Chapter 4 4

"What would she think of me? a child murderer?" Michonne turns her head slowly and sees Addey freaked face and slowly walks away.

"Michonne, stop! stop moving!"He carries Addey and runs towards her and stops when she sees her stepping onto a bar ready to fall into a deep endless ocean which says Dangerous keep out

"Michonne! don't do this! stop this!" Glenn shouts as he drops Addey and moves closer to her

"Why shouldn't I? I am a monster that kills innocent children! A disgrace to everyone! I deserve death!"Michonne mumbles as she moves closer to the ocean

"Mommy! dont do this! do you hate little Addey badly that you want to kill yourself?" Addey sobs as Michonne heart breaks down in tears as she bends down

"I don't want to do this! I don't wanna leave you Addey! " Michonne stammers as the voice kept screaming at her to do this

"I guess it's working! " Glenn whispers into Addey ears

"Do you know what it's like when you've got no one around you? I had no mother for 5 years and finally I have and she wants to leave little Addey again!"Addey sobs louder

"Addey I am sorry! I am really sorry,you don't want a monster as your mother! I am a murderer that has been hunted by children spirit! I had to sleep at night, I have to take pills to sleep,I can't help myself, Addey,please forgive me!"she turns and slowly jumps but was caught by Glenn and wrapped in his hands and taken to the room opposite them

In the room

"Saved again, let me guess?" she sighs,when will her time really come

"Shh! Addey is sleeping, let's go out for a walk okay?" Glenn says as he quietly leads Michonne out of the room

"You've clearly seen I am not mentally okay "Michonne breaks the silence

"I know,you're the first patient I have seen that murders children most people go for evil people " he says as he cleans a bench for them to sit and they sat down.."If you need a shoulder I am here for you okay?"

"Thanks? you pity me cause you think I am a psycho,don't worry I get it!" Michonne phone rings and she answers it.."Hello grandpa?"

"Michonne? Christopher told me you've not returned since noon,where are you?" Grandpa Miller says,ever since Christopher called he has been trying to track her location but everything was in vain

"Pa? I am okay,I am at the park,it's a surprise but I am okay!"Michonne says as she cuts the call on him

"That's rude, you know?"

"That's rude you know? "Glenn chipped in when she suddenly cut the phone

"I know right?" Christopher fed as she stared at the sky.."So empty and lonely!" she sighs as she kept looking at her phone screen

"Are you expecting someone's call? you keep staring at it " Glenn removes a strand of hair from her face and she flinches

"not used to a man's touch " She apologized not wanting any misunderstanding

"Ooh so what you said to me last time was true? you really hate the opposite sex dont you? I know I might be prying into your private life but can you spare me some secrets?"Glenn carefully says not to make anyone seem offensive

"Ooh that well...I never grew up with a parent talkless of love ,I grew up with my Grandpa,My parent divorced when I was 7 because of some misunderstanding, I guess my mother was a cheat and got pregnant for another man I guess,but all I heard was that the marriage was over! I begged and begged but it seemed I became a thin air for them " she scoffed as she held her tears

"That's all,it doesn't seem that's all,for you to hate children to that core then something big must have happened right?"Glenn asked

"Haven't I spared a little secret why do you wanna know more?" She rests on his shoulders..."Anyways, I have been confirmed with kidney cancer which is at the second stage. It can't be cured and I have only a year to live. So why not die now? at least when you've little loved ones Soo the grieve won't be much? I am such a loner Soo who'd care about me,I am rumored the killer,minster just name it!"

"I don't think you're that bad only when angry! Michonne? Can you drop all the self blame you've been throwing at yourself? when you tried to kill yourself I found out that its not your voice inside you,its a mind controller and you've got to get it out of your head "

"No therapist has been able to help me,I am kinda hopeless just leave it like that " she removes her head and looks at him

"Only a year? you've not found a donor?" Glenn stands up as they both head towards the car where Addey had laid peacefully

"who cares! my grandpa tried finding one but immediately they heard it for me. Many people shiver in fear,maybe I am that scary!" she enters the car and shuts the door and they drove to Michonne house

"Are you sure you dont wanna crash at my house? I don't feel comfortable leaving you alone after what has happened " he says as Michonne stops in her tracks

"Its okay I am tired to do anything stupid!" she yawns as she bids him goodbye and enters into her house and locks the door.

"Can I wake up now?"Addey chuckles as she gets up startling Glenn

"You're not asleep?"

"You're not asleep?" He goes into the car

"I wanted you two to have some time to talk,tell me daddy what did she say?"Addey hugs him from behind

"She is just mentally stressed! let's give her some time okay?"He pecks her and she yawns and falls asleep..."That's my girl " he drives home

At Michonne mansion

"Another lonely day again!" she sighs as she sluggishly gets up and moves downstairs.. "No food?" Her stomach grumbles as she falls in the chair.."So hungry!" She said as her phone rings..."Yeah hello?"

"This is the land agent? we've got the house ready to move in,all new furniture is replaced,do you wanna move in now?" The Agent answered

"Hmm, I'll be right there,hope it's closer to my work place?"She goes into her bedroom and packs her suitcase and dresses up.."I'll be there in a few minutes " she cuts the call and drives to the house

At Gu House

"You're awake? this is Weekend why are you awake So early?" Glenn yawns as he sees Addey standing at his doorway

"I am just excited! I am gonna have my two loved ones close to me!" she twirled around

"What morning shit are you talking about " he lazily gets up from the bed and carries her to the kitchen.."What do you want for breakfast? "

"Burger and cinnamon bread and tea! also don't forget omelets too!"Addey smirks as she goes to the couch

"What's all that ruckus out there this morning? " he starts the breakfast

"Just new neighbors moving in no big deal,continue cooking. I am quite hungry " Addey urges him back to the kitchen..."I guess that should be Mommy's car!" she smiles inwardly,this could be the best gift for them

"I guest I ran out of eggs,can you wait here let me go purchase one?" he says as he removes his apron and carries her and goes outside

"I want the couch to the left!" Michonne says as she instructs the lifters to move her belongings

"Why does that voice sound familiar? " Glenn scratches his head as he peeps into the house.."Michonne?" he says out loud as Michonne turns her back

"Glenn?,continue doing what you're doing okay?" she goes out of the house and sees him with Addey

"You're the new neighbor? but I thought you had your own mansion? why move into this cozy area?"Glenn asks

"I needed a time away from humanity So I guess this quiet place was supposed to work out,hey Addey?"she hugs her

"Mommy! finally we three can live together!"Addey smiles hugging both of them

"Why do I feel you're responsible for this?" Glenn whispers into her ear and she chuckles

"You can't prove it! it is just a coincidence! "
