Chapter 4 A little fight

CHAPTER FOUR

{NAOMI}

It's been weeks and I just can't go back to him ...I feel embarrassed he doesn't seem bothered about me, like he moved on, I stand quietly in the VIP section in my dad's club being Naomi and watching him go around smiling at customer

I miss him even though I don't know him well imagine i got used to him I might actually fall in love with him...he turns towards my seat and I bend immediately

He said my dad actually threatened him maybe that's why he hates me

I can't stay here if I continue looking at him I might take drastic steps ...I wear my mask and face cap and walk out before he could notice...it also seems like he is eager to see me

I call Bianca and Risa for a little party at my house and invited all my friends I need to forget about him, I just can't get that particular guy

The party started at noon and my boyfriend had to attend, I have totally forgotten about him he smiles sheepishly and opens his arms widely to hug me

"Babe" he calls I put on a fake smile and hug him he inhales my hair shampoo I guess, he is an obsessive boyfriend and I don't really love him anymore but my dad still makes me go around with him claiming he was my perfect life partner

"I missed you" hugh said...yes hugh Xavier

" I missed you too sorry I couldn't call was busy with school and work" I lied he looks at me a long while

" I understand" he replies holding my arms

" It's noisy here" he added taking me upstairs...that's just all he does, he doesn't even offer anything fun or surprising other than s*x, or I just got tired I can't really tell the difference

He locks my room door throwing the key on the coach and takes off his jacket

When he kissed me it felt lifeless.... like he doesn't even know how to do it like Mitchell does

"Stop Hugh" I said pushing him away gently

" Why ..I thought we missed each other" he said looking angrily at me ... remember I said he is obsessive this is what I meant

"Just want to party tonight not in the mood" I said and pick up my keys, open the door and left

Mitchhhhh!!!!!..... please leave me alone you are hunting me down and I can't bear it

"NAOMI why are you shouting" Bianca said..I can't believe I shouted that out

"Just confused...i really need a drink" i replied taking a whiskey and drinking it directly not even Caring how much I take in

{BIANCA}

I try to find Hugh this is the perfect time to tell him about Mitchell....I knock gently on Naomi room door

"Come in" he was lying on the bed shirtless...guess Tonight section didn't work out...last year Naomi and Hugh were the talk of every college but now Mitch came in...so funny, he should have just loved me instead but I guess I wasn't pretty enough for him

"I saw Naomi drinking her heart out so I wonder what could have possibly happen between you two" I said he sits properly staring at me

" She's just not herself this few days and giving excuse of being busy..how childish, being busy with what exactly"he said perfect timing

" Mitchell"I whispered

"Who?"

"Sorry that came out by mistake..you didn't hear it from me" I said pretending to leave

" Wait ..tell me about him, I promise she won't know you ever told me anything"he said I smile and seat back

" This few months she is obsessed with this bartender at her dad's place who is so hot and she doesn't mind going extra miles just to get him" I said Hugh looks angry and I love it that way

" Where did you say she is" he said putting on his shirt and jacket

"Downstairs.. drunk" I said he hurries out... finally there fairytale can come to an end

Why can't I get him out of my head I thought being drunk would work

"Naomi!!!" Hugh yells getting everyone attention

" You are cheating on me right" he yells holding me closer with my sweater

" Let go of me..what do you mean" I said pushing him but he is Strong and am tipsy

" You thought I won't find out..you stoop so low as to Fu*k a bartender!!!!!!?" He added Making everyone whisper

" And so what at least he doesn't treat me this way!!!" I replied finally pushing him away

" Everyone GET OUT...OUT ..GET OUT EVERYONE!!!!!!" I yelled scaring some people as they all ran out including Bianca and Risa...Hugh still stays looking at me with disgust.....he spit on the ground

"It's over...... bitch!!!" He said and left, leaving me alone to myself again exactly what I was avoiding....I scream my lungs out and throw the whiskey bottle on the floor....I don't mind the pain my leg felt as I walked on the glass I pick up my purse and phone and left my apartment

I stop a taxi immediately I got out and gave Mitch address...I recall him Calling me a bitch and tears roll down my eyes...my dad won't like this if he knows what Happened

"Miss..we are here" the driver said I guess the third time in a row

"Ohh ..sorry " I said coming out and paying him ....shit am not even wearing shoes I ring the bell twice before I heard footsteps

And behold Mitchell was the one who answered the door this Time...he looks at me from head to toe yeah I look like shit...it's because of you

"Emily what happened to you?" He asked...

"I have no where to go...I had no other choice"I said crying my eyes out....and now I could feel the glass pain stabbing deeply into my flesh

"Doesn't your feet hurt...why are you here this late, come in" he said paving a way for me to enter ....but when I try to walk it hurts even more, he looks at me with sympathy and picks me up in a bridal style in one swift

"If you continue walking on it you might hurt yourself more" he said sitting me gently on the sofa

" Let me get the first aid kit" he added I nod and watch him search for it in his kitchen he walks out few minutes later with it

"It's been long I actually used it so it was kinda hard to find"he said he pulls a stool from the kitchen sits on it and puts my leg on his lap...I don't know why am speechless but am happy I came to him instead of crying my eyes out at home

"Sooo.... would you care telling me how this happened?" He asked

"My friend and I had a little fight" I replied

" Fight huh?....and you cried,were you that hurted by her or it's the wound that just hurt too much?" He is right ...was it the wound or me

" Both " I said he chuckles and looks at me

" You look pretty when you are in distress too" he commented Making me smile

" All Done" he added taking everything back to the kitchen

"Am sure you haven't eaten anything yet" " he asked

" Yes" I replied

"Let me cook something for you quickly, would stay here or would love to come with me to the kitchen"

" I can't actually move but I won't like to stay here alone" I replied.

"That won't be a problem either" he says and carries me again..and sits me on the counter

" That's VIP section" he joked making me laugh

"Finally you laughed" he added

" You needed it Emily, I understand what you are passing through....trust me it isn't easy"he says bringing out some food ingredients

"Where is Samuel" I asked trying to change the topic because I actually don't know what he is passing through and don't know what to lie about this time

"Ohh he is on night shift" he replied.... Making instant pasta...he covers the pot and stands in-between my legs

He looks at me kinly and kisses me... this what I meant by kissing someone not the rubbish Hugh does...he stops

"You earned it" he said... does that mean I finally earn his trust

The dinner was ready within twenty minutes he served me on the counter and also sat on the counter

He is such a good Cook, please what is this guy not good at , he literally does everything with perfection

"It taste magnificent" I said

"Thanks...I just poured anything into the pot and cooked it" he said...I didn't even know I was this hungry to I tasted it

" Careful....you might choke" he says bringing water for me which I collected immediately and drank it up in one go

"Would you like to maybe watch a movie" he asked taking me back to the sitting room

" Yes only if it's not horror" I replied...

"I know ladies are always scared of horror movies" he said placing me on a couch this time which face directly to the TV.....he plays a comedy movie, I notice he really wants to make me smile....he sits beside me smiling

"It's a comedy genre...you would love it" he said

"Thank you Mitchell" I said he nods

" It's starting we need to concentrate" he said...I guess he hates thank you too

I laughed at every funny part in the movie and then I remembered Hugh actually called me bitch ....am I actually a bitch

"Emily what's wrong" Mitchell asked looking at me

" Just remembering the incident from earlier" I said he moves closer to me

" Talk to me...or how can I help, just tell me"

"You have helped more than enough it is not just easy to erase,do I look like someone who is worth being called a bitch?" I asked...he laughs

" Whoever called you that doesn't know your worth, you are nothing close to such words stop letting ordinary words get to you..it's bad" he says

" Why are you acting nice to me suddenly?" I asked

" I was always nice your intentions wasn't always pure but today your intentions are pure and am happy you let go of that desire of yours" he replied.... kissing me but this time I wasn't sure he was letting go anytime soon

Thank you Hugh for Making me come here with sincere intentions..I guess I have a second chance with Mitchell
