Chapter 9 Manipulation Technique

There was an instant sensation among other patients and their families in the ward. They were just watching the situation quietly, yet they didn't expect that Elder Sun should be able to walk. All of a sudden, they all came to form a circle.

"He really walks around!"

"That's too amazing. Is it real?"

"Did the hospital make a clear diagnosis? Why could he walk after a massage? When did the affiliated hospital become so unreliable?"

People were amazed. And their conversations made Doctor Qin's face look bad.

Elder Sun jumped up and down. He grabbed Li Tianchen's hand, shedding tears, and said, "Tianchen, my legs are really fine. Haha, there is nothing wrong with my legs. You saved me..."

Li Yong's stunned expression was with confusion. But he couldn't ask more questions. He had to smile bitterly, answering, "This kid, is all right."

Li Yong thought, "When did the bad boy learn this trick? He should keep the truth from me."

Doctor Qin came back to her senses, and still had doubts about such a magical medical skill in the world. She said, "Elder Sun, I'll take you to get an X-ray so that I can confirm your condition."

Elder Sun nodded while smiling, "Okay."

Li Tianchen said, "Hello, Doctor Qin, does our bet earlier still count?"

Doctor Qin gave Li Tianchen a stare, saying coldly, "It's not confirmed yet."

Li Tianchen shrugged his shoulders, saying, "Run your tests. I hope that you won't deny your lost bet."

Doctor Qin didn't say anything else but asked the nurses to take Elder Sun out of the ward and perform a series of tests on him.

Li Tianchen jumped off the bed and pushed through the crowd, saying to his father, "Dad, let's go."

Li Yong, frowning, followed his son and walked out of the inpatient department of the affiliated hospital.

When Li Yong and Li Tianchen left the affiliated hospital, Li Yong couldn't help but asked, "Bad boy, what technique did you use in the hospital?"

Li Tianchen's technique made Li Yong think of the record of ancient books which were passed down from his ancestors. "In the record, there are cases of using this medical technique to treat leg illness. But the record's not detailed, and the technique has lost for years." Li Yong thought.

Li Tianchen said with a smirk, "It's the manipulation technique of our Li Family."

Li Yong froze, and shouted surprisingly, "Is it really the ancestral manipulation technique? But the technique has been lost for years? How can you use it?"

Li Yong froze in shock, and then he opened his eyes wide to stare at Li Tianchen, saying, "How could this happen? Do you lie to me?"

Li Yong looked at his son blankly and suddenly jumped up. He laughed with happy tears, saying, "Haha, the ancestors have shown their power to help us. It means to keep the medical skills of Li Family passing on. Wonderful..."

Li Yong laughed and cried, but didn't care to be considered psycho by countless pedestrians.

Li Tianchen raised the corner of his mouth, and sighed, "Sorry, dad. The legacy of the ancestor is way too important and very shocking. I can't reveal it yet."

Li Yong acted out his excitement, and grabbed Li Tianchen with a strong force, asking, "Bad boy, tell me, what else do you know?"

Seeing that his father didn't get suspicious, Li Tianchen took a breath, thinking, "If he asks more questions, I don't know how to explain everything."

However, Li Tianchen didn't expect to be inquired by his father. He scratched his head, dumbfounding, and suddenly shouted, "I can't think of anything at the moment. Ah, it hurts to think about it."

Li Yong looked at Li Tianchen blankly, with disappointment all over his face. But, seeing that Li Tianchen was in pain, he didn't have the heart to push his son, "All right. Don't think about it. Having seen his father's perkiness, Li Tianchen curled his lip, thinking, "My father's easily content."

"Sun Ergou!"

Li Yong was infuriated, thinking, "He's such a pest." However, when he saw the man beside Sun Ergou, his face instantly darkened.

One of these young hooligans was Sun Ergou. Next to him stood a young man with a buzz cut. He had a scar on his face, looking fierce. He held his arms in front of his chest and was obviously a bad guy.

Sun Ergou turned his head when he heard the sound of Li Yong and Li Tianchen. Instantly, his eyes lighted up. He pointed at Li Yong and Li Tianchen, shouting arrogantly, "Fuck, the real owner finally showed up. Brother Tiger, they are the ones I'm after."

The young man with a buzz cut had sharp eyes. He stared at Li Tianchen fiercely, saying, "Ergou, this kid looks very thin and weak. Did he really beat you? You are so useless!"

Sun Ergou smiled embarrassingly, "Brother Tiger, this kid looks plain, but he really knows some tricks."

"Bah!" Brother Tiger spat on the ground, yelling at Li Tianchen, "Son, you should check if there's any backup of the guys you beat up. Now, you should immediately kneel and apologize."

Li Yong suddenly trembled all over his body, roaring with hisses, "Sun Ergou, are you even a person? How should you assemble a gang to make trouble?"

Sun Ergou and Li Yong's family were neighbors. Their conflict was caused by Elder Sun's legs. In the end, it was only a dispute. Yet, now Sun Ergou should have brought in gang people. "Everyone knows that the gang people are ruthless and unscrupulous. Once someone's involved with them, he could face endless problems." Li Yong thought.
