted like I was pushing her away.

Leo started the vehicle as soon as she closed the door behind her. The two of us were immersed in a deafening quiet. Despite the fact that it was only dimly lit outside, I peeked out the window.

"You would actually do everything merely to preserve her name and reputation the purest." It's impossible to ignore my scathing tone. "Does it genuinely describe how you feel about her?"

"Yes. And she will never be the same as you."

My fingers trembled, and the words spilled out of my lips of their own.

"Really? Would you mind trying me out in bed to see if what you're saying is true?"
