Chapter 4 It's Pay back Time

Carmilla kept looking for Keisha, but couldn't find her daughter anywhere near the island. She began to wonder where keis could be at that hour. This made her so angry and frustrated. Her mind was filled with awful thoughts. She suddenly recall what happened to her many years ago. She screams in anger, " No! not my daughter! Please not my precious Child! she cried bitterly. Lisa, who saw Carmilla quickly ran towards her and helped her up.

" Aunt Carmilla, please don't worry I know my best friend is okay, Stop crying.

" Did you find her? Carmilla got up from the ground.

" not yet Aunt but don't you think she could be home by now. We should go back we have been searching around the island for an hour.

" Where could my daughter be! This has never happened before! I knew I shouldn't have allowed her go alone to the fish port! this place isn't safe anymore, she complained.

Keisha got home first before Carmila. She quickly fixed herself so her mother would not suspect anything. Before she could knock on the door, Ms Maria, her grandmother opened the door.

" dear! oh my child, she held kes into her arms. What happened to you? we were so worried about you keisha.

" uh Grandma, it's nothing I just..

" keis! Carmila called seeing her daughter at a distance.

" mom, mom am really sorry, she said walking closer to her.

" where have you been! Carmilla asked in anger. Don't make me ask again young lady!

" uh.. at the fish Port, I just wanted to finish everything before I could go home, she lowering her eyes to the ground.

" everyone at the Port said you left really early today! finish what exactly!

" kes what are you hiding! I know you! Tell me the truth!

" come on Carmilla, give her a Break, she just got home. She's safe now that's what is important right now, Ms Maria spoke. Carmilla glanced at Keisha, she knew something was wrong, she opened the door and went inside. Let's go in, her Grandmother said to Keisha who nodded.

Early the next day. Keisha tried to sneak out of the house before Carmilla could see her. She knew her mother would Question her about what happened the previous night. She slowly opens the door, got out, then close it gently.

" where are you going! Carmilla asked. She stood outside their house waiting for Keisha knowing her daughter would go back to the port.

" Mom you startled me. Am Going to the fish port.

" you are not going there today! I will be one to go there!

" mom no! you can't do that! your health is not that good! please mom!

" you are my daughter! and I say, you stay home! since you won't tell me what really happened! Keisha bit her lips, she didn't want her mother to worry even more if she told her about what the General tried do to her. Well? say something!

" mom I explained what happened, it's nothing, she looked away.

" am your mother! I know you are lying to me keisha! I demand to know the truth!

" Mom I don't want you to worry about me, But if you want to know then I will tell you just please don't get angry with me.

" I was abducted by some unknown men on my way back here. I couldn't remember anything. When I woke up, I found myself in a room.

" Keisha, please did they hurt you, what did they do to you! who was it! tell me my child! did they...

" mom! wait, nothing happened to me, am okay, they didn't do anything don't you believe me?

" we are going to the hospital! get ready.

" mom I swear he didn't do anything to me. Am completely fine. Carmilla quickly hugs her daughter with Shakey hands. Her heart was racing, she was so scared.

" oh keisha, Don't keep anything from me! do you understand, I don't know what I will do if something bad happens to you. You and your grandmother, you are the reason am still fighting! especially you keis!

" mom, don't worry much I can protect myself. Am worried about you, you act like you don't trust me sometimes.

" this island is not safe anymore! Maybe we should move dear.

" mom relax, But why do you suddenly say such stuffs, you get so worried and become over protective mom.

" uh.. it's nothing, I just love you so much and I don't want you to get hurt or something bad happening to you. But am going with you today!

"yes Keisha! she demanded. Keshia had no choice but to agree. Both went together that day.

Katherine sneaked into the guys rest room. She was crushing on a certain new Guy, she got every guy she wanted at school but couldn't get this particular one. She did everything in her powers to have him but she failed.

The Guy never paid attention to her or spoke to Katherine. Everyone that saw Katherine in there were so surprised, They didn't know what she was looking for in a guys bathroom.

" what! she said to one of the guys that looked at her while he was leaving the toilet. Hey there Tom, she said to the Guy she was crushing on. The guy just looked at her like everyone else did, then proceeds. Katherine quickly locks the door so he won't be able to get out. Hey am talking to you, She stood in front of him.

" Look I don't want trouble, please let me through, he told her in a polite way.

" relax Tom, consider yourself lucky because I like you. Well Am offering my self to you, she hands reached his shoulders. Tom pushed her away from him, then tried to open the door. I Tom! am the most beautiful girl in this school, am everyman's dream. You act so weird, but you are so handsome. Let's do this and forget we ever met! You can do whatever you want with me.

" Am not doing anything with you! are you that desperate! you find somebody else! Am not interested!

" if you dare open that door and leave! you won't like the outcome! You know my parents! especially my mother! once I tell her that you forced yourself on me! she will get you arrested and you will rot in there!

" you can't do anything! We both know that you are the one trying to force yourself on me! Get out of my way! he finally opened the door and leaves the bathroom. Katherine looks around feeling so embarrassed and angry to be rejected by a man.

" i will make your life miserable Tom! you wait and see! Nobody rejects Kathy! you will pay!

When Patricia learns that Kathy was almost raped, she got Tom arrested right away. Being a lawyer, she took an advantage of her position and made the lie so believable.

Patricia and Kathy left the police station looking so happy and satisfied. A woman was waiting for them outside the station, she approached her and begged her to help free her son.

" Ma'am please we can talk about this, please don't do this to my son, he is sick, he is asthmatic ma'am, he might die in there. Show some mercy please ma'am.

" well! if he knew he was sick! then he shouldn't have tried to force himself on my daughter! it's your fault anyway! you couldn't train your son to be a descent human being!

" ma'am, I know my son. He can't do what you are accussing him, he's innocent please, have mercy on him. Let's talk about this!

" are you trying to say that my daughter is lying! you are calling my child a liar! how dare you!

" ma'am please, that's not what I said! but my son is innocent I know he is!

" he will rot in there! Let him die I don't care! The woman broke into tears, she didn't know what to do to help her son get out of there. And if you try to follow me to my car! I will get you arrested too! Patricia glared at the woman, then smiled before she got into her car with her daughter.

Ms Maria was sleeping, when she heard people shouting outside their house. She quickly opened her eyes and got up, only to find herself covered in thick smoke. The hat was on fire, people were calling out to her. She quickly got up, but couldn't see the door as the smoke was just too much.

" Help me! she shouted for help. The Smoke was too much, she was losing her breath. She kept calling for help until she passed out.

Everyone at the Port heard about the fire. keshia and Carmila were informed that their hat suddenly caught fire. They quickly left the port back to the island.

It took time before Keisha could reach home, she ran as fast as she could. But she was shocked when she got there, the entire hat was on fire, Everything was gone.

" Grandma! she screams in tears. She went closer but couldn't see a way into the hat, everything was destroyed nothing was left. Her knees were shaking, her mouth fell open, she was in a state of confusion as she watched everything turn into aches.

" General, we did exactly as you instructed!

" you made sure she wasn't in that hat!

" we did General, she and her mother weren't in that hat, but the old lady didn't survive.

" exactly what I wanted! Now she will have no choice but to come back to me. Keisha, what a stubborn lady you are! if only you did what I asked you to! Now I want you to make sure that they have nothing! and no where else to go!

" yes General.
