Chapter 8 Sarah Part 2

After finishing our meal, Leslie and I returned to our room. Like before, Leslie was still silent without even asking me to speak. Memories of Leslie's weirdness when we ate earlier still ring in my mind, I never thought she would eat so greedily. I realized that Leslie was in a bad mood right now, so I didn't bring up the matter earlier.

The sound of the bedroom door was heard as soon as I opened it. Leslie immediately stepped into the room and walked to her bed, then she lay down.

"Leslie, you're sleepy, huh? Shouldn't you take a shower first?" I waited for her to answer my question but even though I waited quite a while, she remained silent. I thought maybe she was really tired. I didn't want to disturb her which would make her mood worse, so I ignored her.

I stepped into the bathroom and did my bathing activities as fast as possible because I also couldn't wait to lay my body on the bed.

I rushed to lay down my body when my bath activity was finished. I looked at the clock on my cell phone screen, it was already 23.46, tomorrow we have to leave for campus early in the morning, so I started to close my eyes. This tiredness makes my eyes sleep quickly.

"Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na."

The sound of someone humming sounded in my ear waking me up who was sleeping in my sleep. I opened my eyes lazily because actually, I was still very sleepy. I looked around and stopped when I realized someone was sitting on a chair. She was a woman with long hair, but even looking behind her I knew it was Leslie. I turned my gaze to Leslie's bed, I didn't see Leslie there which indicated that it was indeed Leslie who was humming earlier. I lazily got up and walked over to Leslie. I was standing right behind Leslie.

"Leslie, aren't you sleeping? It's late, let's sleep. We have to get up early because we have to go to campus," I said as gently as possible to Leslie. But there was no response from her. She ignored me and kept humming with her head down.

"Leslie, can you hear me?" I asked while holding her shoulder. Again she ignored me making annoyance began to surround me. Leslie had never been this annoying before. I took a step and now stood in front of her. However, my eyes widened perfectly when I looked at her hands which were in a position as if they were holding something, like maybe holding a baby even though I didn't see anything in her hands.

"L-Leslie, you're okay, right?" Suddenly Leslie stopped her humming and got up from her sitting position. Still looking down, she walked over to her bed. After that, she returned to lay down her body. I went over to her to make sure she was okay because I felt that Leslie was acting very strange. Her eyes were closed and her breathing looked normal, it seemed she had fallen back asleep. Could it be that she was delirious? This is the first time I've slept in the same room with Leslie, so I don't know Leslie's sleeping habits. Could she have sleepwalked? I quickly shook my head, getting rid of that stupid thought. I covered Leslie's back with a blanket, then I stepped back into my bed. Before I lay my body back on the bed, I looked back at Leslie to make sure she was still asleep.

Hufffttt ... I exhaled slowly dispelling all my negative thoughts about Leslie. One thing I have to be sure of, Leslie must be very tired because of that she looks weird. At least that's all I can conclude with all of Leslie's oddities.

I lay back on my bed and try to close my eyes again. Sleepiness hit me again. I thought that this time I could sleep comfortably, but my thinking was wrong when I felt something heavy pressing against my stomach. I opened my eyes quickly and how shocked I was when I saw Leslie sitting on my stomach. It felt so heavy, I never thought Leslie would be this heavy.

"Les ... li what are you doing ... right? You're so heavy... li," I stammered. I don't know what Leslie wants to do to me.

"Hihihihihi."

That sinister laugh ... yes, it was Leslie's. I widened when I looked into her eyes. Her eyes bulged with a very scary, besides that there are dark black circles around Leslie's eyelids. Leslie's beautiful and sweet face suddenly looked scary in my eyes. I struggled to try to get rid of Leslie's body which was still sitting on my stomach.

"Hihihihihi."

The sound of her laughter was getting more and more sinister, I could even feel all the hairs on my neck goosebumps. I didn't give up, I kept struggling. I panicked even more when I saw Leslie's hands getting closer to me, maybe she was going to strangle me? Both hands kept getting closer and I felt pain in my face when both hands clawed my face. Leslie's fingernails suddenly felt sharp and made several cuts as if she was painting over my face.

I mustered all my strength to get rid of her body, and this time I managed to make her fall. I immediately got up and away from Leslie.

"Hihihihihihi."

The sound of laughter came out of Leslie's mouth again. I hold my face that feels so sore and sore. Something red that I know is blood from a wound on my face, stuck to my hand. Leslie stood up and walked slowly toward me. Of course, I didn't stay silent, I kept away from her. I knew Leslie wouldn't let me go so I ran towards the door. All I can think about now is to get out of this damned room and ask anyone out there for help.

I was already very close to the door when suddenly I felt my body being pulled by something strong. I fell and was in a state of the crawling moment. The pull grew stronger each time I tried to free myself. My body darted quickly attracted by something, I don't know what force pulled me. All I know right now I was near Leslie who was standing.

"Hihihihihi."

The sound of laughter made me shiver even more. Leslie again stretched her arms towards me, this time they seemed to be aiming for my neck. My body felt stiff and numb, of course, I didn't just give up. I forced myself to crawl towards the door. Little by little I managed to get away from Leslie. Luckily I no longer feel a strange power that pulled me earlier. I reached the door handle with difficulty, resting on the door handle I forced my body which still felt stiff to stand up. I turned the key still hanging in the door lock. Immediately I stepped my foot through the door as soon as it managed to open the door.

I didn't even look back, I don't know what she's doing now. She didn't come after me either. Does this make me feel relieved? The answer is of course no, I'm very worried about Leslie's condition. However, I don't know what to do to help her, all I can think about now is asking others for help.
