Chapter 3

Vivian gestured quietly for me to follow her, she's being on the look out Mr Banks mustn't know we came late or else we are going to get a nice scolding.

I tiptoped quietly as I followed vivian as she looked around like someone who has lost something. I was about entering when I was pulled by my cloth and the loud yell I heard made it known to me that Vivian was also with me and I took that as a clue that she was dragged too.

We suddenly raised her heads up together and it met the burning eyes of Mr Banks.

"Going somewhere, you too little rat" Mr Banks questioned and Vivian threw him a nervous laughter.

"Why are you guys so late, I thought I had warned you against it, I won't condone any form of indiscipline in here, coming late one more time you guys are getting sacked"Mr Banks yelled as we nodded gently, we knew this was waiting for us and

... Damn... That fucking jerk also made us this late.

"We are sorry Mister Banks, it won't repeat itself anymore" Mira said and flinched a bit when she heard a loud hit.

" Don't tell me that, this is like the zillion time, you both are apologizing, I've heard that countless time but still you guys keep coming in late.

Mr Banks is all red seeing that he is yelling and even raising his voice.

"Now get back to your post, you little rats" Mr Banks yelled.

"Thank you Mr Banks..

" Thank you Mr Banks...

We both chorused as we walked out chuckling.

We both pulled out our apron as we started getting ready to prepare any order coming next.

My eyes caught the notice board where it has STOP FOR PIZZA boldly inscribed on it.

Mr Banks is their live saver and they would forever be grateful to him.

"Bye Mr Banks

" Bye Mr Banks..... We chorused waving our hands at him with wide smile plastered on our face as we turn and walked away. It closing hour already, I yawned tiredly as I wish I could just disappear and find my self home.

We slowed our pace down when our eyes caught something.

... Isn't that George and his gang, they were up to six , as they stood gallantly obviously waiting for someone and they needed no soothsayer to tell them the little gathering was for them.

Mira flinched as she moved closer to hide behind vivi

"We are deep shit bby"

"Sure, really deep"Mira muttered.

" Now am gonna count to three, on the last count we get out of here"Vivian said to Miranda and she nodded.

Miranda moved a bit away from Vivi and she stared at her as she started the count

"1....

" 2....

Vivian stopped counting and also picked to her heels when she realized Mira wasn't beside her again.

"That crazy bitch" Vivian cursed as she doubled her pace.

" They are here "

Vivian heart skipped, that was "George the jerk" annoying voice.

Mira gave him the title tho.

"Shit" I cursed as it occurred to me that I've lost sight of Mira, she's so...

I ran with full force as I noticed George crew where getting nearer to me.

"I might die at this rate" I muttered

"Shit, where the hell is mi... ra"I jibbed as I breath heavily.

Just then I got pulled in by someone into a closed place and hey I got to breath once again... Before turning to look at the person.

"Shhh.... We are gonna get killed today" Mira whispered as she place her finger on her lips signifying me not to say anything.

I rolled my eyes and flickered her forehead, she groan sharply before turning to glare at me.

"I can't believe you left...." Vivian words got stucked up in her throat when two of the guys stop a little bit far from them.

"Damn... We lost them" one cursed.

"Yeah, I can believe those bitches could run fast"the other remarked.

" Yeah, you're right,they run so quickly" the first speaker jibbed in.

One moved more closer to us and we placed our hands on our mouth covering it probably not to let the sound of our breathe get us catch, because we were really breathing really hard.

He turned round and was moving nearer to us, Vivian and I interlocked eyes, since we understand what that means.

"Father Lord... Accept this guilty soul of mine" Mira prayed silently.

The man was about walking to the spot where they were hiding at when the other one called out to him.

"Let's just go, those bitch made me lose some strength" he said and the man who was coming closer to us turned and started walking away to meet the one who had called out to him.

Mira and Vivi let out the heavy breath they didn't know they were holding.

Vivian sighed and held her left abdomen like it hurt as hell.

"Did I just escaped death..." Mira asked more like said cus she wasn't expecting answers.

"Did we.." Vivi correctly and Miranda nodded absentmindedly.

"Holly geez"

"Holly molly"

They both let out a tiring curse as they fell carelessly on the bed.

Mira suddenly stood up and headed to the little refrigerator sitting quietly by a corner in the room.

She brought out a bottle of water as she gulped it down , she felt half refreshed once again as the cold droplet of water soothed her dried throat.

She threw one also to Vivi and Vivian caught it perfectly.

"Thanks girlfriend"Vivian reoterded .

They both sat down differently as they were focused in whatever they were doing.

Miranda was busy with her laptop probably updating the notes we need in school which weren't even taught to us yet.

And as usual Vivian was with her phone scrolling through the net .

She suddenly saw something that made her curiosity turned on as her eyes buldged bigger like they were going to fall out from their socket.

.... Yep...😂 So the 3rd chapter successfully fully completed now it time to start the real story😃😃.... And hey 😪 we are getting introduced to our ML... I've been waiting to see him . Check out the next chapter😃😃😃
