Chapter 5 NOW THAT'S MY GIRLFRIEND

Daniel's POV

That girl is something else ,she is so brave standing up to me,my life has always been boring because everything just goes as I want but she.....

I smiled

She's different,in my life,I never thought that I would see a girl that would stand up to me or be so interesting, normally I would have fired her for giving such disgusting coffee.

I frown remembering the taste , but it's more fun with her around.

I went home, I heard my mom and dad arguing

"What's the problem this time?" I asked ,they are always arguing lately and most times my mom would be correct.

"Ask him to tell you"she said frowning

I looked at him "well explain"

"I want to marry you off to Mr Collin's daughter" he said

I gasp "you want to do what?! ,are you out of your mind! do I look like a toy or something you can sell !"I yell at him

What the hell is wrong with this man?!

"See what I said ,did he agree?" My mom hiss and went out

"I have not sign it yet but I will,if you don't bring me your girlfriend or someone you like on our family get together party, you are not getting younger Daniel ! He exclaimed angrily

I sigh, Ah.. of course it's about a girlfriend! They gave been pressurizing me that I should start a relationship but I have been ignoring them.

"Rumors are coming out that you are gay and maybe you're cursed and it's affecting the company! He said troubled

"And if I show you my girlfriend would this matter end" I said to him

Since it's a girlfriend they want , I'll give it to them,a girl who would be perfect for it.

"Yes of course ,but remember on our family reunion (get together party) bring her"he replied

"Sure"I watched him step out of the house

I just have to find someone to play the role of a girlfriend,it won't be so hard to find.

"So much for having a workaholic father " I sigh if my having no girlfriend for a long hasn't been affecting the company,he wouldn't have taken it this far.

Elena's POV

I walked to my boss's office ,I don't know why he suddenly called for me and he voice was unusually cool and sounded....nice

I shiver remembering his voice on the phone

I walked in

"Hmm.....sir you called "

He looked at me seriously"I should fire you for everything you've been doing"

I stiffened, nice my foot! I thought he was going to........., nevermind humans don't change that easily.

"Sir please don't fire me "I begged I'm not ready to lose this job, I have a daughter to take care of.

"Well I might change my mind if you do something for me" he said

"What is it?"I asked curiously

"Be my GIRLFRIEND"

I gasp"Have you run mad?!" What nonsense is he spouting!

"You are not my type" I rejected immediately

He suddenly burst into laughter

"What is funny?"I asked

"Where you thinking I like you?"he asked smiling

"Then why would you ask me to be your girlfriend?"I ask confuse

"That's because I need a girlfriend urgently"

"What for?" I ask curiously

"Just something "

"I want you to follow me to my family union as My girlfriend, I will pay you any amount and if you say no you lose your job ,so is your choice"he said smiling knowing fully well that I would agree

My choice? How is that even a choice!

"Fine, well I am going to bill you big for it because that's a new job and I'm not sure i am good in acting"I said smirking

I'm gonna make use of this opportunity to make money.

He roll his eye "is a deal then?"

"Yeah "

For the first time I saw him smile really relieved I agreed.

And I must say he's so cute ,is a shame he is very rude and arrogant.

"And also know you mustn't have feelings for me,this is strictly business" he warned

I nod

He didn't need to say it ,I can never fall for someone like him.

I walked out of his office ,I crash into someone

"I'm so sorry"I quickly pick his documents that fell

"It's okay "he said

I look up to see him

He looked shocked "so I have finally seen you, MURDERER" he said smirking

"What the heck who is he?no one have called me a criminal since I started this job and I had concluded that no one knew, so who on earth is he and how come he knows, I'm confuse

"Who ....are...y...ou?'' I stammered

"Hi am Mick don't you remember me?"he smirk

"I..don't"

He smiled

"I was the guy at your interview"

I gasp

"I don't think anyone knows about you being a criminal do they?,well nice finally meeting you, I'll being seeing you often goodbye "he smiled and walk away

I looked at his retreating figure

I don't know what to feel right now ,I sigh, just when everything was getting better.

I quickly pack few of my clothes i went downstairs , I saw Vicky feeding jovial

I smiled

"Hurry up Elena your driver is waiting for you"she joked

I roll my eyes

"Mummy when are you coming back?"my baby ask

"In two weeks time dear,take Care of yourself and Aunty Vicky okay?"

She nod her head

"Okay mummy'' she said smiling

I kissed her cheeks before entering into the car

As it drove my mind drifted off.

I wonder how it will be like seeing his family? I felt nervous, i hope they wouldn't be like his younger sister would they?, I wonder

Oh gosh! his younger sister knows ,well I know he will take Care of it.

I sigh

"Ma'am, we are at boss house already "the driver said interrupting my thoughts

"Oh okay" i step out my gaze drop on my dead gorgeous Boss

"Oh my gosh my boss is really handsome"I thought

"If you are done with drooling you can answer my question"he said rudely

Holy Molly!I didn't hear him say anything, Elena what the fuck is wrong with you ,you're drooling on your asshole boss.

"Hmm...I..wasn't drooling ,my mind was just somewhere else"I said blushing out of embarrassment

He roll his eyes"don't tell me you're wearing that thing you call clothes to the party"

"What's wrong with what am wearing"I frown asking him

He dragged me into his car

"We are going to get you good clothes and make sure you put on make up "

I roll my eyes, I was dressed up by the shop women and they also did my make up.

They took me to my boss,I must look so pretty because My boss kept staring at me until he said"now that's my Girlfriend"he smirk proud he took me here
