" Actually that's why I called you to brief you on those, and to also give the files of the secretary that I have been handling fo a while now back to you so that you will know were to start" I replied, checking my files and bringing out some office works of the secretary, handing it to him.

"Actually one of the general meetings that should have taken place on Friday, you will be managing it tomorrow to be able to know and associate with all the department managers before me and the boss leave for the trip" I said handing him the ones that are in my office, stretching out his hands he collected it and started reviewing.

"Those at your hands are the work of the secretary that I have been handling.

As for those pertaining to this week schedule, it's at my place." I said looking at his face that is showing many emotions.

" Why is it at your place?, I need it so that I can be able to review it, and to know how I will be sharing the works to them." he demanded make eyes contact with me.

I wonder how he would take this, so I said the word.

"That is why you will be leaving with me to my place, to get the files and to review it before Tomorrow's all department managers meeting " I told him, still making the eye contact.

"Ok, so when will we be leaving I need to start on time to go through the files to be able to understand it perfectly" he added "And also if you would be kind to add the departments managers different work specialty so that I would be able to share the work perfectly" he said.

I smiled and said "You don't have to worry it's already in the files for my advantage also, so that I won't make mistake during the time I was handling the secretary work" I said looking at his adorable face.

"Pardon my curiosity but I thought it should be the secretary of the boss that should be going on businesses with him, while the manager handles the company's work?. " he asked eagerly waiting for my answer making his face more handsome.

"Yes, that should be so when a company has only one general manager, but here there are forty eight managers, and also the boss trusts his best friend to be with him more than his secretaries then." I replied telling him the intention of the boss.

He nodded in understand, standing up "Ok, I should be going back to my office now to finish arranging all the files, and come get me when you prepare to take off because of the files" he added stretching out his hand to shake mine.
