After getting the ingredients Lu Guang started cooking after preparing the back ache soup she added Chinese yam for more filling,she gave her father to start eating while she made the soup for the cold and her dinner.

For the Ba wing fa soup,which included Rafflesia,lily bulbs,dried figs,Coix seeds, apricot kernels, dried dates and pork tenderloin these ingredients didn't cost much and only took 90 minutes to prepare.
