Chapter 10 Information About Mafia Organizations

Kim Jaejoong thought he would like to know about the information of the four organizations in Seoul. He thought it was a chance for him to ask permission to read the documents that were in a special room in their library.

In the meantime, The Shadow has jurisdiction over the districts of Seongbuk, Gangbuk, Dobong, Nowon and Jungnang. Their headquarters are in the Gangbuk district.

The one thing that's totally unique is Black Hawk and Royal Dragon. The Royal Dragon dominates the districts of Jugno, Jung, Yeungsan, Eunpyeong, Mapo, Seodaemun and Dongjak. Until then, the Black Hawk has power in other jurisdictions.

Kim Jaejoong wanted to maximize all the information in his possession. He wanted to try to eliminate all possibilities which could be a means of conducting rebellions in the future. This includes support from small families in every district in Seoul.

Kim Jaejoong plans to convince every successor and family leader of a small family in Seoul to strengthen their alliance.
