Chapter 5 Leaving for US together

Ezekiel stood staring at them. his eyes glowing

red. thirsty for their blood. he picked the one

who talked from the floor grabbed him by

his throat and lifted him. his feet barely touching

ground. remaining were looking at him with

dreaded eyes.

Ezekiel smirk his teeth growing slowly into fangs

his aura even more darkening.

the man's eyes wide waiting for his death.

tilting his head and in the next second Ezekiel

plunged his fangs on his neck.

taking every drop of blood from his body. now

the man is on floor as white as snow.

" locked them in cells keep them alive till next

red full moon". Everyone understood why he

wants to be them alive till next full moon.

guards drag them to cells.

Aadya is collecting files from her desk

when her office phone rang. she picked up

"come to my cabin" and call is cut. she sigh.

collected her files and bringing them to his office.

"sir this files needs your signature". she placed

files on his desk and stands waiting for his next

instructions. now five minutes have passed

but she didn't hear anything from him.

she doesn't have the courage to say anything

just waiting for him to say. why he called her in

his office. he slowly raised his head from his

files " you're coming with me to the us next month". he said to her.

she wanted to ask why they are going to us

but she held herself back remembering what Oliver said to her 'never question him only

follow his instructions' "ok sir" saying she left

his office.

days passed and came the day to leave for

US Ezekiel came to picked her up from her

apartment. driver came to her side he took her luggage and placed it in car trunk.

came to her side open back seat door for her.

she thank him and sat on back seat.

he is facing window she doesn't said anything

and quitely sat.

they reached airport. after checking they came

to Ezekiel's private jet. she knows he is billionaire

so he has private jet is normal thing.

they didn't talk whole ride and now they also

don't talk Aadya is slowly starting to know him

and she came to know he doesn't talk much

so she also sat quitely. she is getting bored.

she thought taking a nap and he is doing his

work on his laptop.

leaning backward she closed her eyes and

get in her deep slumber. he raised his head

and saw that she is taking nap he get up

from his seat came to her and picked her up

in bridal style. placed her on the bed in resting

room.

after waking she look around 'where I'm'

seconds later she remembered she is in jet.

'how did I get here on bed' ' who brought me'.

she get freshened up and come out of the room.

she came where she sat before and Ezekiel is

still working on his laptop. she didn't desturb

him. some time later flight attendant came

with her lunch and wine for Ezekiel.

she had her lunch in silence. " we will land in

fourty five minutes". he told her.

they landed in America. outside airport there

is car waiting for them. they sat in car and

reached their destination ' the Luce del sole' hotel.

taking room keays from reception they get to

their rooms. plopping on the bed Aadya take

a big sigh she is so tired that she only wanted

to sleep. lying on her bed she fell asleep in minutes. in half an hour her cell phone rang.

growning she received her call. " hello" in sleepy

voice she greeted. " come down in fifteen minutes

we will have our dinner outside" saying he cut

the call.

Aadya came down and saw he is waiting for

her she is wearing skinny jeans and puff sleeves cream color square neck top seeing her he started to walk towards his car. driver came open the door for her she sat beside him in backseat.

car stop in front of the luxurious restaurant.

"wow". it is peaceful here. manager came to us.

" good evening Mr. king" he greeted to us.

and led us to the table. I think he has booked

table beforehand but it really nice here.

not crowded like other places and everyone

can enjoy their dinner peacefully. looking

outside view.

waiter came to us to take our order I order

for myself my favorite Italian dish 'pasta e

fagiolli, mushroom risotto and lasagna.

waiter ask him and he said same with wine.

after dinner we order dessert 'key lime pie' but

he didn't eat. I'm eating my key lime pie when

he started to talk.

" we started our new branch here some

months ago I have some work here to manage

and some business deals so we will stay here

for week or fifteen days". he said looking at me.

when he looks at me my heart starts to flutter.

why it effects me I don't know but it does.

after dinner was done we're leaving restaurant

but before we exit the door I heard someone

calling my name I turned around and saw it

was Nishant my college friend.

I smile I'm happy seeing him here. someone

from India who is closed to me. "Aadya" you're

really here I thought i was wrong but seeing

you here I'm really happy" saying he hug me.

I also hug him back I'm really happy.

" how are you" I asked him. " I'm good how about

you" "perfect".

" I didn't think we would meet here". he said happily.

"last time before leaving India I wanted to meet

you but circumstances was not right" I saw sadness in his eyes.

" hey man so she is the one you talked about"

the other person said I was looking at them

confused. what are they talking about.

" oh sorry Aadya I didn't introduce you two,

he is my friend Luca" " hi Aadya you're really beautiful". "thanks".

"who he is" suddenly Nishant asked looking

behind me. I completely forgot about my boss.

'oh my god' I step beside my boss.

"he is Mr. Ezekiel king, my boss" I introduce.

"oh hello sir" Nishant bring his hand before Ezekiel.

looking at his hand with cold expressions Ezekiel just nod at him.

looking at his expression Aadya thought now

leaving is best option.

" we should leave" Aadya said to nishant.

"ok but before leaving give me your number

we should meet" before I can say anything

my boss left from there.

I hurriedly told him my number and said bye.

leaving from there.

I came to car and driver open door for me.

I sat beside my boss.

I feel like suddenly car's temperature is dropping

and I'm feeling cold.

"who was he" boss asked me.

"what" I'm looking at him confused.

now he is looking in my eyes. I shivered seeing

intense look in his eyes.

" h..he is my college friend" I said little stuttering.

why I'm stuttering. he is not my teacher. I scolded myself mentally.

"drive" driver started car, after that ride was silent.

"be ready on time in morning we will leave

for company at nine am". he informed me.

entering hotel.

"ok good night sir". I wish him but he as always

just nodds. saying I left for my room.

sighing i remove my sandals taking clothes

from my bag I go to washroom after freshening

I came to bed and plopped on it. it is very

soft that in seconds sleep consumed me.

I woke up early in the morning not wanting to be late. at eight we had our breakfast in hotel restaurant. after that we left for company.

we enter company everyone is waiting for us.

all department managers sinior and junior levels.

one of them came to greet us "good morning sir"

and he give flowers bouquet. but without sparing

a glance at bouquet he started to walk towards

his office and I'm tailing behind him.

meeting after meetings no one get a chance

to relaxed it is sixth day we came here but my boss going and going without relaxing

a second for breath. I didn' t know personal

assistant's work could be this hectic.

'ah sir give us some break' I was mentally praying

him. currently I'm working on some files.

after checking I bring them to boss.

placing files on his desk I left.

it is seven pm but my boss wasn't done.

my office phone rang " wrap up we are leaving".

I hastily put the files aside on My desk grabbed

my purse and came out.

boss is waiting for me outside seeing me

he started to walk. we sat in car and driver

started the car. car stopped outside the fancy restaurant. sometimes we dine at hotel in our respective rooms this is the third time we are having dinner in restaurant. thank God I'll get something to eat.

thinking this my stomach grumble. and I'm

sure he also hear it. I pick at him and he is

looking at me. I'm feeling embarrassed

why my stomach can't wait for a little.

we entered restaurant. manager came to us and lead us to VIP room. why in VIP room is anyone also joining for dinner. but after waitress bring our dinner I realized only us having dinner here then why did he booked VIP room anyways I'm hungry and can't wait, I'm going to gobble up all food.

fried chicken cooked with brown, stir fried tofu

with rice, wok tossed veggies in honey and black

bean glaze. Cantonese chicken soup. all this

food was served in front of us seeing all dishes

my mouth watered practically I'm drooling.

waitress told us that this dishes are best.

currently who cares I just wants to eat whatever

I have been given so I started my dinner.

halfway to my dinner I raised my head he is

looking at me "I think I have starved you today"

he is mocking me or just asking looking at his

cold expressions no one can guess.

without replying him I continue my dinner.

" Monday evening we are attending some

business partner's marriage anniversary part". I'm now looking at him thinking I don't have anything to wear in party "tomorrow is Sunday so you can go to shopping" he told sometime later he added

"I'll come with you " he wants to come with me

for shopping now it was really big thing for me.

after all he is my boss. I'm became

dumbfounded. he raised his eyebrows.

"ok" I said.

after dinner was done we came to hotel in

our respective rooms. I'm so full and exhausted

that I want sleep. I'm thinking about Nishant's call.

he wanted to meet me but because of busy schedule I didn't told him specific timing for Meetup. when boss told me about shopping

my first thought was calling Nishant to come to meet. but because boss's plan change I can't

call him. maybe another day.

my cell phone dinged with msg notification.

I checked and it was Nishant.

"hey Aadya, where are you" he asked.

" hotel I just came back from work" I reply.

"oh ok then when will you be free to meet".

" I can't say anytime soon but before going back

to London I'll definitely meet you". I reply him.

"promise?" " yeah promise".

"ok then by meet you soon 😊".

"bye good night".

putting my cell phone aside I get up to

freshened up. changing in my nightwear I'm

ready for my bed. then again my mobile

dinged with msg notification it was from my

boss " after breakfast we will leave for shopping".

putting my mobile aside I sleep.
