Chapter 5 IV

Tiara's POV•••°°°

Today, I decided to began my search for my dumpling .Though ,I am literally not sure whether the information that I got from my cousin is correct or not but this morning he called me up and told me that my dumpling is now working under a company I mean a big company and so though I have my class in the morning ,I tend to skip my class and look for him,I know it sound kind of stupid but when it comes to my dumpling,nothing can stop me.

I took a long hot shower and put a sunny yellow sleeveless dress that reaches above my thigh with a matching canvas ,I put a light makeup ,brush my hair and grab my bag and rush out.

I began to start with" the Johnson architectural company",then MT company" and other 4 more but there was no sign of my dumpling ,by the noon I was too tired ,so I decided to take a break and sat down at a coffee shop .I order something to eat and began to mark the list of the company which I went to and some company are so generous enough to help me but some are way too strict in following their whatsoever regulations and didn't even let me confirm it and also drag me out. I wish those companies will lose some contracts in future.

Oh!!!!did I really curse those company. yes I sure did,they deserved it.

Then the waiter brought my juice and cupcakes for which I thank him before he walks away to let me enjoy my cupcakes and juice. I clasp both my hand and debating whether to eat those beautiful cupcakes or not and after what seems like forever I gave in and ate it,which was delicious.

After eating ,I began my hunt again ,now I went and stand in front of one of the most successful architectural company,it was beyond my imagination ,the height of the building was wooow!!!!my jaw almost touch the floor until someone bump me from behind and went inside.

I walk inside the glass door and went straight to the reception,there's a lady in blonde who was seated behind the table ,"excuse me!!!",I said to grab her attention to which she look up with a smile ,with much polite she asked,

"how can I help you,miss?"

"actually ,I wanted to asked whether I could meet Drew Kinsman ,Is he here?"

"Drew Kinsman,in which department is he in,miss?,"she asked as she stare at me.

Oh ,gosh I don't even know what department he is in and above all I never knew that such department existed in companies,yeah!!!in schools and colleges department do exist but in a company ,hell I know nothing existed.

Ofcourse stupid ,there will be different department to run this huge and company,I should have asked Dan before coming . Stupid!!

"no,I don't know his depart...ment"I replied while whispering towards the end but I know she heard me.

"then I sorry miss I can't ,do anything but you can come tomorrow if you want to ",she said with the same smile.

"okay mm....I need to asked something again"

"yes,miss"

"actually I am doing a survey on architectural companies ,I was thinking if you could fill this fo....rm"I slide the questionnaire paper to her.

At first she glare at me and took the paper and was looking through it. And I was waiting for her to finish examining my questionnaire .

"excuse me", A deep manly voice said from behind me.

I turn around only to see the man of my life .No I mean not literally but as one of my crush because you know all who is the real man of my life.

"oh!!!hello"I said with a smile on my face.

"I am...."as he was about to speak,he was cut off in between when the reception spoke.

"Miss Tiara here is your...good morning Sir"she said as she saw him and she was looking at him in horror .

But then he gave a smile and greeted her back,

"good morning"

Though they greeted each other with a smile pasted on their faces but that word SIR was really making me curious ,I really wanted to asked him. And there is a habit of mine that If I want to know something I gave my all until I find the answer ,so I did it again.

"si...r??"I said but it came out like a question and stare at him with a disbelief .

He stare at me and asked,

"what's with that look??"

I close my right eye with my finger cross wishing that he is not the boss,

"Don't tell me you are again the owner of the company",I asked.

A small smile form on his lips and he said ,"actually I am sorry to say but yes I am"

At first I was dumbstruck on hearing that because I was just trying to joke around but it turn out to be true and he turn out to be the ruler of this big company.

I glance at him and he was staring at me waiting for me to say something ,so I open my eyes wide and snapped my fingers in front of his face which made him step a back and I said,"I know it,you will be and...."and began to blabber without taking a break,I was so engrossed in my talking that I forgot that people are around me and might staring at me with their big two owl eyes but I didn't care and what surprised me was he ,Mr handsome was smiling and listening to me,until I stop to catch my breath.

"so what brings you here?are you here for interview or..."he asked.

"no,I was just doing a survey or should I include research on an architectural company so I just came by to see what really goes on,inside the company ,but guess I can't today because your company seem busy,so I'll just come by some other time, byee," I replied with a smile and walk away when he suddenly grab my wrist which made me shiver but at the same time happy,'happy' why the hell am I happy.

I turn around ,look at our hand and said in a matured tone,

"yes!!!"as if like I am talking to a student for Christ sake Tiara say something and not just that 'yes'??.

"I mean do you need..oh no do you want ...no,no,not that either ,do you...."but I was cut off

"will you join me for a tea?"he asked

"but I already had my juice,before I came here"I replied as I stare into his eyes.

"Oh is that so,then how about a glass of water,I think you must be thirsty coming here",he offered.

Yes,I am a bit thirsty since I had been searching for my dumpling from the morning until now,so I said,

"yes,I am a bit thirsty ..."

"so come I'll get you a drink"he said.

I nodded my head and he guide me towards the cafeteria ,as we entered my jaw hung open by seeing how big and marvellous the cafeteria is. The room was huge ,I think there is around 200-300 tables along with 4 chairs on each tables and at the corner the cooks are serving lunch and at one end there is a juice and coffee or tea section. I was just oggling around with my big blue eyes.

I was pulled back to reality when he said,"what would you have?"

I look around and my eyes landed on milkshakes and you know right,who can resist food when there are lots of delicious stuffs and this won't come everytime where food are given free,"do you have banana mil....k shak..e?I asked shyly while whispering towards the end.

He smiled at me and turn around to place our order .And after few minutes ,our drink was brought and as I saw the milkshake and got excited because for 3 weeks I haven't drank this and its my favourite .I didn't care less about my surrounding ,I grab the cup and began to gulp the milkshake,then as I was drinking realisation hit me ,I glance at the man who sat in front of me and was smiling ,yet still keeping the cup between my lips.

I could feel my face heating up from embarrasment,I place the cup down and stare at him with a nervous smile. He smiled back and lean back against the chair and asked,

"so Tiara tell me about yourself?"

First of all ,how did he knew my name ?and second,why does he want to know about me? I stare at him for a moment and then replied,

"me,I am a simple girl born and brought up from a loving family. I am in my second year of my art college majoring in painting. "

"painting ,so you love painting ,I guess you are opting to become a great painter like Leonardo Da Vinci "

"yep more than him but only if God let me live that long"I said but whispered towards the end.

"okay!!!wish you luck and tell me about your family members "

Now,my family members ,why does he want to know about them ,'don't tell me he is planning to rob or doing something to my parents and grandparents and my Dumpi .'

I came to reality when he smiled and said,

"relax ,don't worry about your family..."

Did I said it out loud,stupid Tiara,you are always like this its better for you not to think anything. I lift up my head only to see him smiling at me before taking a sip of his coffee.

"embarrassing..."and I put my head down ,circling my cup with my pointing finger.

"no,I am not going to do anything to your family members ,I was just curious to know you more....."I cut him off in between,

"even my Dumpi"I lift up my head and asked him in my soft and sweet tone.

"yes even your Dumpi "he chuckle when he call out his name .

"by the way, who is Dumpi??"he asked with that his aura change from sweet to serious .

Dumpi...????
